Symptoms of Falling in Love

Alex's car is perfectly parked in the basement of the hospital. He immediately went down and headed for Ridwan's room.

Previously he had already made an appointment, and it just so happened that Ridwan had no patients. He only checked the state of the patients in their room one by one. That's good, Alex can freely tell the story later.

"Basic crazy." inner Alex. He entered Ridwan's room without knocking on the door first. So that made the owner shocked.

"Aren't you able to knock on the door before you get into someone's room?" grouse Ridwan.

Alex glanced cynically and dropped his ass on the sofa. He took a deep breath and closed his eyes. And that made Ridwan curious. He approached and sat down in front of Alex.

"What's wrong?" ask Ridwan

"Mrs Wiratama" Alex replied briefly

"What's wrong with Aunt Diana?"

"He asked me to get married soon.

"Oh." answered Ridwan briefly

"Oh?" Alex frowned at his best friend who was not surprised by what he said.

"That's not the first time Aunt Diana asked you to get married, is it?"

Alex clucked in annoyance and closed his eyes again. "The thing is mommy wants me to marry Selena."

"really?" asked Ridwan who answered a nod by Alex.

"Gee.. Isn't that nice? You will be a big family. Moreover, Selena is a famous model and you, a successful businessman. Surely your marriage will be a trending topic everywhere."

"You know exactly what my answer is, Wan." exclaimed Ridwan

"Al, aren't you going to get married for the rest of your life? Don't you feel like there's something empty in your life? We are created to be side by side and complement each other. But you chose to be alone."

Alex took a long breath. He himself also did not know why it was so difficult to open his heart. Honestly, she also wanted to get married, but she was too scared. The shadows of his past had actually managed to overwhelm him.

Maybe others see themselves as perfect, but the truth is, he is a fragile figure of love. He'd rather be shot by hundreds of bullets than be betrayed by his trust.

"Is there no one who can make you comfortable?" ask Ridwan. He knew his best friend was confused and scared. But he couldn't possibly let his best friend slump for too long in the shadows of his past. And he hopes that Icha will make Alex comfortable.

"Why are you quiet, Al?" ask Ridwan again

"I don't know, Wan. I'm rattled. I think I have heart disease." Alex exclaimed

"Then, lie down!! I'll check on you." Ridwan ordered.

Alex did what Ridwan said. He lay in the gurney and Ridwan began to examine him.

Ridwan attached a stethoscope to Alex's chest and asked the man to take a breath and exhale slowly.

"Are there any complaints you're feeling?" Ridwan checked back through Alex's pulse. He frowned because there was no problem with Alex's health.

"I often feel my heart beating fast and irregular. And it wasn't once. But many times." explained Alex.

"That's all?"

"I think so. Hows it? Do I really have heart disease?" ask Alex

"So far all good, Al. There are no symptoms if you have heart disease. Everything's normal." Ridwan sat back on the sofa and asked, "In a day can happen how many times? And when exactly did that happen?"

Alex got out of the gurney and sat down in front of Ridwan. "I'm not sure, but my heart would be like that if I were near Icha."

Ridwan widened his eyes and kicked the table to the surprise of Alex, "What did you say?" ridwan shouted

"Geez, why did you surprise me, huh? I came to do an examination of my heart. But instead of healing, I could die instantly because of you." Alex grumbled

"Ma_maaf Al's. I was really surprised. I mean, it's not a symptom of heart disease. But the symptoms of love." Ridwan explained

"What do you mean?" ask Alex

"Good, Alex!! Cook like that you don't know. You're a grown man with a head of three. Not a teenager just entering puberty. Cook I should explain it to you too." grumbled Ridwan

"Don't be convoluted, Wan. I really don't know what you mean." Alex exclaimed

Ridwan sighed and said, "Alright. So you see, the symptoms of love, the feelings you've never felt that suddenly come up when you're around a woman. Comfortable feeling when with him, longing when away from him, jealous when he is close to others. And not willing if he leaves us. It can be called a symptom of love. You're in love, Al."
