A few years ago....
Devan, who was playing in front of his house in City D, suddenly his mouth was closed and was taken away by car.
He was taken to a house that was not too big but looked clean, the man opened Devan's mouth-covering handkerchief and opened the room door. "Let's go in!" pushed him.
Devan continued to cry as the man locked the door. "Uncle, please open the door. What's wrong?"
Devan's screams were ignored. Shortly afterwards the man brought his food and drink.
"Uncle will not hurt you" he said.
"Why did Uncle bring me here?"
"Only you can help Uncle out of this matter."
"But I'm so scared here" Devan cried again.
"Uncle stay in this house, so you don't worry" he said.
"I miss Mama, Uncle."
"Calm down, kid. You're Uncle's hope," the man held Devan's hand with a sad face.
The man then went out and closed the door to his room. Devan just looked at the food on the table.
An hour later the man returned to meet Devan who was asleep on a mattress with a mat. He sees the food still intact and wakes Devan up. "Wake, Son!"
Devan woke up and rubbed his eyes. "Am I going to meet my parents?"
"You must have met them, so eat!" his orders.
"I don't want to, Uncle!"
"What do you want Uncle to buy?"
"I want fried chicken!"
"Wait, Uncle will buy it for you!" The man leaves and shortly thereafter takes Devan's order. "Uncle bought it, so eat it!" said it.
Devan started enjoying the rice and fried chicken voraciously, the man came out of the room heard by Devan his voice calling in an angry tone. Scared himself and stopped eating.
The man opened the room again. "Have you finished eating?"
"Already, Uncle."
"Sleep, Uncle won't do anything bad."
Devan nodded slowly and observed the face of his captor.
The man came out, and there was a sound behind the door. "It's all because of you!"
"You're too stupid and this is the only way to get money to pay off all that debt."
"What if we get caught?"
Devan, who heard it, thought of a way to get out of the house.
On the same day there was a commotion, Devan again put his ear on the door.
"What else did that woman come here for?"
"She's here to collect a debt from me."
Devan who eavesdropped behind the door suddenly sneezed and coughed.
"Who is he?"
"Nobody."
"Don't lie, who is he? Did you really do the kidnapping?"
"I was forced and had no other choice. His parents are rich."
"You have a daughter, what if it happens to her?" ask the woman in a loud voice.
"I'm not going to hurt him."
"You didn't hurt him but made both his parents worry and panic. Don't you feel that?"
"I'm sorry, I don't have a choice."
"I didn't expect you to act so recklessly like this. I'll tell his parents" the woman replied.
"Don't!" said the man loudly. "Get our daughter well and stay away. Let's risk this, I'll take it."
"I've warned you not to listen to the evil woman's words" she began to cry.
"I'm sorry again!"
No more voices from the two adults. Devan went back to bed and slept.
...******...
The next morning the man met Devan in the holding room. "Guard bring clothes and food for you" he said.
Devan just nodded.
"Bring after that meal" he said again. After giving food and clothing, the man left the boy.
Devan rushed to the bath after cleaning himself he filled his stomach. After eating, he fell back asleep and looked at the window that never opened. The man went back in and picked up the trash and saw Devan's condition.
The man's phone rang and he rushed out of the room without locking the door. Getting the chance, Devan runs away.
He ran so fast he wouldn't get caught again. Until he met the little girl who was waiting for her mother on the side of the road.
"Help me!" devan said with breath.
