A man was examining the state of the woman lying on a luxurious bed, a figure that looked so pale.
“How is it?” As soon as the man turned to hear the question, “dia is fine ‘kan?”
Instantly the man's face turned flat. Is a deathly pale face with a wound on the forehead arguably okay? Heh! Is the man who asked that a human being?
He sighed softly, “now it has improved. Fortunately you contact me immediately, if you are a little late then I will not guarantee his safety.”
The emperor's jaw tightened in anger. Still trying to level his expression so that the man with the status of a doctor in front of him did not see anger on his face.
“Thank you, Doctor Arya.” Said the Emperor slightly bowing.
Doctor Arya shook her head slowly. As a doctor who worked under the auspices of the Argantara family, he could only remain silent without daring to ask further about the cause of the terrible condition of the woman he examined. Especially now that he was dealing with the figure of Emperor Argantara, a two-faced man who was more sinister than Revan Argantara.
“Then I say I resign, Lord Emperor. If anything happens, call me immediately. When she wakes up, it's best to give her food immediately.” Doctor Arya said, bowing half her body, then stepped out of the room and greeted by the figure of Polin who stood guard outside the door.
The Emperor stared intently at Adelia. Clenching his hands together with his trembling body held back so as not to strangle the woman.
“Hah!” The Emperor sighed harshly with a paltry smile rising on his lips, “you think I will just let you die? This isn't even how much suffering you've given my eyes. Before you pay for everything, you can't die.”

Adelia's eyelids blinked slowly. For a moment the girl was silent staring at the ceiling of the room. It looks familiar.
‘Ma-still live?’ inner asked. A drop of dripping tear falls without excuse, ‘why not just die?’
Adelia sobbed withstanding the excruciating tightness in her chest.
“Stop letting out those fake tears, jal**g!” a heavy voice mixed with hatred rang out in Adelia's ears, making the girl turn her head and be surprised to find the figure of the Emperor sitting on a chair right beside the bed.
Both of Adelia's eyes were wide with bodies trembling in fear.
“Argh!” Adelia shouted loudly as the Emperor suddenly pressed roughly against her neck.
“You tried to kill yourself, huh?!” the Emperor was angry.
Adelia did not answer. The girl tried with her remaining energy to remove the Emperor's hand from her neck, not caring for the back of her hand which was now spitting out fresh blood.
The Emperor withdrew his hand when he saw Adelia's movements begin to weaken. The man grabbed a handkerchief from behind his suit. Wiping the hand that was touched by Adelia, then staring intently at Adelia who was trying to catch her breath.
“If you dare try to do something like that, then I will break your arms and legs. So that you suffer much more from this.” Said the Emperor coldly, then stepped closer to the exit. Leaving Adelia who was silent with her body sculpted at the rude man's words.
Meanwhile the Emperor stopped his steps while opening the door, “bring food for him, Polin. Tell me if she doesn't eat it.”
“Good, Mr.” Polin obeyed.
On the other side.
Suddenly Lion's footsteps came to a halt as the male physician figure approached with a smile and waved at him.
“Good afternoon, Doctor Lion.”
Lion smiled as he nodded, “sore as well, Doc. Looks like you are in a difficult situation, huh?”
The doctor laughed softly, looking a little hesitant to say it to Lion considering that the figure in front of him had just started to run errands in the hospital for the past few days.
“No need to hesitate to say it. I will help if I can,” Lion said with a smile. His friendly face never changed.
“Look, sorry in advance. I had to go out for a while, but there was still one check that I hadn't completed yet. Since I have to arrive at my destination in brackets in 3 minutes, I doubt if I can finish the check on time.”
“So you want to ask for my help to finish it?” guess Lion raised his eyebrows next to his.
“Hehe, yes. Once again forgive me. If this meeting is not important, I will not go.” He said with an occasional glance towards the circular watch on his wrist.
“Good. You can hurry up there immediately, you just say the room to me.”
The doctor's face sparkled with joy at Lion's reply. It was clearly a twinkle of gratitude from his gaze.
“Thank you, Doctor Lion. Thank you.”
Lion just nodded with a smile. Staring at the doctor's back, who disappeared from view after saying the patient's last room needed to be examined.
Without wanting to wait, Lion stepped towards the elevator to ascend to the 3rd floor. Precisely the VVIP room on that floor.
Ting!
Lion put his foot out. Walk closer slowly, until it arrives right in front of the destination room.
“Excuse me,” said Lion while opening the door leaf width.
“Oh, yes. What's up, Doc?” the figure of the young man who would have been 23 years old asked when he saw Lion.
A moment Lion was silent staring at the young man, like there was a sudden feeling of pleasure filling his heart.
“Ah, the. I came here to replace Doctor Atif to do the examination,” Lion said smiling as he mentioned the name of the doctor who had asked for his help.
The young man roared, then nodded in understanding and looked long at Lion.
“Did the doctor come, Liorand?” there was a sound from behind the curtains covering the patient's bed in the room. The sound that managed to make Lion's body sculpt with the heart beat twice as fast.
