Ep. 36 War Finished and Great Harvest

"What's going on?" Ali asked.

"As in their right wing, all the goblins in the core army, oh no.. All the goblins at the moment were crazy. They attack without regard to their efficiency or casualties. They're like.." Sakuya did not know what to say. It's too tragic.

"What-like?" Fiona asked.

"They want to kill as many of our troops before they die. But that's impossible, right? What creatures in this world don't want to live?" Sakuya felt struck by his conclusion.

"Remember, we've got goblins who really want to live." Ali then patted the blanket where the surrendered goblin had been tied up.

"So the reason might not be that. Perhaps this was due to the manipulation of the goblin army commander. You remember, the goblin's condition on the right wing went crazy when he disappeared." The goblins were undaunted by the hundreds of cavalry crashing at them. They welcomed the cavalry with their bodies. But the goblins were then thrown by the water wall. Ali and the others felt no pressure by the goblin madness. They could easily kill them, as the goblins only had the same attack pattern.

Before the goblins went crazy, they could still dodge, hide among their friends and some openly run away. But after going crazy, the creativity of their attacks diminished considerably, they simply swung their blades or thrust their spears.

Party Ali broke through the formation of the goblins easily. The stones began to rain down on their bodies. "Nearly so. There's them. Destroy them!"

Ali then led his party towards the direction the rocks were thrown. The pressure felt by Ali's party began to increase. The goblin warriors increased the frequency of their attacks. But Ali's party just passed them, their goal was goblin slinger.

Players who had long-range attacks started attacking the slinger goblin. They start falling victim among them.

Ali then led other ibex owners to use the dash. Their Dash hits dozens of slinger goblins. The other players then finished them off. The raptors' fire breaths were still in cooldown, so they only used fireballs.

A short battle took place in the middle of the slinger goblin. Ali did not want to stop his party's pace, so after killing several hundred slinger goblins, they broke out of the enemy's encirclement. Harvesting this time more, about 3,000 goblin warriors and 400 slinger goblins were killed.

They then rested for about ten minutes, to then attack the goblin slinger again. This time only 300 Slinger goblins were killed while the goblin warriors were around 3500 people.

After the third attack, 4,000 goblin warriors and 200 slinger goblins were killed. The left wing of the goblin army had been destroyed thanks to the combined attacks of players from the right wing and cavalry in Ali's party.

"What about the other team?"

"For the core army, there are only a few thousand goblins who continue to attack. On the left wing is done." Sakuya explained.

"Not yet, has he run away?"

"I don't think so. Please search around the Winter Gate village and on the village streets if anyone wears a robe and head covering 160 cm tall!" Ali asked in a serious voice.

"But I don't think he will attack the villagers. The target will remain us. Just find it first! Let's help the soldiers finish this war fast."

Next, Ali's party heads to the core army of goblins, to help the soldiers defeat the remaining goblins. Fifteen minutes later, all the goblins had been killed. To be more precise, no goblins chose to surrender, all fighting to the end, except the commander of the still undiscovered goblin army and the goblin who surrendered to Ratih.

In this war the casualties in Ali's party amounted to 47 players. It was much smaller than all the groups that participated in this battle. Of course it did not count the small cavalry groups that some players formed that averaged 20 to 50 people.

After waiting for 30 seconds, loot crystals sprung from the bodies of the goblins. The soldiers and players look for loot crystals that they can unlock. In Legacy, the loot crystal can only be taken by the person who killed the creature or its party members. So there is no dispute between the soldier and the player. After half an hour of harvesting, Ali and the other guild leaders sorted out what they got.

In this battle they killed 17,678 goblins. This is because the loot crystal that can be opened by Ali party members amounted to 17,678. The contents of the loot crystal are:

• 9567 Blank shadow core level 2;

• 3214 Blank shadow core level 3;

• 2,905 legacy shadow core level 2;

• 780 Legacy shadow core level 3;

• 810 Shadow core ice element level 2;

• 402 Shadow core ice element level 3;

• 9,067 equipment of various types, qualities, and levels; and

• 17,678 goblin ears as mission items.

They then divided the harvest of this war. Agreed team 2 Frozen Anvil get 1,000 blank shadow core level 3, 200 legacy shadow core level 2, 100 legacy shadow core level 3, and all shadow core ice element, instead, 100, Frozen Anvil did not take any equipment. It should be noted, the current equipment price is very expensive, because equipment cannot be obtained from ordinary monsters. Only the loot crystal of a humanoid monster had the possibility of taking out equipment.

Some players feel Frozen Anvil is getting too little, and ask them to take more. But Ali refused.
