Then what about the less tight veil model, bare feet, and open hands? Is there a fiqh opinion within the four schools that allows it?
First, for the feet, especially the soles of the feet in the Shafi’ School there is an opinion—As-Syafi’i or ashabnya— which is claimed by Khurasan scholars who allow the opening of the inside of the soles of the feet or the bath of qadamain. Similarly Al-Muzani (175-264 H/791-878 AD) direct disciple of Imam As-Shafi’i, asserting that both soles of the feet or qadamani are not female aurat so it can be open. Imam An-Nawawi explained:
وَحَكَى الْخُرَاسَانِيُّونَ قَوْلًا وَبَعْضُهُمْ يَحْكِيهِ وَجْهًا أَنَّ بَاطِنَ قَدَمَيْهَا لَيْسَ بِعَوْرَةٍ. وَقَالَ الْمُزَنِيُّ الْقَدَمَانِ لَيْسَا بِعَوْرَةٍ

While al-Muzani stated: ‘Both the soles of the feet—the inside and the outside—not aurat’.” (An-Nawawi, Al-Majmu’ Syarhul Muhaddzab, [Jeddah, Maktabah Al-Irsyad: tth], juz III, page 174).
Similar opinions were also expressed by Abu Hanifa through the history of his student Al-Hasan bin Ziyad Al-Lu’i (w. 204 H/819 M) The following:
وَرَوَى الْحَسَنُ عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا: أَنَّهُ يَجُوزُ النَّظَرُ إِلَى قَدَمِهَا أَيْضًا، لِأَنَّهَا تَحْتَاجُ إِلَى إِبْدَاءِ قَدَمِهَا إِذَا مَشَتْ حَافِيَةً أَوْ مُتَنَعِّلَةً، فَإِنَّهَا لَا تَجِدُ الْخُفَّ فِي كُلِّ وَقْتٍ

Al-Fatawa Al-Hindiyyah or known as Al-Fatawa Al-‘Alamkariyah, a collection of Hanafi School fatwas composed by 500 Hanafid scholars from South Asia, is a collection of Hanafi schools, Iraqi and Hejaz led by Sheikh Nizhamuddin Burhanpuri on the orders of the Indian King of Timurlenk, Muhammad Aurangzeb Alamgir (1027-1118 H/1619-1707 AD), explained:
قِيلَ: وَكَذَلِكَ يُبَاحُ النَّظَرُ إلَى سَاقِهَا إذَا لم يَكُنْ النَّظَرُ عن شَهْوَةٍ
