do women in Islam have the right to vote?".

so this is how the boy in Islam women have the right ".

خَيْرُكُمْ خَيْرُكُمْ لِلنِّسَاءِ (رواه الحكيم عن ابن عباس)

Meaning: The best of you is the best of women. (HR Hakim of Ibn Abbas, book of Al-Jami’us Shaghir, hadith number 4101)

According to the narration (Date of Prophet Muhammad SAW, 328), that Ruqayyah was the second daughter of Prophet Muhammad SAW. He was born when the Prophet was 33 years old. After adulthood, Ruqayyah married a young Quraysh, ‘Utbah, who was the son of Abu Lahab. This marriage took place before the Prophet was made an Apostle, thus making the Prophet's brotherly relationship better with Abu Lahab who was his uncle.

Not only was Ruqayyah married to Abu Lahab's son, the Prophet also married his other daughter Ummi Kulsum to another Abu Lahab child named ‘Utaibah. After the Prophet was appointed Apostle and Abu Lahab made Islam his main enemy, Abu Lahab asked his two sons to divorce the two daughters of the Prophet.

Not long after the divorce of ‘Utbah, Ruqayyah was married by the friend of Uthman ibn Affan. Ruqayyah was one of those who did hijrah twice. First, when the friend of Uthman migrated to Habashah, she went to Hijrah accompanied her husband. Second, when the hijrah to Medina, Ruqayyah faithfully accompanied her husband.

Ruqayyah was ill when the Prophet was about to go to the battle of Badr, so that Uthman's companions could not join the war for looking after his sick wife. And when the Prophet and the other companions returned from the battle of Badr, Ruqayyah died and was buried when the Prophet's men brought the news of the victory to Madinah.

So, when the Prophet reached Medina, Ruqayyah was already buried. Upon hearing the news that his daughter was dead and buried, the Prophet said:

الحمد لله دفن البنا ت من المكرما ت

Meaning: Praise be to Allah, burying this daughter is a noble deed.

This hadith means that burying a dead woman is a noble and commendable act. So that the actions of Uthman's friend who buried Ruqayyah even though he had not received permission from the Prophet as his father was a good deed and more important so that the Prophet praised him.

The virtues of women are also described in other hadiths, namely:

خَيْرُكُمْ خَيْرُكُمْ لِلنِّسَاءِ (رواه الحكيم عن ابن عباس)

Meaning: The best of you is the best of women. (HR Hakim of Ibn Abbas, book of Al-Jami’us Shaghir, hadith number 4101).

Thus, Islam has given a story that explains how women are very privileged people. That Islam has asserted women with a special position, then the opposite, that women have been marginalized or discriminated, is not at all a portrait of Islamic teachings.

In this regard, Muslims increasingly understand that the multi-role of women is an appreciated fact. And there is no reason for anyone to make Islam an excuse to stereotype women negatively.

Women have a role, even multi-role, so make the privilege as a reinforcement of the good for many people.

ummah also explained everything, Angel listened to him solemnly because he was really interested in Islam, but there were feelings that still stuck.

what are the rights of women in Islam? ".

masyaallah ummah proud son because you want to explore about Islam ".

em yes ummah ".

“Hey men, We created you from a man and a woman and made you nations and tribes so that you may know one another. Verily, the noblest of you, by Allah, is the most feared among you. Verily Allah is All-Knowing, All-Knowing.” (Sura Al-Hujurat verse 13).

The teachings of Islam brought by the Prophet Muhammad affirm that men and women have the same human rights as they come from the same origin. Since Islam came, there has been no distinction between men and women, especially in their human values.

This was reversed by the practices of the earlier people or Jahiliyah, which degraded dignity and eliminated women's rights. Even ironically, women are treated ‘not as human’ but are considered property that can be passed on to their children.

Prophet Muhammad—with the teachings of Islam-present to defend and elevate the dignity of the women. In Islam, men and women have the same values and positions in the world. Only those who fear have the most glorious position with God. He also established the rights of women, whether as a child, wife, brother, or mother.

Referring to the Prophet Muhammad's Exemplary For the Universe (Raghib As-Sirjani, 2011), there are several things or provisions set by the Prophet Muhammad in order to elevate and glorify the status of women, and restore the rights of women. First, it is forbidden to kill girls. During the time of Jahiliyah, people were embarrassed or worried about having a daughter. Shame because girls are considered a family disgrace. Worrying can't feed them. So they buried his newborn daughter alive.

The Prophet Muhammad banned such practices and judged them to be criminal. Not only that, the Prophet also mentioned that killing girls is one of the most sinful acts, in addition to associating Allah and adultery with neighbors.

Second, be kind to women. The Prophet Muhammad encouraged his people to do good to women since they were children. Also covers the needs of girls. If a person carries out the Prophet's exhortation, he will be saved from the fires of hell. In addition, the Prophet Muhammad also called on his people to educate women well. Even the Prophet Muhammad took a day out of the week to teach his female companions.

Third, ask permission from women when they want to marry him. The Prophet Muhammad asserted that women have the right to refuse or accept marriage proposals that come to him. The guardian must ask the permission of the woman when she wants to marry him. A guardian must not force her to marry a man she does not want.  “A widow is more entitled to her than her guardian. And a girl should be asked for her permission about herself, and her permission is her silence,” the Prophet Muhammad said in a Muslim history hadith.

Fourth, be kind to your wife. When a woman becomes a wife, she should be treated with dignity and kindness. If the husband does so, he will get a reward. Conversely, if the right of the wife is ignored or wasted, then her husband will sin.

Fifth, women have the right to

parting ways with her husband (khulu’). One day, Tsabit bin Qais's wife came to the Prophet Muhammad. To the Prophet, he expressed his desire to part with Tsabit bin Qais for a reason. Only, Tsabit's wife was afraid that parting with Tsabit would lead to unbelief.

The Prophet Muhammad confirmed the wishes of Tsabit's wife. The Prophet then ordered him to divorce Tsabit after the woman remained adamant about her stance, parting with Tsabit.

Sixth, establish the property rights of the wife. The Prophet Muhammad decreed that a wife has full independent property rights, just like a husband. Therefore, they are allowed to sell, rent, give, represent, or other transactions in accordance with Islamic teachings. Such was the concern of the Prophet Muhammad for the rights of women. He established several provisions aimed at improving the dignity and dignity of women, as well as restoring the rights of those who had been deprived. Wallahu ‘alam's.
