Surya Kencana Square Second Morning

Fatigue overcame the storm last night made Edy too sound and wake up too late again. For the second time he did not perform his morning service.

as the feel after a rainy night, the morning was quite sunny and refreshing. With a cup of coffee, cigarettes, and wet hair. Edy was sitting on an ordinary rock and he looked at the tent, the door was still closed. 'Rara's tired' Edy thought.

Inwardly, Edy felt herself 'Missing' with Rara about yesterday's events. Only, Edy who is indeed a man with a high ego on certain sides, refuses to greet Rara first. He waited for Rara to start the word first, after which Edy would apologize and teach the knowledge of nature more kindly and politely to him.

From sip to sip of coffee, the deeper he wondered about how Rara was doing inside the tent there. Edy was really busy thinking about Rara. Her little heart ordered her to approach Rara, take care of her to be well, and escort her down to the city.

And it happened too. Edy beats his ego. He hurried to prepare food. Compounding herbs. And ready to show Rara how the form of rice that he made.

It did not take long, a plate of rice pollen with two fresh fish ready he served to Rara. Not only that, that morning Edy also prepared a latte coffee for Rara to enjoy after breakfast.

"A packet of treats from a nature shop" said Edy alone after he had arranged a mat of leaves on a large rock, his favorite place to enjoy the morning, twilight, and night.

Edy moved to the face of the tent. Many times Edy called Rara's name to quickly wake up and open the door of the tent. Only, there were no answers and movements from within. Until finally Edy decided to open it himself and went to wake Rara.

'The 'empty' inner Edy. In the tent there was no one

Edy tries to calm down and think positively. He moved to find Rara around the spring, a place with a calming atmosphere. Sometimes Edy also forgot the time if he was in the area. 'Rara may have fallen asleep there' her mind again.

Blank. Rara's not in the spring.

Edy moved to the East side of Surya Kencana, on the back hill, in the springs, on the summit, and other places around Surya Kencana. Rara is not.

Edy could no longer pretend to calm down. It's not panic. As loud as he shouted calling Rara's name at all points of Surya Kencana. gusts of wind really made Edy scared on his way back to the tent. The rice on the stone he prepared for Rara was now cold, the side dishes on it had been stolen by the forest animals.

Edy went into the tent looking for clues that he could find. Inside the tent, the daypack and Rara's belongings were gone. Rara is not lost, but rather lost. On the wall of the tent layer, a letter was attached with duct tape. Edy read it with a tremble.

Assalamualaikum Edy's.

Edy. Maybe you're tired of listening to my apologies, but I'm really sorry. Really sorry. Sorry for everything. I always trouble you. Whether in the city, or in nature, my presence has always messed up your life.

Right you said, Ed. All your words are right. Neither your words in your notes nor the words you convey directly to me. Your words used to be on campus, as well as your words yesterday here. All true.

I've decided to go home, Ed. Don't worry about me. I'm already well. I have a map of Gede Pangrango. I can go home Edy. Later I will send a letter to Mr. Agus if I have reached the bottom.

Oh yeah, I dropped out of college this semester. So, you were fine in Surya Kencana, and quickly followed me home. I'm waiting for you in the repair semester class.

Lastly, I'm sorry, I kissed your forehead before I walked.

couple against you. Rara Novitri's.

Edy grabbed the daypack. Flysheet, tramontina, webbing straps, drugs, and other essential equipment he put in it. The clock on his hand is 10:30. Within minutes of reading the letter, Edy darted after Rara. Edy's intuition said that Rara came back the same way when she came yesterday. Cibodas Line.

Last night's rain made Edy unable to get as fast as he wanted. At some points, the track is quite slippery. An hour and a half passed Edy had slipped twice one of them in the extreme climbs called Satanic climbs. Knee's bleeding. Just thankfully, it did not make his energy decrease.he continued down the track to the Post called Kandang Badak looking for Rara.

At 12:25 Edy arrived at the post of Kandang Badak. post intersection connecting the path between Gunung Gede and Mount Pangrango.

Nihil, there is no Rara and not a hint of her whereabouts. Edy shouted Rara's name from the Rhino Cage Post. Someone is coming from the bottom. Hearing him, Edy launched himself while continuing to give the voice code. Edy's shout continued to get a reply, until finally the fog opened, two climbers rested under a tree waiting for Edy. Unfortunately, they are two men from the Cianjur neighborhood activist. There was no Rara there.

"Sorry Kang. Who is my code?" edy asked the two climbers.

"We, Kang. How's it? Can I help you?" answer one of the two climbers.

"See Rara, Kang?" ask Edy. Both climbers were silent confusion, "Women, Jeans, sneakers, bring a daypack" explained Edy.

"Nothing, Kang. We think we're just two humans here. It turns out there is a root." replied one climber.

"Ohh, yasudah Kang. It'sit's okay. I want to go straight to Kang. Marangga." said Edy again then rushed back up to the Post Cage Rhino.

The rhino cage post. Edy took a moment. He looked at his watch many times. Almost 1pm. He was weighing something. "Her inner "daughter path.

Edy then returned to Surya Kencana. In his mind, he admitted wrongly, that Rara apparently did not go home through the Cibodas Line, but the Princess Line.

Edy knew very well the ins and outs of his favorite path, the princess line . The path is quite extreme and challenging in addition to the path of salabintana. Therefore, Rara would definitely walk very slowly. Edy feels he can still find Rara if he moves back to Surya Kencana. And continue to look for Rara in the Princess' lane.

Edy devotes all his techniques and abilities to spur time down the peak and back to Surya Kencana. He drove faster, he already knew the points of the track are slippery. The rest will run, run, and run. In her head there is only one goal, that is, before the day goes dark, Rara must be found.

Nature is always mysterious. No matter how well a person feels to know nature, at any time he (nature) can always make man feel stupid and aware, that man is a place of limitations and ignorance. The rain came instantly in place of the previous blazing sun. Edy slowed his pace as the track adjusted.

Damn for Edy, one of the bridges on the way that connects the track line that was cut off due to a landslide, back in the sink. I don't know what the cause is. Many things escaped Edy's guess that afternoon.

Only, lucky for Edy who likes to read and discuss with people around the mountains, that there is nothing in vain from reading and interaction between humans. Knowledge and experience are never useless. Addressing the broken bridge, Edy recalled the logic he knew from Porter's friends. There is one other way, which is to go up to the left hill before the bridge. Then along the side until later meet back to the path that had been cut off earlier.

Edy knew this 'Gambling' he was taking was dangerous. Before turning out of the lane to go up to the left hill, Edy opened his daypack, removing the perusik ropes. With a long hand he cut the ropes. He will tie the ropes at the point or bend of the track he will pass, so that if it turns out he is wrong, he can return to the last point of the road that misleads him.

Succeeds. The path Edy chose turned out to be right. He rediscovered the branching track path to Surya Kencana. Because time is getting narrowed, Edy continued his journey. 'Rara, Rara, Rara.' her inner voice said on.

The rain and the broken bridge really affected the travel time of Edy heading back to Surya Kencana. At 5 pm Edy just got back to the door Surya Kencana.

He lowered his body, adjusting his breath for a moment. From where he stopped, he could see his tent which he had left. Fatigue is starting to bother. Merely, the memory of Rara could not be ignored.

"Rara didn't bring a headlamp" Edy said alone as she looked at the dark afternoon sky.

He exhaled loudly, he rushed forward towards the tent, passed through it, and continued back towards the Princess Line. A few steps as he walked along Surya Kencana, someone called his name.

"Edry"

Someone came out of the tent. Edy turned her body, her eyes that began to glare were now wide open instantly.

"Rara?" edy said himself ascertaining what he saw.

Edy rushed towards Rara who was apparently in the tent. Edy approached with quick little steps, her breathing gasping for breath, her legs hurt, her gaze straight at Rara.

Rara, in her heart she was ready to be scolded, scolded, or beaten though, she would accept. Rara knows, Edy's looking for her. Rara knows she's guilty again. Rara was completely stripped by nature. Rara knows it's nothing here. His money, position, and beauty meant nothing in front of the jungle named Gede Pangrango. His decision to try to go home alone through the Princess line was a silly decision, a suicide decision.

Rara who yesterday felt what it was like on the Cibodas Trek, thought that the princess path would be better and easier to pass. That's what was in his head when Rara decided to go home with a simple map of the path and catper Princess that he could randomly from the internet. Luckily, Rara who finally gave up, frightened and Chaos on the third of the track en route to the post that was on the princess path, immediately decided and managed to return to the tent in Kencana solar Square.

Edy got in front of Rara. Her face was only a few hands away with Rara's face. Edy's breathing had not subsided yet, her teary eyes meeting the eyes of the woman before her. Rara's eyes were over asked. Silently, Rara waited for what happened next.

Edy moved her hand. A blow will probably come about because of the accumulation of stupidities that Rara has done. Reflex, Rara closed her eyes.

As it happened, Edy hugged Rara. To be exact, Edy hugged Rara tightly.

Rara opened her eyes. On Edy's wet shoulder, his breathing stopped instantly. Edy, through her silence and hugs, was like saying 'Don't walk away from me. Again, don't leave me!'

"Sorry, Rara" said Edy.

The drizzle fell on top of the two of them. In the name of sadness or what, Edy still did not cry. His very tight hug, implied much deeper than crying. The hug, the tightest hug in Edy's entire life.

"In your arms, I feel home" Rara said again. Her tears fell.
