Insolent Man

The atmosphere that was originally full of happiness now turned tense. The bride did not seem to regret her words at all. However, on the other hand Zico also did not accept the remark of the wife who insulted the status of her eldest brother. 

Adeline felt uncomfortable in that place. Not wanting to ruin the happiness of everyone who supported Zico and Queen's marriage, Adeline decided to end the debate between the new couple. 

"Already, Co. What the Queen said was not wrong. Don't exaggerate the problem! What else is your happy day" Adeline lerai cheerfully.

"Co, don't make trouble again! Your wife is currently pregnant, as much as possible, prioritizing her comfort. No problem, brother!" he calms the sister. 

"So, don't go, Dad!" Adeline finally rushed away, before she took the time to gently pat her sister's steady shoulder. 

Adeline left that place carrying a wound that was not just one. In addition to having to let some people pin the label of spinster to her, she also had to see the reaction of the family who did not consider her presence. Not to mention the remarks from the second sister-in-law who had absolutely no respect for her position. 

The night is getting late when Adeline arrives at her bar. The sound of music played by a professional DJ sounds increasingly deafening. Everyone who was there seemed to enjoy the atmosphere that made the place so crowded and lively. 

Adeline stepped foot when she walked into that place. He wanted to rest in his room immediately. However, his steps had to come to a halt when someone blocked his path. Despite only seeing shiny shoes that filled his gaze, Adeline understood that someone was intending to block his steps. 

The woman in makeup was upset. "Don't block my steps!" he nodded without raising his head. 

His gaze was still down to hide the look on his face. He deliberately did that so that his secretary would not ask at length. It was still clear in his memory when the secretary lectured him only to find a messy room as well as some traces of blood on the floor. 

"Looks like you're so drunk, how about I help you get upstairs?" go to Adeline.

"Find another woman! I'm not interested in young leaves like you at all." Adeline removed the man from the street and hurried away from the place.

Adeline was forced to stop her steps again. The woman in the black dress let out a heavy sigh with her eyes closed. His feelings are now increasingly uncontrollable because of the actions of the man who dared to offer himself as a bedmate. His anger was rising as if it was about to explode. However, Adeline did not want to create the slightest mess. 

The man pursued Adeline's steps, staring at her from toe to toe. Truly the perfect woman, just by staring at her body that is still wrapped in clothes alone can make her interested. What more if you see the woman without a thread. His mind was delusional imagining if that happened. 

"What do you want?" adeline asked when she saw the man looking at her from bottom to top without blinking. 

"Be my bedmate!" The man was not willing to give up at all. 

Both of Adeline's smooth hands clenched as she held back her anger that was about to explode. If not for thinking about his business, maybe now the hand has landed on the cheek of the man. 

"Hey, you brash! You think I'm a k*re guy? I can even pay 10 women at a time." The man cursed in a loud voice. 

Maya who saw a commotion in one corner of the bar, precisely under the stairs of the second floor finally approached the man who was angry. 

"Sir, please don't make a noise. We put our customers' comfort first" Maya politely asked. 

The man did not take his eyes off the stairs. "If you say you put the customer's comfort first. That means you can help me get it?"

 "Get what, sir?" ask Maya for confusion. 

"That woman, she's already dared to reject me. Bring him to me! Then I won't spread my discontent here" he said without further ado. 

Maya followed the man's line of sight and her eyes rounded instantly with her mouth slightly open. "Sir, she's Miss Adeline Griselda, the owner of this place. He may not want to comply with your request, even if the whole bodyguard here I submit to bring it to you," Maya said with a sense of anxiety, surely soon he will also be exposed to spray from the boss because there are already those who dare to demean him. 

Meanwhile, the man was no less surprised. It turned out that the woman who managed to attract his attention was the owner of this business. He thought he was the prima donna at the bar. However, it turns out that his assessment was wrong. 

"So he owns this place?" mumbled terribly. "As much as I am always the best" he said without the slightest regret. 

"Sorry, Sir. You better find another woman. I don't want any noise in this place," Maya's pinta is still trying to be polite. 

After explaining Adeline's position in that place to someone who had dared to be brash to her boss, Maya now climbed to the top. Adeline's confidant knocked on the boss's bedroom door. 

Not long after the door opened, Adeline still wearing her clothes was standing with a sharp look at Maya. While Maya only dared to duck because she felt not good at work. 

"Lake in!" adeline's orders to the secretary. 

Maya follows Adeline who has already entered. The woman sat on a sofa, while Maya stood in front of her. 

"May, are you what's your fault right now?" adeline asked still staring at Maya. 

"Know, Miss. I'm sorry," Maya replied, lowering her head. 

"You remember, don't you? Something like that happened before, and you must remember what happened back then. I'm really disappointed, May. Your work is getting worse and worse! Do you want a sabbatical?" 

On the other hand, Feeling that nothing had managed to attract his attention other than the woman earlier, the man who had dared to be insolent decided to leave the place. 

"I don't want to know, you have to figure out a way to get that woman for me, Gerry." 

"Okay, Young Master. I will soon find out the information about his family" replied the man's secretary.
