Chapter 13: The Confusion of Sonia

Zaki stared at Sonia sharply, the man could not understand what the woman meant. Zaki finds out that Sonia has a husband and a child, and if Kabir divorces Sonia, she can't make the beautiful woman she loves her rightful wife. Zoya will not be able to accept Sonia's presence, Zaki wants to know where Sonia knows it from. 

“Sonia calm down, it won't happen dear. This relationship we will keep together,” said Zaki trying to calm the beautiful woman who became his dark lover. Zaki's hands scooped Sonia's shoulders and carried her in his arms, Sonia who was still in confusion and comfortably followed the direction of the man's hand. 

“Eh .. Don't be like this Zaki, you've just come home. It's late and I want to take a break, ” said Sonia who suddenly became aware of what they were doing at the moment. Zaki unraveled his embrace, the man trying to understand what was happening. Rather than him getting evicted again, Zaki would rather follow what Sonia asked for. 

Sonia put her foot into her room after she confirmed, Zaki has left where she is currently staying. Sonia put her bag on the table and immediately cleaned up, it didn't take long for the woman to get into bed. 

How surprised Sonia saw that there were many calls and messages from Kabir, her forehead wrinkled and read one by one a message from her husband and said that tomorrow she would come home. Sonia was relieved that she was about to meet her husband soon, but one thing that Sonia was confused by was her heart, was somehow hollow when she remembered the man she loved so much first. 

“Do I still love mas Kabir?” Sonia asked softly, somehow there was no happiness when she read the message that the husband would be home soon and that means faster than the schedule

Sonia replied to a message from her husband and turned off the headlights and replaced them with sleeping lights. The woman wanted to rest her mind and heart that was currently uncertain. The shadows and pieces of memory kept him confused, should how he was at the moment

The day changed, Sonia was active as usual, in her office had piled up the work given by her secretary. Although there is a sense of fatigue, but the woman continues to encourage herself to work. Hope today she will not meet with Zaki and Sonia hopes full when Kabir comes home she can spend time with her husband. 

Zaki just sent a message as usual, the man giving attention on the sidelines of his very crowded work. Usually Sonia likes what Zaki does to her, but this time it doesn't . There was anxiety in his heart recalling the memory piece that showed Kabir divorcing him. 

Kabir calls Sonia and tells her that she is home, and Sonia replies that after work she will go home. 

When Kabir is home, Ajay is taking a nap from school. Ema accompanied the son who ate his cooking very greedily, there was a happy smile on the face of the mother looking at her beloved son. After she finished eating, and Ema asked her housekeeper to take care of everything. Now that the two of them moved into the living room, Ema was already impatient to talk to the son about what he knew. 

“Mother, I want to hear what happened yesterday?” ask kabir to the point. The man can't wait to listen to the direct explanation of the mother. 

“Kabir, Mother has not liked Sonia. But when you asked me to trust her that she'd changed, I tried to do it. But Kabir, you know, all that did not last long because the eyes of the mother herself saw things that are inappropriate for married women.” Obviously Ema. The woman continued her story and what she saw that night was not a lie because she herself was very disappointed.

“Bu, I'll talk about this. I'll listen to the explanation from him first because I also want Sonia to get her right in the opinion. I hope you don't get sad or angry, I'll ask God to give you his instructions, so I can make the right decision. 

“Mother, believe God will give the best for us. If indeed my soul mate is finished with Sonia then God will ease the way and replace it with the best. I hope you can trust me,” said Kabir who tried to explain his opinion. Ema nodded, her mind also confirming what Kabir was saying. 

Sonia has done her job and today she did not overtime and went home on time. Although the realization can not be fixed, because he will check several divisions that served at the second hour. The woman quickly drove out her car staying at the supermarket because yesterday she was escorted by Zaki and the next morning she used an online taxi. 

Arriving at home when the magrib, greetings he said before entering the house and greeted with a warm embrace of the son who missed him so much. Ema who saw the arrival of the son-in-law chose to enter the room to avoid. 

Sovia quickly cleans up in her room and briefly chatted with the son while waiting for her husband to come home. Ema, who was done with her magrib prayer, was waiting at the dinner table. Dinner passes through with silence none of them open their voices, including Ajay. Sonia felt a bad air and something big was going to happen in her life. 

Ema takes Ajay to her room to give Sonia time and Kabir a talk, as Ema no longer wants to see the woman inside her house and become the wife of her son. Now they are both in the room. Ema tried to get close and act spoiled to her husband, they both sat on the long sofa that was inside the room. A moment of warmth filled his heart. 

Kabir is silent and does not respond to what the wife is doing, so that makes Sonia feel the cold change of the husband, now she sits facing the husband.  

“Mas, what's up? Why are you being cold?” Tanya Sonia braved herself.Sonia's heart was now racing and making herself nervous. 

“Sonia, is there another man currently filling your heart?” Ask kabir to the point. The man did not want to waste time with empty sentences. Sonia was agitated and confused as to what. 

“Mas Kabir .. forgive me,”
