Papa's Choice Husband

Papa's Choice Husband
SPP - 45

"Bun, he can do everything. Cooking, cleaning, any household chores" Laura replied.

One of El's cousins smiled in anguish, he began to say if Asya could do everything, it must be that the girl came from an incapable family.

Now it was Adhitama's turn to answer the question, "Dad, Mother. Asya is Dirga's youngest daughter"

Suddenly Grandpa and Grandma El widened her eyes in disbelief. Because actually Asya had met them when the girl was still the age of Aqilla.

Dirga brought her little daughter to be introduced to Grandpa and Grandma El. It was also the first time Asya had met El and Farel.

Grandpa El recalled those old memories. When Asya was angry at El for popping his favorite balloon. As a child, Asya was very fond of balloons, wherever he went, the balloon will always accompany. But El and Farel are jailing, constantly trying to break Asya's balloon. Although Syam and Galen try to protect his sister, El always has a cunning way to make Asya cry.

"El always made you cry, does he make you happy now?" Grandpa El asked while patting Asya's hand.

Asya's smile seemed to tremble slightly, she turned her head and looked at her husband. Asya heartily said that El still made her cry. But that is not possible, especially now that she is among her husband's extended family.

"I still make her cry" El said.

Even with just words, Asya's eyes had already started to glaze over. That made In-law El once again try to show the girl's flaws.

El was tired of hearing the chattering there, he then took his wife to go to El's room. He had not been in that room for a long time. Nothing has changed, all of El's belongings are still neatly arranged, and his room looks clean.

"Honey, aaahh" said El while laying his wife's body on the mattress.

Asya wakes up and looks around El's room, a small photo of her husband looking very adorable.

"Mas El remember if we never met before?"

"At first don't remember, after Grandpa's story, hm.... I remember you crying until snot, now that's it"

"Hm... I don't like Mas El"

El chuckled at his wife's answer. He hugged the tiny body from behind. While staring at the photo Asya held, a photo of himself and Farel as a child.

Asya looked at her husband who seemed to get along so well with Farel. But now, it was as if there was a distance between the two.

"Mas"

"Dear"

"Mas El equals Mas Farel why? Looks like you guys didn't get along"

"Honey, baby"

El hugged his wife even tighter. He did not want to talk about his relationship with Farel which had now stretched. Asya was actually curious, but he did not want El to be angry just because of this kind of problem.

After a short conversation, El and Asya went back out of the room. El wants to watch a football game with the others. Asya, he played with his little children.

Asya felt very happy, because there was so little boy. Not only does he have a little nephew, even his uncle is already sitting in first class High School.

"Sister Asya, you know this?" Ask his greatest nephew.

"Not my dear brother, Imo, call Imo yes" Asya replied with a smile. He again noticed what the teenage boy was explaining, about the game that many young audiences now love.

"Yes, make me some coffee" El ordered.

Asya asked his nephews permission to go to the kitchen. She started making coffee for El, just for her husband. Because El has warned himself, not to take any initiative, and only focus on serving El alone. Because Grandma El had given the rules, only the wife could prepare whatever her husband wanted while they were there.

Not long after, Asya returned with a cup of coffee for El.

"Mas El, here's the coffee" he said, giving the coffee to El.

Long enough Asya waited, but El did not hear Asya's call. She began to call her husband several times, to make the others look. But El still acted as if he did not hear the call of the wife.

"Honey, this is the coffee" Asya said again.

"Udah so yes? Thank you dear" replied El with his mischievous smile.

Asya shook her head looking at El's ridiculous attitude. He was like an ABG child who was angry at his lover, very childish. As he was about to leave, El pulled him back, asking Asya to sit next to him.

Actually the girl did not want to, she preferred to play with her puppets. But if El is not obeyed, there will definitely be a commotion.

After Asya sat on the sofa, El moved to sit down, so that the wife could massage her head.

"Imo, he said to go for a while, even here with Om" grumbled Asya's oldest nephew.

"Sorry, Rendi, just sit here, you don't want to watch a ball?" Sahut Asha.

Rendi shook her head and left after she said she liked basketball more than football. After Rendi, one by one Asya's little nephew came and took turns calling himself to play. But Asya could not play because she had to massage her husband's head.

"El, let your wife go. They love being around him" Grandpa El asked.

"No, she's mine, cake. I don't want them to spend more time with Asya than I do" El replied. He is a child, and he has many nephews.

Grandma did not care what El said, she pulled Asya to play with her great-grandchildren. But once again El threatened, "Dad, Mother, tell them, if she tries to touch Asya. I'll go with my wife and never come back"

Asya thought, her husband had gone too far, she whispered asking for time to talk to El for a while. They went into El's room to talk.

"Mas, don't be like that. Mas El is lucky, Grandpa and Grandma Mas are still there. I miss my Grandpa Grandma too"

"You don't remember them putting you down?"

"Mas, parents always want the best for their child. Grandpa and Grandma just want to get to know me, they want the best for Mas El"

El took a rough breath, he did not understand the way his wife thought. Obviously they were all trying to demean Asya, but the girl thought otherwise. El doesn't like it when someone or anyone tries to insult his wife. Because if they insult Asya, then they also insult El. That's what El thought.

"Well, we're here, we'll spend the night alone" whispered El. He started holding his wife and putting her to bed.

The night was very cold, as they were far away from the city. There was not even a single vehicle noise, very quiet.

El began to kiss his wife's lips several times, then slept next to Asya.

"Darling, I don't like it when they insult you. Because you and I are one Asya" whispered El as he clutched his wife tightly.
