Ghisell was shocked when his parents called Doctor Anton home. Although he knew it was a form of attention from them, but a disaster for him.

If Haikal was the man in charge, Gibran would marry Ghisell to him, at least he knew Haikal was the real man who would take responsibility for his marriage. He would not have the heart if his grandson would later ask the whereabouts of his father, his grandson would have needed the figure of a father.

But if Haikal doesn't come to his house, it's certain he's not the man in charge, and Gibran won't demand much less begging for accountability. He would not let Ghisell marry a man who could not account for his actions, even if it was the father of his granddaughter. Gibran is still able to finance and give his affection to his grandson later.

And as for Rafael, as much as he loved Ghisell, Gibran was not sure Ghisell would live happily with Rafael. Gibran feared that it would be the beginning of Ghisell's suffering. He could have accepted Ghisell's shortcomings, but not his son, who would have continued to make quarrels for the sake of rooting in their household.

As a father, Gibran certainly had to think carefully about the future of his son.

Gibran chose to leave his son and wife, he wanted to calm himself in the backyard.
