One Night Being a Young Dad

CHAPTER 9

Upon arrival at home, Pras immediately checked Nadlyn's blood pressure. Pras put an infusion on Nadlyn's hand because Nadlyn detected dehydration and mild stress.

"How's Nadlyn, Dad?" Nanda asked who was worried about Nadlyn's condition.

"Nadlyn was so weak, Nadlyn was too stressed."

Nanda clasped Nadlyn's hand, "Why Cean so much to hurt Nadlyn, Dad." Nanda cried remembering Cean's cold attitude towards Nadlyn this one week.

One week passed, Nadlyn's condition still looks weak. The nausea is still dominant. Nadlyn is very difficult to eat, all foods that smell stinging will definitely be regurgitated. That night Nadlyn felt her body was not feeling well, she tried to stand up and felt her stomach uncomfortable. Disya who happened to be delivering dinner to Nadlyn was so surprised to find Nadlyn lying near the bed. Disya immediately shouted to call Mommy and Daddy.

Nanda and Pras immediately went to Cean's room, Pras immediately took over checking on Nadlyn's condition.

"Dad, Nadlyn's out of blood." Disya said as she looked at Nadlyn's thigh.

"Oh my God." Pras immediately took an injection to stop Nadlyn bleeding, after which Pras decided to take Nadlyn to the hospital for further examination of her uterus. Luckily Pras provides injections to strengthen the uterus and stop bleeding, as an obstetrician and since Nadlyn was pregnant and living in her home , Pras provides the drug to anticipate if a problem occurs as it is today.

Pras immediately took action again while in the hospital, he used an ultrasound device to check the fetal heartbeat of Nadlyn, who was still in the hospital, and finally Pras breathed a sigh of relief when he found out that the fetus was very strong and could survive in Nadlyn's womb.

For a while Nadlyn was intensively treated at Pras' hospital. Pras gave the best treatment to Nadlyn. Pras even brought in a psychiatrist to treat psychic Nadlyn who he suspected was a little problematic.

And sure enough, Pras's guess is true, Nadlyn is depressed. There was no purpose in her life anymore, Nadlyn felt as if she was alone, Nadlyn felt unwanted, and Nadlyn was always silent with a blank look.

Nanda was silent trying to think about what Pras said as her husband.

The next day, Robi comes to the hospital with a hostile face. Pras finally contacted Robi via a mobile connection. Without saying much, Robi immediately went to Nadlyn's nursery.

Robi's heart was shredded when she saw her only daughter with a weak condition and a blank look. Which father is not hurt to see his daughter who he takes care of wholeheartedly must be hurt.

Slowly but surely, Robi steps closer to Nadlyn's cage. Nanda wants to stop him but Pras prevents Nanda.

Nadlyn felt calm and fell asleep again.

"I'm grateful that you and Pras have taken care of my daughter, but I don't want to see my daughter getting worse, I'll bring Nadlyn back with me."

Nanda wanted to speak but Pras held him back, as a father who was the same as having a daughter, Pras must have felt Robi's deep disappointment, especially because of his own son's behavior.

This month, Robi continues to accompany Nadlyn, Pras continues to monitor the legacy of his son-in-law who gradually improved. Nadlyn can already be invited to talk and can even smile when talking with Robi.

Not once did Robi talk about Cean on Nadlyn or on Pras and Nanda. Robi's disappointment is deep, let Cean go as far as possible like a coward in the eyes of Robi. The most important thing now is that Nadlyn's health and sanity will recover and the fetus in Nadlyn's birth will be born and become a healthy child that will become a new goal in Nadlyn's life.

Robi keeps his promise to run the Nanda-owned company until Cean is ready to take over. Robi is a man who can tell the difference between personal affairs and work. Moreover, Robi also thought of getting a share of 30% as a token of service from Aryo Darmawan because of Robi's dedication to the company ARDA KARYA GROUP when he retired.
