CHAPTER 21

"Sam likes Oma's cooking." Said Sam though in a slightly weak tone.

"Then spend it. Oma wants Sam to get well soon." Reply Nanda who then put Sam to bed after the food was exhausted.

"Nad.. Mommy wants to talk." Nanda.

"Yes Mom...Speak." Nadlyn said after looking towards the sleeping Ocean.

"Have you met Cean?" Ask Nanda. "Sorry that time Mommy's tension went up and didn't know if you came during the day to pick up the Ocean."

Nadlyn smiled, her tired face still visible even though Nadlyn hid it behind her smile.

"It's okay, Mom. Sooner or later I have to face it, right? Sooner or later I still have to meet with Cean to take care of our divorce."

"Lad..."

Nadlyn looked at her sad face. "I'm sorry Mommy's son, Nad." Nanda sobbed to condemn Cean's attitude towards Nadlyn.

"I've forgiven him, Mom. But this is our way, we still have to divorce because this marriage is not the marriage that Cean wants.

"But what about the ocean?" Ask Nanda.

"Samudra will still be fine, Samudra will still consider Mommy as his Oma and Daddy as his Opa even though Cean and I are officially divorced."

"Can't you hold on, Nad? By the Ocean." Nanda Pinta.

Nadlyn shook his head, "I've been hanging on for six years, Mom. And Cean never defended me let alone acknowledge Ocean as his son. There's nothing left to defend, Mom."

Without them knowing if Cean heard the conversation from the door that was not tightly closed by Dirga when he came out of the Ocean treatment room.

After Nanda's departure, Cean's heart was erratic, there was a strange sense of snaking into the recesses of his heart, a worrying sense of Ocean, the little man he interacted with two days ago.

But Cean did not dare to go into the treatment room, he just saw it and accidentally heard a conversation between two women who were his Mommy and the woman who was still his wife.

Cean's heart became worried, for some reason Cean was in a choice, even though he himself did not know what the choice was.

At night, the ocean cries. He wanted the infusion opened and complained of dizziness in his head. The ocean also spewed out its entrails several times.

Nadlyn has a problem taking care of the ocean, moreover, Robi has not come to the hospital because he is busy to take care of his dismissal and train some of the highest officials in the company to replace him and choose one of them for his position later.

The sound of the door opening, Nadlyn turned her head and saw Cean just walk into the Ocean treatment room.

Nadlyn stared intently at Cean but who looked at him as if he did not care about it, just kept getting closer to the gurney.

"illness?" Ask Cean gently on the Ocean.

Ocean nodded.

"Want me to carry?" Ask and Samudra nodded.

"Go away." said Nadlyn coldly.

But Cean seemed to ignore the expulsion carried out by Nadlyn. Cean lifted the body of the Ocean and carried it.

Cean also encouraged the infusion pole so that the infusion would not escape the hands of the Ocean.

"What's sick?"

"My head."

"Do you know how not to get sick?" Ask Cean.

"What?" Ask Samudra who now rests her head on Cean's broad shoulder.

"Stop crying and close your eyes."He answered gently while gently rubbing the back of the Ocean.

Instantly making Samudra stop his crying, only a slight sound of sobbing remained.

Cean patiently carried the Ocean, their chests sticking together and feeling each other's heartbeats.

"Is it better?" Cean and Samudra asked.

"Wanna move to bed?" Ask Cean.

"No way." Said Samudra who now changed like a kitten and lost to his mandirian.

The ocean raised its head, "I want to sleep there." The Ocean's speech pointed at the bed to wait for the passien.

"All right, let's sleep over there." Cean.

"Uncle sleeps with me?" Tanya Ocean sparkling.

"You want me to sleep with you?"

The ocean nodded despite the doubtful looks and glanced towards Nadlyn.

Instantly make the Ocean sparkle. Cean put the ocean to sleep and fell asleep.

Nadlyn who noticed the interaction of Cean and Ocean just stared with nanar. I don't know, there's a feeling Nadlyn can't articulate on her own.

Towards midnight, Robi entered the Ocean treatment room slowly. In the view Nadlyn who had fallen asleep on the sofa while the Ocean with a man slept on a special bed waiting for the passien.

Robi's eyes narrowed when she realized that the man was not Dirga, but Ocean.

Nadlyn awakens from her sleep when she realizes that someone has entered and that it is Robi.

"Lad..."

"Why is he here, Nad?" Robi asked quietly so that the Ocean would not wake up.

"I don't know, Pa.. It's just that when the Ocean cried, Cean calmed her to sleep."

"You didn't prevent it?" Ask Robi.

"What can I do, Pa? All I think about now is the healing of the Ocean."

Robi breathed a rough sigh. "Do the oceans know if he..."

"No, Pa.. Samudra calls him Uncle and only knows that Cean is a guest of Daddy Pras."

Robi closed her eyes, her work was quite tiring and it seemed like there would be new problems to deal with Cean.

"Sleep in the gurney, Papa will sleep on the couch." Robi said because she was too tired. Nadlyn nodded and did not dispute it anymore.

In the morning, Cean woke up and looked at the Ocean who had opened his eyes blankly staring at the sky of the hospital room.

"Are you awake?" Cean asked with a distinctive hoarse voice of waking up and making the Ocean turn towards Cean's face.

"Sorry to trouble Uncle."

"You're doing it?"

Ocean nodded. "Thank you for last night. Uncle."

Cean took a position to sit down but still stared at the face of the Ocean.

"The same." Answer Cean.

"Are we friends now?" Ask Samudra.

"You're happy to be friends with me?"

Ocean nodded.

"Okay, we're friends now." Cean answered while giving a pinky sign and the Ocean greeted him by linking his pinky in the pinky of Cean.

A nurse enters to check the condition of the Ocean, it makes Nadlyn and Robi wake up.

"Later eight o'clock, the passien will be blood-picked again for further examination." Said Sister finished checking and replacing the infusion of the Ocean and then came back out.

"Sam, let's go back to bed." Nadlyn said softly.

The ocean wanted to move, but Cean swiftly carried it to move it up the cankar.

"Sleep again." Cean said to the Ocean.

"Uncle will accompany me when sister takes my blood?" Ask Samudra expectantly.

"Mk..." Nadlyn tries to remind Samudra slowly but his words are teased by Cean.

"I'll accompany you." Cean said to the Ocean. "I'm not going anywhere, I'll be waiting for you here. Sleep again."

The ocean fell asleep again because time showed it was still very early.

"What are you doing?" Asked Nadlyn cyn.

"Nothing."

"You better not come near the ocean and Nadlyn again." Robi is now in front of Cean.

"Uncle Robi's..."
