Diona drained the water quickly.

"Why are you here?" ask Paul Diona. After Diona Paul got a contract in Paris for a year.

"I canceled my contract in Paris. But I have arrived there. They said I'd be called later if needed." Paul lied to Diona. The truth is that he was not rejected, but he had to refuse. Because his father was sick, he had to go back.

"Then?" ask Diona later. He believed Paul's words.

"Diona, are you afraid to stay with me?" ask Paul seriously. At first Diona nodded but then shook her head. Diona is wrong. If he says he's scared then where should he be. This is Paul's apartment, he's definitely the one who's more entitled to live here. Paul laughed at Diona's confusion.

"You don't have to be afraid. I'm a good guy. Bayu has known me for a long time." Paul explained.

"How do you know Bayu?" ask Diona to know.

"Look, my father is Italian but my mother is Indonesian. Well my mother is still a relative of Bayu's mother." explained Paul.

"Oh you deserve to speak Indonesian" Diona said.

"The mother taught me." Paul smiled. But she was sad when she remembered her mother.

"Can I see your mother?" ask Diona. It is nice to meet Indonesians in a country of people.

"That's impossible. I've been out of the old house, because I don't want to be restrained by my father. I heard my mom and dad had a fight and my mom went back to Indonesia. Until now I don't know where my mom is." Paul sadly explained.

"Sorry, I don't know." Diona's not good.

"Then how, are you afraid to stay with me?" ask Paul again. He hasn't got Diona's answer.

"I don't really mind. Because I'm afraid to live alone. But I don't want to trouble Bayu. It's just that maybe my family would mind if I stayed with you." Diona's confused. He believes Paul won't mess around because he's Bayu's friend. Paul remained silent. He saw the courage of Diona who would accept it. But it is He's greatest fear to live alone.

"So, we live together, but my family doesn't need to know." Diona decides. He's not good with Paul.

"When you get called to work, I might get used to living alone." Diona added. Paul smiled.

"Well, if that's your decision. I'll take care of you. It's natural you're scared to be away from your family." Paul was very sympathetic to Diona. This girl must be special so Bayu pays attention to her.

"I'm hungry, I haven't had dinner yet." Paul walked into the kitchen to see what was there. It turns out all instant food.

"I'm sorry, I can't cook." Diona knows what Paul is thinking.

"Miss, if you want to stay at my place then you have to learn to cook." Paul went from being a good-natured young man to an apartment owner with a lot of rules. Diona grimacing. Hopefully the cooking is not difficult. After Paul ate, they went into their rooms. Diona continued to sleep, but this time her feelings were more tenant. Because someone accompanied him lived there. The next morning Paul woke Diona.

"I'm going to the market to buy groceries. You wanna come?" paul asked the newly awakened Diona.

"I want to come." Diona got up and ran to the bathroom. Instead of inside the apartment, it is better to follow Paul to the market. Paul smiled seeing Diona excited. Suddenly, Diona's phone rang. There's a Bayu name on the screen. Paul's intentions. He also lifted it.

"Hello" said Paul.

"You who?" ask Paul again to play Bayu. The man was silent for a moment, as if he knew his voice.

"Paul?" ask Bayu later.

"It's me, Paul." laughing he replied.

"What are you doing there?" Bayu demands an explanation.

"My father is sick, he calls me home. I canceled my job in Paris. But I don't want to stay with him." Paul explained.

"What about Diona?" Bayu is worried about Diona.

"She's a good girl. He knows I don't have a criminal look. Then he can take me well." Paul praised Diona.

"Thankfully if you come back. I can leave it to you. I'll come if my business is done." Believed in Paul.

"You want to kill him, by eating instant food every day?" Paul protests, he knows Bayu bought all that. Bayu laughs.

"Where is Diona?" ask Bayu curious.

"He's taking a shower. He'll come with me to the market. I can't eat instant food every day." Paul told me their plan that day.

"He can't cook. I had to do that. But if you're there I'm relieved. I'll call you back later. I have to work." Bayu disconnects contact. Paul smiled. Betu pay attention to Diona. Paul was curious, did Bayu love Diona? They also went to the market. Although busy shopping, Paul noticed Diona. Initially when Bayu said his friend was going to school there and needed an apartment, Paul thought it was just a casual friendship. But it turns out Bayu is so attentive to Diona. From her behavior, Diona is not a girl who sucks. Even fun. Paul did not mind taking care of her. Paul knew Diona was hungry. He just gave the girl a glass of milk. Paul takes Diona to a shop that sells Italian snacks. Just people's food. But Diona likes it. Or maybe because he's hungry. Paul makes sure Diona is full before they return to the apartment. Arriving at the house Diona settles down on the sofa. Paul tidied up the groceries in the kitchen. There are vegetables, meat, fruit and pasta.

"When did your school start?" ask Paul to Diona.

"Lusa, tomorrow is just an introduction like her." replied Diona lazily.

"Have you seen your school?" Paul prepared the ingredients for cooking. He'll make lunch for the two of them.

"Well, it was with Bayu yesterday." Diona got up and started to notice Paul.

"Come here" Paul told Diona. The girl complies. Apparently Paul taught her to cook their lunch menu.

"What is your job?" Diona wants to know.

"I'm a chef. My job is to cook." Paul answered honestly.

"Oh so contract work in Paris at a restaurant." Diona concluded.

"Flat, the restaurant I've been craving for a long time." Paul was upset if he remembered that.

"You must be disappointed. Then what are you gonna do?" Diona sympathizes with Paul. But Paul is lying.

"I helped my old boss for a while. Until there's another chance." I don't know when that opportunity was. Paul says he'll get it again. Diona believes Paul's words, but his old boss meant Paul's own father.
