"All right then. Justin Filmore is a good lawyer. His name is quite shining. That's why it's easy to know. He has submitted his resignation letter to the lawyer's office where he works. There's just some work to be done. One of them is to go to Canada. Justin had an accident there. He was unconscious for several days. His co-worker there contacted Rebecca Larsen, Justin's fiancee. Becky, the girl's nickname is picking Justin up in Canada. Because it turns out Justin has amnesia." Brad's explanation makes Lucca and Elis so know why Justin can not be contacted.

"But didn't Justin break off his engagement?" elis asked sadly.

"Nobody knows about it. But if it's true maybe his coworkers don't know." Brad replied, he felt bad for Elis.

"Where is Justin now?" ask Lucca curiously.

"There's in his apartment. Becky brought him home. According to reports, Justin has not done anything. I have the address." Brad pulled out a paper with Justin's apartment address.

"I'm willing to drive you there if you want." Brad offers.

"How's Elis, are you willing to meet him?" ask Lucca. Given Justin's amnesia, he doesn't necessarily recognize Elis.

"I think I should go see him" said Elis, though anxious and scared but he wanted to see Justin.

"Fine then I'll drive you guys." Brad stood up. They also leave. Elis' hands were cold, he was nervous. What if Justin doesn't want to meet her? Lucca clasped Elis' hand, she could see Elis nervously from the look on the girl's face. Elis was calmer. They arrive at Justin's apartment. Lucca pressed the doorbell of the apartment. Door opens. Looks like a pretty girl with an elegant appearance. Just as Justin described it, Elis suspected it was Justin's fiancee.

"What's wrong?" ask the girl haughty.

"We're looking for Justin Filmore" Lucca said politely. He immediately felt dislike for the girl.

"Justin? Who're you?" ask the girl suspiciously.

"We're friends from Italy." Lucca explained. He didn't want the girl to know about Elis.

"Friends? I'm not sure he remembers you guys. But just try to meet him." the girl underestimated them. But Lucca beckons Elis to stay calm. Just follow the girl's game. They came in and sat in the living room. Brad is waiting outside. The haughty girl went inside to call Justin. Not long after that man came out with the girl. Justin looked at them coldly, without saying anything he sat before them. His eyes looked at Lucca and Elis alternately. Lucca suspects Justin is trying to remember who they are.

"Who are you?" justin asked at the end.

"Remind me, she doesn't know you" said the girl.

"Becky, they're my guests." scolded Justin, the girl fell silent. Elis cried, how she would say they would have a baby if Justin didn't remember her.

"Why are you crying?" justin asked gently to Elis. Becky stared cynically at Elis.

"My love?" justin asked surprised. Elis was getting late in his crying.

"That's a lie, your fiancee Justin" Becky said angrily.

"He has broken off his engagement to you. Justin and Elis have been friends since childhood. They split up when Justin went to New York. We met in Italy a few months ago. That's when she called you, broke off her engagement to you. Justin resigned from his office. He wants to go home with Elis to Dakota." Lucca explained angrily. Becky was surprised, she did not expect Lucca to know she and Justin had broken up.

"Me and Becky broke up?" Justin was surprised too.

"Yes, the girl also said she could find another man better than you." Lucca remembers Justin's story that day when deciding on her fiance.

"Lied." Becky's getting scared. Justin looked at Elis.

"Listen I'm sick of that girl who still claims to be your fiancee. I've told you, believe it or not you decide for yourself. But remember I told you, Elis is currently pregnant with your child. You made it before you went back to London. Elis was so confused because you couldn't get in touch. This is the address where we're staying when you've decided. We go first." Lucca doesn't want Elis to get sad. There's a baby she needs to take care of. Lucca embraces Elis helping her stand up because Elis is limp. Slowly Lucca helps Elis walk. Justin's gaze could not be separated from Elis. But he still didn't say anything.

"Let's not until you're sorry" Lucca said before they disappeared behind the door. Brad's still waiting for them outside. He helps open the car door to see Lucca coming out with Elis. Lucca sat with Elis on the back bench, the girl crying in Lucca's arms. Brad didn't dare to talk, he sat down and drove the car to where Lucca and Elis were staying.

"Not crying. There must be a way out later" Lucca comforted Elis. But Elis was still crying. Upon arriving at the inn Lucca helps Elis to his room. Lying Elis in bed, Elis fell asleep tired. Lucca's out to see Brad. His friend was waiting in the living room. Lucca has a living room and two bedrooms.

"Sorry, did Justin refuse Elis?" ask Brad.

"He doesn't remember Elis but doesn't say anything. Justin himself did not remember he had already decided on his fiancee. And the girl acted like they were still engaged" Lucca said in disgust at Becky's behavior.

"Then what are you going to do?" ask Brad to know.

"I've given you the address of this place. If Justin doesn't come we'll go back to Italy" Lucca told Brad. Lucca does not want Elis to be despised or rejected. The girl was not wrong.

"Well, let me know if you need any help" said Brad.

"I'm grateful for everything you've done for us" Lucca said, driving Brad out. After Brad leaves Lucca orders food for him and Elis. Lucca waited for the girl to wake up. He hopes Justin will come and see Elis. But it felt hard, because the man had forgotten his memories. Finally Elis woke up. But his heart did not change. She was so sad to see Justin not remembering her.

"Elis, let's eat first." persuade Lucca gently.

"I'm not hungry." replied Elis wistfully.

"But you have to remember your baby, don't be selfish." Lucca reminded.
