40. Choosing a Dress

Since morning Lilian was very busy choosing a simple dress that she would wear. Because today is the day that Lilian has been able to move normally again after a few days of resting on her bed.

Today Lilian plans to walk around the market with her two best friends, Fania and Violet. They plan to visit places they used to visit together.

After getting permission from his Father and Brother, Lilian immediately went to meet his two friends who had been waiting for him in one of the restaurants in the middle of the market. When Lilian immediately took a seat in front of her two best friends.

"Have you been waiting for me?" Ask Lilian.

"Not really.we also just arrived." Fania.

"Good then.have you ordered any food?" Ask Lilian back.

"Yes.we have also ordered you to eat." Violet smiled at Lilian.

Lilian nodded softly and not long after the food of their order came. After thanking one of the shop workers, the three immediately took their food.

"Lilian did you already know that the palace will be holding a party to welcome one of the top officials of the neighboring royal palace?" Ask Violet.

Lilian shook her head Slowly then gulped down her drinking water. "No.. I don't know yet, when is the show?" Ask Lilian back.

"Say the hell tomorrow night.I also just found out just last time the notification letter arrived at my house." Violet.

"I also just found out that I was about to leave here." Fania.

"Listen-heard this yes.the higher-ups came to propose cooperation with our kingdom." Violet said softly so that no one would hear her words.

"Come on." Violet and Lilian said.

After determining which store to visit, the three girls immediately walked to a store that sold dresses commonly used to royal parties.

Lilian looking for a dress that is simple but still elegant when worn to the party.

"What kind of dress do you want, Lilian?" Ask Fania.

"I want a simple dress, I don't want to wear something that makes me complicated myself when the party goes on." Lilian.

"If that's what we're trying to find there." Point Violet to one of the parts of the store they haven't been through yet.

Lilian exhaled softly. "It seems like the dresses here don't match my wishes." Said Lilian softly.

"Nothing is there?" Violet asked in disbelief.

"I think so. I want a simple dress.The dresses here have complicated stitches." Lilian.

"It's strange.you used to love dresses that had layered stitching models like this." Violet said while showing a shirt on display.

"Yes.maybe it was. Lately I can't walk well.I always fall and lose my balance, if I force to wear a layer-stitched shirt like that, he's afraid it'll make me have my own troubles." Lilian.

"Oh yeah...? Started when?" Tanya Fania was curious.

"When I first woke up from an accident that made me lose my memory at that time my body was still normal but before I fell off the horse my body was not able to walk in balance." Lilian.

"You'd better talk to the doctor who knows he has the cure." Fania.

"Yes, I should have told the healer of my condition for a long time." Lilian.

As the three were busy chatting about which dress they would choose suddenly someone came and made the three turn to look at the person.

"Hey isn't this an interesting coincidence we could meet here?" Raina said with a cynical smile towards Lilian.

"Maybe." Say Violet flat.

Raina still smiled cynically towards Lilian. "Last time I heard you fell on a horse while training... I'm a little concerned about your condition Miss Lilian and I'm sorry I didn't get to see you because I have so many affairs that I take care of." Her speech.

"Oh thanks for a little attention...Miss Raina doesn't need to apologize anyway.I'm also very healthy." Lilian.

"Oh yeah..? I think Miss Lilian will take a lot longer to recover quickly." Raina still smiled cynically.

"Is Miss Raina hoping that Lilian will take longer to recover?" Violet asked, getting annoyed.

"Oh no. No. I never expected that. I JUST thought Miss Lilian would take a little time to recover." Said Raina by emphasizing the word only in her sentence.

"Lillian's condition has been very improved, so good Lilian is now choosing a dress to wear at the party tomorrow." Fania.

Raina rounded her eyes in surprise at Fania's words. "Miss Lilian is going to the party too." Raina asked curiously.

"Of course Lilian will go...Her father was a supreme duke so naturally Lilian was invited, why was Miss Raina so surprised?" Ask Fania back.

"You're here?" Ask Seint.

"Ah no. I'm now talking to you." Raina still looks happy.

Seint walked closer to Raina who now looked very happy and when Seint even walked past him and stopped right in front of Lilian, Fania and Violet.

Raina's expression instantly turned sour as Seint walked past her, while Fania and Violet were desperately holding their laughter.

"I was looking for you earlier." Said Seint staring gently at Lilian. "What are you doing here." Further.

"I'm choosing a dress that I'm going to wear tomorrow but nothing has interested me yet." Lilian.

"I've chosen it for you." Said Seint then grasping Lilian's hand and taking her out of the store.

Fania and Violet followed Seint and Lilian who had walked a little further, before they walked past Raina, and the girls laughed at her and made Raina grow more upset and clenched her hands tightly.

"Look at what I can do to you when the party goes on." Raina stared angrily at the exit of the shop.
