Lucas is surprised to see Dom's condition is not moving with a lot of blood seeping out of the wound in his heart and another wound in his left arm due to Arya's shot that was able to trick Dom by just filling it one bullet in his gun.

"Dom wake!!!"lucas shouted anxiously and was afraid to see his condition by trying to resuscitate the unmoving Dom.

Nervously Lucas immediately contacted Doctor Moris and asked to immediately prepare an operation for Dom.

"Immediately prepare an emergency operation for Dom in thirty minutes" Lucas ordered after previously asking someone to prepare a helicopter to take Dom to the hospital.
