140.Give birth
Doctor Moris is examining Hanum's condition, who is about to perform a caesarean section soon.
"You ready not Miss Hanum? ",asked Doctor Moris who answered a nod by Hanum.
"I can't wait to hold them" Hanum answered by stroking her stomach and looking at Dom who didn't let go of Hanum's hand.
"Do your best for them Doctors don't let anything happen to them during your surgery".
"Don't worry Mr. Dominic without you mintapun I will definitely do my best to Madame Hanum and her baby".
"I entrust them once more to you", Dom said, to a nod from Doctor Moris.
"Now let's do the surgery, Miss Hanum" said Doctor Moris, telling his assistant to push Hanum into a specially prepared surgery to help her give birth.
"I'll wait for you here baby", said Dom by releasing his hand from Hanum with a heavy heart.
"Don't worry our Daddy's gonna be fine because Daddy's already giving his best to welcome their birth" Hanum said, deliberately smiling to calm Dom who looks very tense right now.
Dom nods and briefly taps his wife's forehead before Doctor Moris has his assistant push Hanum into the operating room.
Dom stood at the door of the operating room with mixed feelings, many times he saw the operating lamp was extinguished or not.
"Dom until when will you continue like that in front of the operating room door", asked Lucas who began to feel a headache watching Dom back and forth without stopping waiting for Hanum to finish his caesarean section.
"Shut up!, if you're dizzy to see me, go home, you think I need you now!", Dom's hardic grew annoyed at Lucas' reprimands.

"It seems like I changed my mind", Dom arrived to sit next to Lucas and ordered his guards to be at the front door of the operating room to replace him.
Lucas shook his head as he watched Dom order his bodyguards in his place to stand by the door of Hanum's operating room
"What did you change your mind about?", asked Lucas deliberately invited Dom to chat to slightly shift his mind which was very nervous waiting for Hanum to finish his caesarean section.
"On having many children with Hanum", he said by restoring his hair back.
"So...?" asked Lucas.
"Hurry to get Helen pregnant so you know how nervous it is to wait for our wife to give birth".
"I'd love to but I think it'll be hard as long as you keep telling me to work like crazy right now" Lucas grumbled.
"Patience after Hanum gives birth and all our problems are sorted out I'll really give you both time to enjoy the holidays" Dom said, staring at Lucas.
"You're serious Dom? ",Lucas asked in disbelief.
"Of course I'm serious you think I've played, but it also depends on your performance".
"Ish. You always just gave me false hope" Lucas grumbled.
"I just don't want you to forget that I'll give you a lot of time off".

Dom looked at Lucas sharply, "It's not love", Dom replied firmly.
"Then, you say, well, we got married when she said we were pregnant without thinking about investigating first whether it was your son or not".
"That's true but I don't love her I did it just because of the child in her womb at the time".
"But it's not necessarily your son Dom".
"But there was still an innocent baby in her stomach, if I wasn't responsible at the time, I was afraid she would abort the baby, even though she did it anyway".
"Don't grieve Dom, won't you have your own baby with the woman you really love".

Seeing that, Dom got up from his seat and immediately walked quickly to the operating room door where the nurses came out carrying a bok containing their two babies to be among the baby's special room.
Dom wants to ask the nurse about the baby but soon Hanum is also pushed out of the operating room by a nurse accompanied by Doctor Moris who walks next to him.
"How is my wife Doctor? ",Dom asked because he saw Hanum was still closed post-surgery.
"Now everything is normal, your wife is not aware because of the anesthesia we are doing" replied Doctor Moris who walked in the care room Hanum accompanied Dom and Lucas beside the trolley Hanum.
Until Hanum's treatment room, Doctor Moris immediately moved Hanum to the bed.
Dom did not release his gaze from Hanum who had not been aware even though he was in the infirmary.
"Don't worry about Mr. Dominic mistress Hanum being fine any minute she'll definitely be conscious" said Doctor Moris trying to calm Dom who looks worried seeing Hanum not yet conscious.
"Yes", Dom answered by walking over to the bed and touching Hanum's face which looked pale after the operation.
"You can look at both of your children while waiting for Madame Hanum to come to her senses", Doctor Moris's advice.
Hearing that Dom got up and walked out of the room intending to go to the special room of the baby.
"Please take care of Hanum for a moment", he orders the nurse assigned by Doctor Moris.
