CHAPTER 6 THE FIRST DAY OF BEING A HUSBAND AND WIFE

The sunlight peeked behind the window. Marking that it was morning, Nayna opened her eyes. She did not forget that this was not her room, but rather their bridal room. What surprised Nayna was that she was in the ocean. They hugged each other.

Slowly he raised the hand of the Ocean that overstretched his stomach. Then Nayna walked into the bathroom.

“Why can it be like this?" muttered.

His face was blushing, it was undeniable that he felt comfortable in the embrace of the Ocean. Nay started his bathing activity.

After exiting the bathroom, Ocean was already leaning on the edge of the bed waiting for him.

“It's done?" Sam began to hold his seat. "Let's have breakfast, others are waiting,” said Samudra.

“You're tidy, where do you shower?” nayna asked him to look at the husband.

“In the next room, in the guest room, why? You're disappointed we didn't shower together?”

The harsh words that came from the mouth of the Ocean were deliberately spoken to make Nayna hate him even more.

As if he could read Nay's mind, Sam immediately explained. “The kiss was to silence your chatty mouth and it worked, didn't it?"

Sam stood up and started walking out of the room. Before that, Nayna opened her mouth.

“Do you need to speak rudely like that, Sam? And you also do not forget, fellow second-hand goods do not need to insult each other, just walk in your streets and I walk in my streets.” Nayna had been lazy to argue with the Ocean, and then went on a brisk walk to get ahead of the man.

Samudra moved to the city when they were 9 years old. Leo, the father of Samudra and Bima, the father of Nayna was a friend while in college. After graduation, Leo went abroad to run the family company and since then, Leo and Bima have been without communication due to their busy lives. Leo is also familiar with Adam, Nayna's grandfather.

“Good morning, Nay.” Zima always showed his friendly smile to Nayna.

“Sit down, Nay, we have breakfast," Retno said.

“Why do you wake up so early? newlyweds, getting up in the afternoon is okay too. Was last night exhausting, Nay? not sleeping well?” ask Retno enthusiastically.

“Aishhhh, why is this mother? Ask at length times wide. Last night was a tiring night but we slept very well, Mom. Even to the point of snoring," the Ocean chattered in a somewhat irritated tone.

The Alegian family started their breakfast quietly. There was no more conversation between them. After breakfast, Retno takes out an envelope to hand over to Nayna.

“Nay, Sam," said Retno staring at the newlyweds alternately. "You guys get ready quickly, the flight is this afternoon," Retno said as she handed the envelope to Nayna.

“What is this bu?” ask Nayna wonder.

“Open it.”

With hesitation, Nayna opened the envelope. “Ticket to Maldives, do you mean Mother?”

“Go honeymoon, don't you like water?"

“No need honeymoon, Mom. Sam must have been busy, he had to go back to the company. I'll also start work, ma'am," declined Nay subtly.

“Not to think, Samudra I've given you a leave of absence. I also told your grandfather to postpone work first, just enjoy your honeymoon,”, said Leo, entering into the chat wife and daughter-in-law.

The ocean sees the ticket Nayna holds, then takes it.

“If you like water, no need to go abroad. The island here is also a lot of water, both islands, why all the way to the Maldives?"

“Sam, if you don't want to, let me just replace it. You can take over my job, I can take a break with Nay,” Zima said with a mocking smile.

Sam only replied with a cynical look.
