CHAPTER 52 Check Fertility

I suggest in addition to the consumption of drugs, you should get enough rest 7-8 hours a day, Control stress wisely, Exercise regularly for 30 to 45 minutes every 3 or 4 times a week, for example jogging, swimming, aerobic exercise, and so on, consumption of balanced nutritious foods, multiply anti-oxidants such as vegetables and fruit, limit fatty foods, instant foods, junk food, avoid cigarettes and alcohol.”
