Guests have started to arrive, but Devan hasn't seen his nose. Maurin and his mother had already begun to fidget, as had Rengganis. Many times Rengganis attempted to contact Devan by phone call, but all incoming calls were ignored by Devan.

At 20:00, Devan's car entered the family home. Devan is protective by holding Aleta's hand tightly into the house, fearing that something will separate them. Last time there was a gathering together, Aleta was splashed in the pool because of the actions of Maurin. Today Devan promised to stay by his side.

"A lot of mas turns out, there is a Thanksgiving event," asked Aleta turned to her husband.

"Mas doesn't know yet, let's go in first. We'll find the answer inside." Devan replied.

"Assalamualaikum," Devan and Aleta said their greetings and cupped both hands in front of the chest.

"Wa Alaikum greetings" answered some who heard their greetings.

Seeing the arrival of Aleta and Devan, Cokro rushed forward to meet them.

"Aleta. how are you, if this child troubles you. Call grandfather," Cokro asked Aleta with a happy smile.

"Alhamdulillah Aleta good and happy cake. I'm sorry Aleta just got to see Grandpa, because last week there was still an exam. Friday afternoon Aleta just arrived from Klaten." Aleta kisses grandpa's hand Cokro.

"Grandfather.., the granddaughter of the grandfather was Devan or Aleta anyway." protested Devan pretended to be annoyed. But Cokro pretended not to listen to Devan's protests. Cokro pulls Aleta's hand and invites her to the living room, Devan eventually follows behind her.

"Devan..., here once was a child." suddenly Rengganis called Devan to get closer to him.

Devan abides by Rengganis's will.

"Tante Lastri, Maurin, it's been a long time" asked Devan as he saw the two sitting with Rengganis.

"Please this time, follow my mom. Sit here until you're done giving notice to our family." Rengganis asks Devan to stay with a pleading gaze.

Unwilling to argue with anyone, Devan sat in the seat next to the Rengganis. But suddenly Rengganis stood up, so Devan was currently sitting side by side with Maurin. From afar Atmaja seemed to notice his wife's attitude, but he also did not want to provoke a commotion in front of the family that was gathering.

"How are you Van" Maurin asked Devan.

"Huh.., well." Devan replied briefly without looking to Maurin.

Seeing Devan's rigid answer, Maurin did not continue the pleasantries on Devan. Rengganis suddenly left them, then took the microphone near the LED TV.

"Assalamualaikum, I'm sorry to interrupt my brother's moment. Tonight, we invite all members of the Cokro family in Bandung, because there is a happy news that we will deliberately share with all who are present tonight." Rengganis conveyed the meaning of tonight's invitation.

Residents of the house looked at each other asking for Rengganis's actions. But no one felt told the Rengganis.

"Tonight I will share the happy news, that the future generation of Cokro successor will already be present in this family" said the last Rengganis surprised all the families present, especially Cokro and nuclear family.

"Who is pregnant, whether Devan's wife is pregnant." many whispers asking for statements made by Rengganis.

Brown, Atmaja with a dead red face approaching Rengganis. But Aleta carefully held her arm, and asked Cokro to return to sit on the chair. With a calm and considerate attitude, Aleta took a glass of water then asked Cokro to drink it. Rolland also moved quickly to accompany Atmaja.

"So calm grandfather, let's wait for mama to finish talking" Aleta said.

Rengganis took out an envelope with the logo of Laboratory****hita, and held it with one hand. With a big smile Rengganis read out the contents of the laboratory results.

"Mrs. Maurin Atmanegara tested positive and is currently five weeks pregnant." Rengganis paused for a moment to take a breath.

"This time is in accordance with the accident experienced by Maurin, the time of our family gathering event in Ubud last month. Where during the togetherness event, my son Devan in a state of unconsciousness has tarnished the sanctity of Maurin." clearly Rengganis conveyed a statement vulgarly.

"Prang..," Devan slammed the glass held in his hand.

"Bullshit what nonsense is this." with a red face and tense Devan swore in front of the family.

"So calm, we can all find a way out." Rolland immediately stopped his brother's emotions.

Aleta tried to calm herself down by tightly holding onto Grandpa Cokro's hand. Cokro, who already knew the true events of his time in Ubud, breathed a sigh of relief because he had evidence that would humiliate Maurin.

"Aleta.., calm yourself, son. There's grandfather here." said Cokro rubbing Aleta's head gently. With a broken heart, Aleta forced a smile in front of Cokro.

Rengganis then continued his words.

"Even though this baby is present in a way that we do not want, but we especially my grandmother will happily accept the next generation of our family. I as a mother asked my son Devan to marry Maurin immediately."

Rengganis smiled gently by turning his gaze to Maurin. Maurin and Lastri simply bowed in shame under the gazes of all the families present.

Devan in Rolland's grip, suddenly kicked the chair until it almost hit Rengganis. Fortunately, Atmaja quickly held the chair.

Instantly the atmosphere inside the house became chaotic. While Aleta who had tested her calmness and patience since she was still living in the orphanage, tried to swallow the bitter pill that was currently in front of her.

Cokro admires Aleta's attitude, which, despite being faced with a situation that must have weakened any woman, but not Aleta.

"Get in my room, kid, get some rest. You don't have to think about everything. Devan will be grandfather's business." Cokro told Aleta.

Aleta smiled making sure to Cokro that she was fine, then she looked at Devan who could not control herself. Unable to be prevented, Aleta stepped into the front room to approach her husband. All the families were shocked to see Aleta coming, and they thought there would be a third world war. But all of them suddenly fell silent looking at the scene in front of him.

Aleta stiffly approached the rampaging Devan. With her petite body, Aleta tried to embrace her husband's tall body. Sensing his wife's gentle embrace, Devan stopped and hugged her tightly back. On her tiptoes, Aleta gives a soft kiss on Devan's lips. Realizing his wife's bold actions, Devan bowed and then returned his wife's kisses feelingly. Slowly his heart grew cold again.

Everyone held their breaths watching the scene that was not worth seeing by a small child. A red face approached the two of them. But not until he pulls Aleta, Devan shows his attitude.

"I'm sorry to everyone, for the mess and stand up comedy you just showed me. Until whenever my wife is just Aleta, and I will not marry Maurin for whatever reason" Devan said while giving a deep kiss on Aleta's forehead.

"Tonight I'll ask the doctor to do a DNA test on Maurin if he's willing. From the test we will be able to see, whose baby was conceived by ***** that "devan said firmly while pointing towards Maurin.

Not accepting his son called *****, Lastri stood up and gave a slap to Devan's face. But Rolland quickly caught Lastri's hand.

Seeing the chaotic situation, Aleta pulled Devan then led him into the room. Devan who feels guilty has caused his wife to become ill, complies with Aleta's desire to calm down in the room.
