His hand was ready to dial some very terrible numbers outside his head. However, the conversation from behind him with the reflection of the shadow on the front window there, made him freeze in place. Why the conversation behind him is so attention-grabbing and the heartbeat feels thumped a thousand times.

"Sir, why are you?" the receptionist's nurse asked confused by Abhi's behavior.

Abhi put the book back down and took off the hospital phone. "I'll call you later, excuse me."

Abhi walked carefully following the two people ahead there. For a few moments down the hospital hall until two people entered a room with a heart specialist.

"Sus, may I ask you?" Abhi stopped a nurse passing by beside him.

The nurse stopped, "Yes, what do you want to ask?"

"That room," Abhi pointed towards the door in front of him. "What's the doctor's name?"

"Doctor Yuna, he's the best heart doctor in our hospital. Do you want to do an appointment? If so, please go to the receptionist and ask for the schedule first." explained the nurse kindly, making Abhi nod in understanding.

"Thank you, Sus. Excuse me." said Abhi, and chose to leave where he stood.

Sister let Abhi go unsuspecting. While in the room of Dr. Yuna. Everyone was experiencing tension, except for one face that was still calm with no problems living.

"Are you okay?" ask the guy with the hair tied.

"Always okay, come on why are you guys like ice cubes?" reply the woman on the gurney without taking away her sweet smile.

"Stop! It's not time to wait, let alone complain. Life without struggle, what is life? Come on, don't make me like the weakest brother in the world." he interrupted by rubbing the hand of the brother who looked at him like he was ready to pounce.

One hand felt holding the man's shoulder, a gesture if no further debate was needed.

"Okay, let's do it" the man broke up with a heavy heart.

"Sister is the best." flatter the woman by hugging her brother's body.

The gentle rubbing on the head made him feel more comfortable. That moment only became the most beautiful sight for other beings who witnessed the affection of the brothers.

"Queen, Baby also has to do an examination!" varo said after releasing his sister's embrace.

Asfa smiled, "Ka, I'm here. It'll be good, trust me."

"Don't worry, Queen isn't alone. We're with him, aren't we?" continued Vans, making Varo take a deep breath and then throw it slowly.

Rania's report changed the atmosphere slightly to melt, but not with Asfa. That one woman actually raised one eyebrow and it was realized Vans.

"Doctor Yuna, have all the medical devices come?" asked Vans trying to distract Asfa.

Doctor Yuna took out a map on top of her desk, then handed it to Vans. "This, Young Master. All will be until this afternoon because it's stuck at the airport."

"What's all that surgery stuff later?" varo asked as he waved to his wife to enter.

Vans checks the shipping report of his ordered goods. "Yes, but if the goods until later in the afternoon. The operation can only be done tomorrow night....,"

"Do it like that? Can you all get out? Except you're Rania!" ask Asfa to the point.

Varo glanced at Vans, whereupon the man shook his head resignedly. Rania looked at Asfa without blinking, making the one being stared at smile meaningfully.

"Doll!" call Varo soft.

Asfa raised his right hand a sign no one could stop him. "Get out!"

Vans patted Varo on the shoulder, and gave Yuna the eye code to come out following Asfa's orders.

"I'll stay here." Varo retreated and stood with both hands folded in front of his chest.

One pat on the forehead was done Vans.

Brother and sister, just as stubborn. Once giving an ultimatum, no one wants to budge let alone fade.~batin Vans.

Rania is confused about which one to choose, both of which are very important and impossible to choose. Rania's ambiguous face is caught off guard by Vans, leaving the man with a brilliant idea.

Without permission Vans walked over to Rania, then clasped the arms of Varo's wife. "We'll just go out. Let the brothers solve problems together. Come on!"

Rania is forced to follow in Vans' footsteps, with the accompaniment of a sharp eye from her husband. However, Vans' words have a point as well. The two sisters need time to have a heart-to-heart conversation.

Varo stepped forward, and stopped in front of Asfa. His hands were raised and cupped a tiny face with blue eyes that were always a weakness as well as strength in his life.
