“Mbak, Pak Hari hasn't come home yet?” I don't know how many times Doctor Rengganis asked Astuti.
The long-haired beautiful girl continued to walk back and forth while biting her nails involuntarily.
Occasionally he peered out the window, seeing if Mr. Hari had returned after carrying out his duties to deliver lunch to the soldiers who were conducting joint exercises in their village.
“Let me tell you, Doc, if Mr. Warso and Mr. Hari have arrived.” Astuti smiled at the beautiful doctor he admired that looked so agitated and misbehaved.
“Ciiit,” sounds loud the sound of old motorcycle brake Pak Warso from afar.
Without the need to command the legs of Doctor Rengganis directly stepped into the yard, several times seen Doctor Rengganis running small as if he was impatient to immediately listen to Mr. Hari's story about what had happened there.
“Awarded, Mr Hari?” ask Doctor Rengganis. His voice was made in such a way as to sound authoritative, he tried to mask his uneasiness and curiosity about the news of Captain Blue.
“Already, Doc. We have already delivered.” Mr. Hari got off the Pak Warso motorbike.
“What does he say?” The tense face of the Rengganis doctor could not hide the curiosity of his heart.
“We did not meet Captain Blue, Dok.”
“Loooooh.” The doctor's pretty mouth forms the letter O. Disappointed look adorned the beautiful face of the young doctor.
“Captain Blue is on the training field so can not be found,” explained Pak Hari.
“How to eat?”
“I have entrusted the same Mr. Army who is on guard duty in post.”
“Just?” Doctor Rengganis looks sad.
“I'm dropping it too, Doc.” There was a guilty tone from Mr. Hari's voice. He knew very well that this was not the answer that the woman in front of him had been waiting for.
“Ah, yes that's it then. Thank you Mr. Hari, Mr. Warso.” The spoiled doctor turned around with shaky steps towards his study back.
Dr. Rengganis closed the door, sitting in his chair that had been seen using.
Her hands ruffled her soft black hair. He seemed so frustrated that he could not hear the news of someone he was waiting for.
The head of the young girl was put to sleep on a work desk that was quite large. Both of his hands were folded into a pedestal where his smooth forehead, where his stored intelligent brain was placed.
“Captain, have you drunk mango juice from the greatness of my hand?” Doctor Rengganis straightened his head looking at his index finger wrapped in plaster thanks to the wound he got when peeling the mango fruit earlier.
“Dok, sorry, no patients.” Midwife Maya suddenly opened the door of the office of Doctor Rengganis, the woman who was busy with her thoughts was immediately standing with a sense of responsibility. He rushed towards the space that Midwife Maya meant.
“Who?” tanyakanya.
“Bu Prapti Pak Risno's wife, seems to have given birth. But the delivery may not be easy, Doc. There was a problem in her pregnancy.”
The rengganis accelerated his pace.
“Last control time I have suggested to do a more accurate check to the city as well as carry out the labor process in the district hospital only which the medicine and equipment are more complete.” Maya midwife tracks Doctor Rengganis's steps.
“But it seems like the cost factor makes Pak Risno and Bu Prapti not heed my advice, Dok.” Midwife Maya explains sadly on her way to the delivery room.
“Let me check first yes, Mom. Later we decide what steps we should take.” Doctor Rengganis goes into the delivery room.
The moaning of Bu Prapti was heard from outside the room, Doctor Rengganis understood very well the pain that was being felt by the woman. The heart of Rengganis is actually a delinquent every must handle partus process as it is today.
She was always unable to witness the suffering that women had to go through when struggling to give birth to their babies. However, once again she had to endure, she realized this was the nature that all women had to live in to make her a mother.
One day, the Rengganis doctor realized he had to be in this position, fighting to bet his life for his beloved baby.
Once again a thank-you note suddenly slid from her mouth to the much-missed mother.
“Please pray for your son, Mi.” His whisper.
“Hold yes, Mom,” Doctor Rengganis said gently and patiently. His hands deftly and quickly did an initial inspection to Bu Prapti.
The twilight became a very tiring fight for Bu Prapti, Doctor Rengganis and also his team.
Sweat as big as corn grains adorned their tired faces. The medical personnel on duty that afternoon together exert all their energy to help the process of childbirth Bu Prapti which is not easy.
Elsewhere, Captain Blue and the troops had just returned to their camp from the training ground. His body was full of mud. As a soldier the injuries he gets are not something to be regretted and mourned.
Soldiers are born fighters, injuries and pain are companions they should accept without complaint. Their bodies have become accustomed to scratches and incisions.
Captain Blue's eyes were fixed directly on the pitch-black night sky. His hand held a green glass given by Doctor Rengganis.
“The stars seem to shine brighter here,” muttered Captain Blue.
The body looked fresher after bathing and cleaning themselves in a small river not far from their camp, the small stream had very clear water with a soothing tone, calming heart, and the flow of the small river, Captain Blue always felt at peace while there.
The fat-haired man laid his body on a valbet in front of the large army tent. His eyes were always sharp as eagle eyes closed tightly. The shadow of Doctor Rengganis suddenly flashed in and played in his thoughts.
Captain Blue widened his eyes suddenly trying to remove the smile of Doctor Rengganis from memory. For some reason since the meeting, the face of the doctor Rengganis always paced in the eye. Always manages to shake his feelings.
The sound of long breaths sounded so heavy out of the handsome man's nose. He felt a sudden heartbeat hunting like he was about to blow his body up when he imagined the doctor he had just known.
Flashing again beautiful eyes that are perfectly round, but the image of a beautiful girl wearing a white silk shirt is getting closer and does not want to go.
Captain Blue's body immediately rose from his sleep, walking towards Danlat's tent or Training Commander as the leader of the joint training activities this time. He applied for permission to docked to a nearby village to settle some interests.
Luckily the permission he had applied for was approved. With a face like a young man, he immediately grabbed the key of the motor used as an operational vehicle during this ongoing joint exercise.
With certainty the motor driven by Captain Blue drove quickly to the health center where Doctor Rengganis served.
The atmosphere of the place is quite dramatic at night. The dimly lit lighting makes the atmosphere look quite somber.
Wiggling inside the puskes still looks alive even with makeshift facilities. Captain Blue stepped foot, hoping to meet someone to ask, even more fortunate if he could directly meet with Doctor Rengganis.
However, what he was waiting for did not appear. He couldn't find anyone there. Captain Blue's footsteps were directed at a dressing room that sounded quite busy.
He stopped his steps not far from the room with the lights that lit the brightest compared to other spaces.
From behind the slightly open window curtain Captain Blue can see the gloomy shadow of Doctor Rengganis who is busy with medical actions that must be done on patients.
Long time Captain Blue stared at the woman who increasingly amazed him. The man decided to wait for Doctor Rengganis to finish his duty.
However, eventually the man swung his steps slightly away from the delivery room. He came out of the old white-painted building.
The night sky with a million feelings. Seeing how beautiful Doctor Rengganis was on duty made her smile with a proud smile that might be for no reason.
“I miss you even more.” Captain Blue smiled trying to hold back any sense in his heart.
Mr. Hari who was walking to pick up a hot water thermos in the hospital room accidentally saw Captain Blue who was standing staring at the sky.
The forty-year-old man simply stared at Captain Blue from a distance without trying to disturb him.
Shortly Captain Blue again stepped foot, began to move from the original position. Mr. Hari also stepped in to stop Captain Blue.
However, the plan was abandoned. Instead, the man in a black base with a white t-shirt walked forward his work again.
Will Captain Blue and Doctor Rengganis not be destined to meet again this time?
What happened to Bu Prapti and Doctor Rengganis in the delivery room?
We wait for the next story. Don't miss it.
