After arriving at the polystyrene, gus Arkan and Nida entered the room. 

A female doctor was sitting in the room. 

"Please sir, ma'am" said the doctor

"What complaints?" ask the Doctor 

Then Nida explained the complaints she felt. The doctor listened carefully to Nida's complaint. Then Nida was told to lie on the bed for an examination. 

The nurse helps the doctor to apply gell on Nida's stomach. Gus Arkan who saw it was just silent, because he was still confused, actually what happened to his wife.. 

During the examination, the doctor smiled..

Then give thanks Alhamdulillah..

Nida and Gus Arkan suspect that it is true that Nida is pregnant.. 

"Is my wife pregnant doc?" ask gus Arkan

"Yes sir, congratulations Alhamdulillah wife father pregnant" said the doctor

"Alhamdulillah" said Nida and Arkan gus

"It's been 4 weeks sir, please take care.. Moreover, there are 2 lives in it" said the Doctor

"meaning? Doc's twins?" ask gus Arkan

"It's true sir" replied the doctor

"Alhamdulillah.. Finally my wife too.. Direct 2 docks.. Hahahaha mantul no tuh" said gus Arkan proudly

"Maasss" said Nida shyly

After the examination, Nida and Gus Arkan walked towards the parking lot. 

The ceaseless gus Arkan took Nida's hand and occasionally rubbed Nida's stomach which still looks flat. 

"What do you want to eat? Mas buyin" said gus Arkan

"Adek wants to eat Shahia mas's cooking" Nida said

"Okay, we go directly to the house of Afnan aja" said gus Arkan

Their vehicle immediately rolled into Afnan's house

"Assalamualaikum" their salutation

"Wa'alaikumussalam" replied Afnan and Shahia

Gus Afnan was holding Ziya and joking, then Shahia sat on the chair on the porch of the house. 

"Wahh there are far away guests" ledek gus Afnan

"Do you know?" ask gus Arkan

"Arkan will be abiii" said gus Arkan spirit

"That's serious?" ask gus Afnan

"Ente pregnant nid?" tanya Shahia stroked Nida's stomach

"Alhamdulillah sha ana is pregnant" replied Nida

"Seriously mas, so the tokcer is directly 2" said gus Arkan proudly

"Did Umi know?" ask Shahia

"Not yet, we were directly here because we want to eat food" said Nida

"Yes kholas, what do you want to eat?" ask Shahia

"One wants noni leaf fried rice" Nida said

"Yank, do not eat bitter, our children will be bitter" said gus Arkan

"Husssh can't do that" said Gus Afnan

"Afwan mas" said gus Arkan lirih

"No bitters, later the leaves of the noni are washed clean, just calm anyway Shahia mah will not be bitter and guaranteed to taste good food" said Shahia

"What is sha?" ask Nida to make sure

"Yes, you now go home first.. Abah and umi.. Later when it is ripe, ana bring it to his abah nasi" said Shahia

"Okeehh, yuk mas" asked Nida to gus Arkan

"Yuk.. We go home first" said gus Arkan pamit

"Yeah, watch out for stumbling.. If it falls say the name ana 3 times" said Gus Afnan

"Ente help ya?" ask Gus Arkan

"Yes, obviously, it's not horrifying.. Hahaha" said gus Afnan

After that, they went home and told this good news to abah and umi.

How happy they were when it was reported that Nida was pregnant and twins 2 fetuses at once.. Umi's attention and affection increased for Nida, because there were 2 prospective grandchildren who were in Nida's stomach
