A Muslim is required to strive if he wants to get something. On the contrary, lazing is not a characteristic of a Muslim. In the "Prayer to Eliminate Laziness" by Alhafiz Kurniawan, there is a prayer of the Prophet Muhammad who asks for the protection of Allah to be avoided from four things namely lazy, cowardly, senile, and stingy.

The prayer the Prophet recited was, "Allalhumma inni audzubika minal kasali wa audzubika minal jubni wa au dzubika minal harami wa a’udzubika minal bukhli", which means "O Allah, I have taken refuge in Thee from indolence, and I have taken refuge in Thee from cowardice, and I have taken refuge in Thee from senility, and I have taken refuge in Thee from stinginess."

In another account, the Prophet Muhammad said, "Whoever in the afternoon feels tired because of the work of his hands (seeking a living) then at that time his sin is forgiven." (H.R. Thabrani).

Intention or effort must precede two other things, namely prayer and trust. If one prays but has not tried, he is not fully willing to change his fate. On the contrary, to do without prayer is to forget the fact that man has no power over anything, except by the permission of God.

Allah says in Surah Al-Mukmin:60, "Wa qala rabbukumud'ni astajib lakum, innallazhina yastakbirokina 'an 'ibadati sayadkhulna jahannama dakhirin", which means, "And your Lord says, 'Pray to me, 'Berdo thou shalt me, I will certainly permit you. Verily those who boast of My worship will go to Hell in a state of disrepute'."

And finally, the importance of tawakkal..

After praying, the next step is to rely, or surrender to God. This is inseparable from the Islamic view of the absoluteness of God. A Muslim who has tried, then prayed, does not mean his desire will be fulfilled immediately at that time.

Remember those three, ma'am... Prayer, prayer and tawakkal.. In addition, the three must also be accompanied by Istiqomah, Shadaqoh and Gratitude..

We try, we pray if not in Istiqomah right? free Mom.. We pray around us, we believe that if not helped with Shadaqoh is also free.. For Shadaqoh it helps us to open the way of the door of sustenance.. We should be thankful for whatever destiny God gives us.. Accept it.. Maybe we can not succeed in the world but we can succeed in the afterlife.. If we do all those things right.. Insha Allah Ma'am, our life is a success in the afterlife, calm, happy in the paradise of Allah SWT"
