My Mom Dear My Mom is Poor

My Mom Dear My Mom is Poor
Chapter 44's

Melati was finally back in silence, while continuing to look at the departure of Vero until he entered a room that according to the feeling Melati the room was none other than his room.

During the wait, Melati's eyes seemed unable to stay in place, her eyes continued to glance back and forth, almost to all corners of the room that could be reached by her eyes.

"This is not a house, but a palace." Mumbles Jasmine in the heart.

But shortly after, a sudden footsteps could be heard from behind Melati. Making Melati reflexively turn around to see who is walking towards her.

Melati was surprised, when she found a middle-aged woman who had been standing right behind her, even though she looked quite old, but the middle-aged woman still seemed beautiful as if she was young. And just like Melati, the woman was also as surprised as Melati's existence.

"Who are you?!" The woman asked as if probing with her wrinkled forehead.

Melati immediately stood up and bowed her head in front of the middle-aged woman who was none other than the mother of Vero.

"Sa,, I..." Jasmine slightly stammered and continued to lower her head,

"He's my college friend ma." Reply Vero who suddenly appeared from behind Melati.

At that time Vero appeared with a laptop, some sheets of paper and some books thick enough in his hand.

"Campus buddies?" Ask the woman known as Kumala.

"Yes ma, he will be my guide to complete the thesis."

"Oh yeah?" Kumala looked back at Jasmine from toe to hair.

Vero and Melati nodded at the same time.

"What's your name?"

"Dear mom." Replied Melati who hesitantly began to look at Kumala's face.

"Mom???!!" Kumala's eyes are slightly rounded.

"I'm sorry, but don't call me mother, because I'm not your mother." Kumala again.

"Auntie." The Vero whisper on Melati.

"Oh, iy, yeah sorry aunt." Say Melati later.

Kumala nodded briefly.

"Dear this from the village ma, so it's only natural that he doesn't normally call with the word aunt." Vero.

"Why can the villagers study in the city, and at the best and popular universities, how can it be?"

"I got an aunt scholarship." Answer Melati slowly.

"Yes ma, this Melati is very smart, so it can study at my campus as well. And that's why I also asked for his help to help me complete my final task." Added Vero again.

"Eemm yes, yes yes." Kumala nodded her head again.

"Well then, you can continue." Kumala added, who then stepped away.

Vero finally smiled, and invited Melati to sit down again.

"Come, sit down again."

But Melati was still silent as she looked at the back of Kumala who began to step away.

"There's no need to be afraid of mama, my mama's not a ghost." Added Vero who again pulled Melati's hand to bring her back to sit.

"Oh yeah, Vero!" Call Kumala suddenly while pausing her steps.

"Yes ma?"

"Follow mom for a minute!" Pinta Kumala then resumed his steps.

"Oh ok ma."

Vero also let go of Melati's hand, then immediately put the laptop and book he held onto the round table nearby.

"Wait a minute, yeah,"

Melati nodded, then began to sit back, but this time she did not sit on the sofa as before, but rather sat down, on a thick patch of fur.

Kumala continued to step towards a room that was quite private, before Vero also came to follow him.

"What's the matter ma? Why bring me here?" Ask Vero who looks a little confused.

"Eemm no, no one wants you to make sure anymore."

"That woman, what was her name?"

"Dark."

"Eeemm yes Melati, between you and him, there really is no relationship, right?" Kumala asked with a probing look.

"Why ma?"

"Jawab my mother's question!" Kumala.

Vero then started shaking his head in response no. Because it is true, so far between him and Melati there is no relationship whatsoever. Although Vero really wants it, but it seems that until now Melati still has not shown interest in Vero.

"Are you serious about being just a friend?"

"Yes. Why is ma?"

"Eemm is good! Mama doesn't want to if you're dating her!"

*Deegg*

Hearing such a statement coming out of his mother's mouth, made Vero's heart beat rapidly.

"Why?" Ask Vero with an unusual look.

"You still ask why? Yeah, why do you think?" Kumala turned the question around to Vero.

"Is it because he's from the village?"

"Yes, that's one of them. The point is mama doesn't want you to date her. If it's just a friend and thesis supervisor, ok no problem. But just that, nothing more!!" Firmly Kumala who seems not to be denied.

Vero was silent for a moment, with a slightly unsettled feeling. However, it did not seem to mean much to Vero, he did not even shrink and still wanted to approach Melati.

"Why are you just silent? You hear what mom said??!"

"Eemm yes ma, I heard!"

"Good!" Kumala smiled too.

"Yes, I'm going back there ma."

"Eeemm, learn to focus, don't be weird!"

"Yes ma, there's no way I'm weird with him!"

"Yes already. And remember one more!"

"Otherwise?"

"Don't get too late!!"

"Yes ma, I won't!"

"Yes, my mom is so tired from just coming home from your dad's office, she wants to go into the room."

"Then papa?"

"Your father was overtime in the office with some of his staff, because there was a little problem. But take it easy, everything can still be overcome." Kumala smiled as she patted Vero's shoulder briefly and then just walked away.

Vero let out a rough sigh, not wanting to waste a long time, he immediately returned to the living room, where Melati was waiting for him.

"Sorry ma, but I won't change anything, I will still approach Melati, still will try to take her heart, even though mama does not agree." Vero murmured inwardly as he continued to move his legs.

"The problem of blessing is not blessing, it let it be a business later! Most importantly right now, how do you get Melati to want me." Add it again while starting to smile thinly.

Upon arrival in the family room, Vero's forehead was again shrunk when he found Melati sitting below.

"Darken??!!" His soft voice approached Melati.

Melati immediately looked at him.

"Jeez Melati, why are you sitting on the floor?!"

"Who is my bilanf sitting on the floor? It's." Melati replied while patting slowly the ambal fur she was sitting on.

"Eeemmm yeah, but still you're sitting down."

"Sitting down like this will be more comfortable, after all this table is right for us to sit down, and learning can also be a little more relaxed." Clearly Melati was calm.

"Eeemm yes already, as long as you are comfortable, then I will feel the same way." Vero replied smilingly who finally sat down below with Melati.
