CHAPTER 51~ DINNER

(In a restaurant)

My cousin and I sat in the middle seat. A waiter approached us.

"Excuse me, can you and I have a message now or later?" tanyanya graceful.

"Later on" I replied.

Panca looks as if she's waiting for something. His eyes continued to look towards the entrance.

I patted her on the shoulder, though,

"Who is Pan concerned?" queried.

"Uhm.... Where's Nat? How come there's no?" tanyakanya.

"What?" many wonder.

"Your office friend is his name, who is it?"

"Astrid's?"

"Yes,"

Not long after, Astrid and Obedience came.

"That." I pointed towards them.

"Hallo's Nat." Astrid sat in the chair next to Panca.

"Hallo, ma'am." continued Taat.

"Hallo. We eat food now yes," I said.

(Food is ordered)

"Oh, yeah. It's Panca, my friend."

Hearing my words, Obedience and Astrid stared at each other in wonder.

"Udah, just relax. Outside the office, don't call mom."

Obedience and Astrid just nodded in understanding with the meaning of my words.

"Hallo mas Panca, I'm Obedient" said Taat. They shake hands too.

"Hallo. Penta."

"Astrid, mas," Astrid said.

Panca smiled broadly at Astrid, causing Astrid to be embarrassed.

His gaze did not stop at Astrid.

"Will that hand go on until when?" I asked my nervous cousin.

When he woke up, he let go of his hand. Not stopping there, he threw his smile again to Astrid.

(Some time later, the order landed on our table)

"Let's eat," I said.

"Yes, Nat," replied Obediently and Astrid.

Dinner was accompanied by small talk between us. It felt, time after time, that the resto was coming more and more.

"We're going straight home or what?" ask me to open the conversation.

"I'm up to it" replied Taat.

"Well, we go straight home." I rise to my feet.

"Don't you bring a car?" ask Panca suddenly.

"Gak mas. We got on the bike" Astrid replied.

"Well, Nat is the same when you go home first" said Panca held back our steps.

"Trus Astrid?" my many.

Panca just winked at me, gesturing bajwa she wanted to go with Astrid first before heading home.

"Well already. We go home first." Me and Tata also walked to the parking lot.

"You can drive, right?" ask me to Taat while throwing the car keys to him.

"Can mbak."

We got into the car immediately.

(Panca and Astrid)

"Yok," take Panca.

"Oh yeah, don't call me. Call Panca aja." Panca grabbed the helmet and thrust it at Astrid.

"OK on."

The motor is traveling at medium speed. Down the street bright because of the street lights and starlight in the sky.

Me and Taat are still on their way home. At the red light.

I lowered the car's glass window. Over there, I saw a pair of lovers riding a white Vespa motorbike. The woman hugged the man while leaning on the back of her lover.

"Romantic yes, ma'am." His looks surprised me with his voice.

"Ah.... Aye." Yeah." Soon I closed the glass window.

"Mom Nat, do you have a boyfriend?" the question returned to surprise and shock me.

"Ah.... Mm.... I really, didn't think about it. I have a lot of office business to take care of."

"Uhm.... Pantes. I'm not afraid to be a virgin, though,"

"Hushhh." I shook my hands towards his face.

"Do you have any?" my many.
