"Kiran, you've been serious about staying in this house all this time?" Sid asked as Rhea's mother was in the kitchen preparing food.
Kiran nodded, with a faint smile.
"Sorry." Sid lowered.
"What's the apology for?"
"Hm... You reckon?" Sid is getting down.
How could my wife herself be in this state while I am in a luxurious mansion. My God, he must have suffered so much.
"That's it, don't think about it." Kiran grabbed Sid's hand and grabbed it. "May I ask you something?" Sid nodded quickly.
I'll always give you what you want, as long as you stay with me.
"Say!"
"Please fix this house, all this time Narja's grandfather and Anjum's grandmother are very meritorious to me. Let's just say, you repay their kindness by giving them a livable home for saving me and taking care of me." Pinta Kiran expectantly to Sid.
What's not for you? You are my soul, if you are happy then I will be happy too.
Sid smiled, then nodded. He grabbed Kiran and kissed the top of her head.
This is what I miss about you, Sid. From the outside you look fierce, but your heart is so full of goodness.
"Thank you." Kiran said as she replied to Sid.
"No problem, as long as it makes you happy." Sid replies and kisses Kiran on the top of his head.
"You guys keep making out!" Protests Rhea's mother who just came out of the kitchen with a bowl of cassava in her hand.
"Mom!" Kiran pouted, she was ashamed of herself.
"Eat!" Rhea's mother presents the cassava.
Sid was again stunned, not because he did not know what food was in front of him, but because he again realized that maybe during this time Kiran also ate the food every day.
Sid took the cassava, and tried the taste. For the first time he ate cassava which was only boiled.
Does my Kiran also eat this every day?
His heart ached again, imagining Kiran eating only boiled cassava every day. Worth it, the body is thin even though pregnant because it turns out let alone nutrition, even rice they can not eat it because of their very difficult circumstances like this.
He put the cassava in his mouth. The next moment the tears escaped his eyes.
Tasteless, it feels so bland. I can't imagine that every day Kiran eats just this.
Sid wiped away his tears, making the two women of different ages before him bewildered.
"Sid, why?" Asked Rhea's mother with a confused face.
"No, ma. Do you guys eat this every day?" Sid asked while wiping his tears again.
Kiran nodded.
"Nearly every day we eat this, if the sale of fish is only a little and not enough to buy rice." Rhea's mother replied while looking down.
Sid rubbed his face, thinking how his wife ate boiled cassava every day. In fact, they had to walk a long way in order to sell the fish just like that at the time Sid met Kiran.
"Sid, don't be sad." Kiran stroked Sid's back.
"Sorry, sorry, and sorry. I should have stayed with you, and I should have told you about Maya. I'm a fool, I should be punished for making you like this." Sid hugged Kiran again, a sobbing sounded from his lips.
Since Kiran, Sid has been crying more easily.
"Cry, if it lightens your load and makes you a little calm. If you have to be punished, it's already happened. Our farewell yesterday was a punishment for you. I will never punish you, the one who deserves to punish man is the Creator, not man." Kiran's words of wisdom catapulted Sid, making Sid even more moved and proud to have a wife like Kiran.
"Thank you, I'm proud to have you." Sid's words made Kiran and Rhea's mother smile.
"Thank you, my husband. I am also proud to have such a loyal husband like you. In fact, when I'm lost like this you still believe that I'm still around." Sid grabs Kiran's hands, grasping them tightly.
She was very scared, afraid of losing Kiran again.
God, don't you separate us again.
"Wait, Sid. We have to wait for grandparents first, besides that I'll also just go home if you've fixed Narja's grandfather and Anjum's grandmother's house." Sid patted his forehead.
"Well, tomorrow this house will be repaired soon. Now, you're coming with me, right?" Kiran nodded. "Grandparents and grandmothers who have saved you for a while until their homes are finished will stay in my Villaku." Connect Sid, who is immediately embraced by Kiran.
In the afternoon, Narja's grandfather and Anjum's grandmother had just returned home after a day of sailing to catch fish.
"It looks like we have guests in our house!" Anjum's granny muttered in surprise to see Sid chatting with Kiran and Rhea's mother.
"Yes, is she Kirana's husband?" Anjum's grandmother shook her head at the sign of not knowing.
"Grandpa, grandma, you guys home yet? Come here, there's something we want to talk to grandparents about." Kiran pulls the hands of Narja's grandfather and Anjum's grandmother to sit in front of Sid.
"Include me, my husband Kiran. Cake, grandma, I want to bring Kiran home. Before that, I was very grateful for the kindness of my grandparents who had taken care of my wife and in-laws when they were found unconscious. In return, Kiran and I will fix up the grandparents' house." Obviously Sid went straight to Narja's grandfather and Anjum's grandmother.
"Son, it is our duty to help our fellow men. No need to do anything, we sincerely help Kiran and Miss Rhea." Reply Anjum's grandmother, whom Narja's grandfather had taken.
"No, let us reply." Sid tries to convince both of them.
"All right, thank you very much."
"Thank you very much too, because my grandparents saved Kiran and my mother-in-law."
That afternoon, they cleaned up the items that were still worth using at the home of Narja's grandfather and Anjum's grandmother. After all was done, they immediately went to Villa Sid which of course had to cross the sea first by boat.
Along the way, Sid was unceasingly smiling happily. He was very moved, because his wife and baby were still in the stomach was very strong.
They were extremely powerful, able to even fight against death that was already very close to them.
"Sid, why are you smiling like that?" Kiran asked suspiciously.
Sid glanced at Kiran who was sitting next to him, then embraced him affectionately and rubbed Kiran's stomach gently making the baby inside his wife's stomach kick very tight.
"Look and feel! Didn't you want to feel a strong kick from him?" Sid nodded.
"Kiran, I think even if it's safe but my baby won't survive. But what I thought was wrong. Perhaps, if this baby will not survive then it has happened since then. When you keep bleeding but not miscarriage. I realize she's strong like her mother." Said Sid while continuing to stroke his wife's stomach.
"He is strong like his father. He's our son, a strong proof of our love." Kiran held Sid's hand which stroked his stomach, then pointed it at the part that was kicked.
"I'm now so sure that he's a baby boy."
"You never change!" Ketus Kiran's.
"Of course, I won't change." Sid is grinning the horse. Honestly speaking, the thing he missed the most from Kiran was that if they were arguing for sure Kiran would look cute and adorable.
"Sid, how's dad doing? Uncle Dendi? Mira and Lakshmi?" Almost, Kiran forgot about her family.
"They're good, it's just that Uncle Dendi has preferred to be alone since your departure. Mira also cries a lot, if she misses you." Sid replied while showing his sadness back.
"I miss you all so much, you have a special place in my heart." Kiran wrapped her arms around Sid's stomach.
Sid hugs Kiran, but his embrace is different as Kiran's large stomach blocks the two.
Suddenly Kiran held onto her stomach, then grimaced in pain.
"Byeah!" Ringis Kiran's.
"What's up?!" Sid started to panic. "Are you going to give birth?" Kiran.
"Don't know, it suddenly hurts!" Kiran replied with a face that was holding back pain.
The panicked Sid immediately called Rhea's mother.
"Mom, Kiran is in pain!" Anjum's grandmother who was with Rhea's mother was also surprised. Rhea's mother and Anjum's grandmother ran over to Kiran.
"Mother!" Call Kiran a little scream.
"Sid, it seems like it's time!" Excited Rhea's mother.
Sid who did not understand instead stood up with a panicked face.
Seriate...
