The sound of the door opening made Ala turn towards the door. "Mother? What's up?"
Arina's lips poked a smile at her beautiful looking daughter in a knee-length black dress, plain yet elegant. The top of the dress opens slightly featuring her smooth neck and chest charming.
Arina approached Ala, her hands holding onto Ala's shoulders. "How dear? You really want to get married to Felix?"
Ala's forehead shriveled. "Why mom?"
Arina's hand stroked her daughter gently. "Wedding is a sacred thing, La. Don't just because of something, you're playing around with this wedding."
Deg. Ala was slapped with her mother's words. Because, after his last meeting with Felix, he had planned many conditions for Felix when he became her husband. "Emm, can Ala be honest, Mom?"
"Mending we talk while sitting down first." Arina pulled Ala's hand to sit on the long sofa located next to the nightstand.
"Try me to hear what you want to talk about." Arina.
"Ala met Felix yesterday alone. Keep persuading him to let him marry me because I don't want to fuck Grandpa, Mom. I also plan to tell her the terms if we're married later." Saying Ala by closing your eyes. She was ashamed to reveal such a thing to her mother.
Arina was a little surprised to hear her daughter's confession. "Ala, if according to mom if you're not sure about Felix mending you tell grandpa to marry someone else only. I want my only daughter to marry once in a lifetime and be happy. So think about it! But, if you think Felix is the right choice then I will continue to support you to move forward."
"In the past, how can you be sure to receive a proposal from your father?"
Arina's eyes turned forward trying to recall her past. "First, I had love before I married your father. But believe me, love capital alone is not enough to maintain a household. Storms will strike in every household, only those who can suppress their own egos will be able to survive until the storm passes."
Ala's brain thought hard to digest every sentence spoken by her mother. For him learning all the problems in the office is easier than learning about love and household.
Ala's bewildered face was caught by her mother's netra. "Don't think it's too heavy, one day you'll understand what you mean. The most important thing is to follow what will be your destiny, dear."
Ala's lips put on a smile, she felt grateful to live in a well-off family and to have such a warm mother. "Thank you ma'am."
"Yes, Yuk! Tell Ala to be out soon!" Replied Arina with a slight shout.
"Okay, Madam."
Arina turned to her daughter. "Well, now you meet first. I'm sure after this you can know what to do."
Ala nodded slowly and moved from the sofa to get out into the living room.
Ala had heard the voices of Felix and his grandfather even though he had not really arrived in the living room. As he looked up from behind the stairs, his eyes caught the cheerful look displayed by Felix. He was so easy to chat casually with Ala's grandfather.
"Come, we're leaving." Ala said without further ado as she approached Felix.
"Felix just had a chat with grandpa! Just a minute!" Heru Protest.
"But this is Ala was deliberately late 5 minutes, Kek. Though it hasn't traveled from here to there, ntar if.."
"Come, jaudah! Go there!" Banish Heru with Upset, Ala was indeed too stiff like her father. Heru hopes Ala can marry a more flexible person like Felix so that his life is not too monotonous.
"Quiet, Cake. Felix's gonna come back sometime and we can talk more freely." Felix was happy with Heru's treatment of him being so friendly, unlike his deceased grandfather. His grandfather during life was not very close to his children and grandchildren.
"Gee, can! But make sure to come alone and there is no appointment with Ala! Let nothing bother you." Said Heru with a chuckle.
"Ready Cake." Felix showed me with a respectful hand like a soldier and they both laughed together.
Ala just rolled her eyes staring at the behavior of the two men. One behaved like a child, one was still a child.
