Chapter 33: Ben Murka

Rachel and Richard arrived at their apartment almost in the morning. I don't know how many reporters are waiting outside the building, but because the black car glass makes the presence of both unconscious. Because the car used by Rich is a vehicle that is in its headquarters, so many people do not think, if the target they are looking for is actually in the vehicle.

Richard slowly woke Rachel up not wanting the other reporters wandering around to be aware of their presence. He also took off the hat on his head and put it on Rachel.

"Let's go. Don't be noisy" Rich said as he slowly woke up Rachel who was able to fall asleep at the time.

Both of them moved to the apartment. Unfortunately when it had just arrived, in the doorway and closed it. The figure of the middle-aged man seemed to have been waiting for Rachel inside there.

"Daddy," said Rachel.

An expression full of anger and a flash of burning eyes was clearly drawn on Ben's face. He hurried forward and raised his hand, and landed a hard slap on Richard's cheek.

"How dare you use my daughter!" Grumpy Ben.

"What did Daddy do?" rachel shouts in surprise and tries to protect Rich from his father. He immediately helps Rich and blocks his emotional father at the time.

Seeing what the princess was doing who was still defending the poor man, of course, made Ben even more angry. "Aren't you aware he's just using you for his own sake? You useless man!"

"Enough, Dad." Rachel had grown so tired of the endless troubles she had today, but why did the father instead welcome her with new problems and accusations that were unclear of her intentions and goals. The guilt of Siska who was hurt by it, now increased due to Rich who also seems to be unfortunate caused by it.

"Now you've even dared to yell, Daddy just because of a poor man like him? What has he given you besides destruction, huh? Look at your bad luck now! You think all this would happen if you'd just obey Daddy's orders." Ben was about to throw back a punch at Rachel.

However, Richard's hand swiftly stopped him. "You can hit me. But not with him" Rich said flatly.

Rachel suddenly looked into Richard's eyes as to whether the man was currently trying to protect him from his father's rampage again. He is misunderstood at the moment.

"Currently, don't pretend to be nice in front of me. Don't think I don't know if you're approaching my daughter just for the sake of fame!" Ben threw Richard's hand. He reached into the phone in his pocket, and showed back a news story in it. Where there is written if Rachel married an office boy and likes to change partners. That's why previous engagements failed.

"Who told you to destroy my daughter, huh? I pay triple don't ever show your nose here again!"

The wedding news that was sticking out between Richard and Rachel amid the news that circulated was of course only considered a mere setting. The angry public considers Rachel too sadistic and dramatic in achieving popularity, to be willing to humble herself as a woman. Of course it managed to touch the heart of Ben who felt hurt as a father.

"Daddy, what's this talking about?" rachel asked who still did not understand the direction of the father's accusation.

"Don't you think Daddy doesn't know if you're just pretending to be pregnant, Rach! He couldn't have dared to impregnate you for just wanting money." Ben clucked. "You pretended to be holy by rejecting my offer, but you've prepared another plan to take advantage of my daughter, right? Or the person who paid you to take advantage of my daughter and bring me down offered me something I couldn't give? Tell me how much you want, I'll give you more than that and leave my daughter."

"Dad, enough! You're exaggerating!" Shouted Rachel annoyed.

"Why? You didn't realize you were used by him just to destroy Daddy, did you? Because of you guys, the good name I built all this time was destroyed in the blink of an eye. Wanna put where Daddy's face is, huh."

Rachel shook her head little, not expecting her father to accuse her when they first met, compared to asking her her her current condition. Though clearly, at a time like this Rachel desperately needs support, but instead the accusations that she got.

Rachel was no longer able to stem the disappointment of the father's attitude now let out all her anger. Clear circles flowed profusely across the woman's cheeks, but instead the loud slap she got without Richard could hold it back.

"Based on a brat!" Ben shouted with trembling hands finally slapped the princess' cheek.

Ben looked back, where there was the figure of Alex and some of his men who were also there.

"You take my daughter away from here, and teach this bastard a lesson!"

Seeing the doubts in Alex, Rich signals Alex to do what Ben tells him to do. The man understood and obeyed him. "Good, Sir."

One person immediately took over Rachel from Richard's side, while the other two held Richard's hand so as not to fight back.

"Hey! What do you want to do, huh? Rich don't just shut up. Their opponents Rich." Rachel yells and rebels when Alex starts hitting Richard so strongly.

"Rich .. let go of me!" Guilt instantly seeped into Rachel. He tried to rebel with all his might, but unfortunately his body was too small compared to Alex's men. It was only a moment ago that Richard saved his life. Now even because of him, Rich had to accept anger from his father. "Daddy, stop!"

“Bring him to the car.” Ben's main purpose was to come here to pick up the princess. Although he looks cruel, but as a father he does not want Rachel to despair of the problems she faces and end up committing suicide.

Not to mention the presence of Richard's figure beside the princess made her days feel uneasy at all times. It's better to force Rachel home in this situation, before the things she doesn't want happen.

“But, Daddy—" Rachel rebelled, about to help Richard who was just being mocked by Alex. However, the men who were holding her were too strong and managed to drag her out of her own apartment.

Meanwhile, Richard, who was beaten so badly that his body was full of bruises, was now sitting on the floor.

“Enough,” says Ben reigns. He humbled himself and crouched down in front of Richard. His hand gripped firmly on Rich's neck with a horrifying ferocious look. “I've been quiet all along and let you act free just because of my daughter. But, all these problems are present because of you and you can't bring everything back to how it was. It's enough patience that I have for a useless man like you. Don't blame me for being rude! Blame yourself for not accepting my offer to leave here immediately. Maybe you should obey, then I don't need to treat you like this.”

Ben threw out his grip, until Richard coughed a little, and drew blood from his mouth. However, as usual, Richard would not fight back when despised like this, even though both of his hands were clenched very tightly. Because only in this way, Rachel will hate her own father more and more, while Ben did not realize that he had entered into Richard's long plan.

“We go!” said Ben immediately stood up from his position and stepped out of the apartment so proudly.

Meanwhile, Alex was in the room slightly bowing respectfully as a sign of apology, but Richard quickly shook his hand.

They all came out of the apartment. The sound of the door being closed made Richard instantly cuss rudely.

“Damn it! Why did he hit me so hard.” Rich tried to stand on his own while rubbing the corners of his lips filled with bruises, torn wounds, and a little blood. With great difficulty he threw himself on the sofa while holding his stomach. Tired of pretending to be weak today. Moreover, his satisfaction to torture has not been implemented.

“I better get some sleep first. Only then did he return to the base and have some fun. Maybe women can't wait for the surprise I've prepared."
