At 21:30 a private plane of the Wijaya family carrying Karina, Arion, Li, Elina, and Gerry landed in the country of K. 

Satya who waited leaning on the body of the car immediately stood up straight when she saw Karina out and down the stairs, followed by Arion and three subordinates.

"Karina," said Satya, bowing respectfully in honor of the supreme leader. 

"Hm. You alone?"asked Karina to look at the car.

"Yes. Who else is it with? Rian's in Mexico, Dervish's in the hospital" Satya replied. 

Gerry who heard it snorted and turned the eyeballs irritated. 

"Is your wife just a display?"gerry sneered with a mocking smile at him.

"Wife? Oh you mean Riska?"

The once comfortable atmosphere becomes uncomfortable with the aura of Satya and Gerry. Karina sighed in annoyance.

Arion shook his head slowly looking at the two men who were still divided, because of the woman.

Li and Elina did not bother. They even got into the car first. 

"Don't you know that my wife is still a student?"exclamation Satya.

"Do you know the student you married?"gerry's Sutu. 

The two walked over and were now faced with each other's annoying faces.

Karina tells Arion to put the suitcase in the trunk.

"Come on. Just leave those two ducks" said Karina.

"Karina let's go. Darwis must have been waiting for us" Satya asked.

"God. What was my fault until I was left? Karina I picked you up why I'm staying" cried Satya frustrated. 

"It's all because of you! If you hadn't asked me to argue, we wouldn't have been left behind!"

Satya pointed at Gerry.

"My fault? You alone can't hold back emotions. Basic temperamental!"

Gerry did not accept. If they were just fighting, now they start muscle fighting. Fortunately, airport officials are quick to divorce them if not sure both will be hospitalized.

Both are now walking lethargic out of the airport area. Satya calls the driver of the residence to pick her up.

Satya smiled widely with a proud face.

"I believe in our love but not you!"added Gerry.

"Hey! I am committed to loving my wife. I also hold tight to my principle of getting married once in a lifetime. Riska is my only woman. Mira's not mine. He's my brother!"firmly Satya.

"We are happy with our own choices. Why should we keep our quarrels only because of women? Does our friendship have to be strained because of this?"

Satya's tone sounded sad. Gerry looked at Satya in disbelief.

"You feel that too?"gerry asked doubtfully.

"of course. You are my friend and brother. I felt uncomfortable remembering our quarrel at that time," Satya quickly replied.

Suddenly Satya was silent.

"What's wrong?"

"Mira went through a study for offending Karina, right?"

"Ouch. How'this? I'm afraid Riska offended Karina too."

Satya suddenly panicked.

Karina stared flatly at Joya who was lying in a coma in bed with various life support tools attached to the body.

Karina then sat down on the bedside chair, touching and grasping Joya's fingers. Karina's eyes were fixed on Joya's pale beautiful face.

Arion placed both hands on Karina's shoulders.

"Karina you want to come?"ask Li.

Now the four people are in front of the glass that borders the baby room with a corridor. The nurse guarding there pointed to one of the baby boxes where Baby Gibran was.

Karina's widened eyes looked at the baby boy who seemed to be soundly asleep. Arion focused on looking at Karina's stomach. 

Li and Elina held hands together, smiling gently at Baby Gibran.

Karina and the others have returned to Joya's room after being satisfied to observe Darwis and Joya's son.

Karina who felt tired immediately asked Arion to open a portable bed that fused with the wall. Arion helps Karina sit on the bed, leaning against the wall.

So did Li, helping Elina sit up and lean back. The two pregnant women sat in one bed.

Just as she was about to close her eyes, Karina followed the others looking towards the door as the door opened violently.

Satya and Gerry walked in with a breath of excitement. They approached Karina quickly.

"Oh satisfied with the fight?"karina Ledek.

"We're wrong. Don't leave us like that" whined Satya on her knees and held Karina here.

Arion rounded his eyes to pull over but instead he was pushed aside by Gerry.

"We've made up. You won't fight anymore. We beg you not to be angry with us" Gerry said.

"What's the guarantee?"ask Karina.

"Should we make a statement with a blood stamp?"

Satya asked in a steady tone. 

"Can too. Make it."

Satya and Gerry looked at each other then nodded. Arion, Li, and Elina chuckled softly. At first Li was worried about leaving Satya and Gerry both in a storm. But now he was relieved that the problem of both had been solved.

Satya stood up then came out followed by Gerry to type in their statement letter.

On the sofa, Darwis wriggled slowly then opened his eyes slowly. His eyes narrowed to adjust the incoming light.

Dervish then sat down and held the head that felt dizzy.

"Damn you Yes!"furious Darwis when he remembered he was given a medicinal drink by Satya.

Darwis turned to the bed. Wry smile Dervish give.

"Not yet conscious, either," murmured Dervish turned his gaze in the other direction, the direction where Karina, Arion, Li, and Elina were. 

"Marina?!"

Darwis was surprised and immediately stood up to Karina.

"Awake? You look better" said Karina.

Darwis knelt beside Karina, hugging Karina from the side. Arion sighed neutralizing the jealousy in the heart.

Arion decided to go to the sofa, open the suitcase and take out his laptop. He better do his job while waiting for Darwis to finish complaining.

Dervish complained to Karina, spilling sorrow, fear, and happiness on her angel. Karina patiently listened to Darwis' complaint while patting Darwis's back.

"You must be strong. For Joya and your child who was born. What is your son's name? He really mixes you two."

Darwis.

"Gibrans. Gibran Raqqilla Firaz. That's our son's name" Darwis replied, introducing his son's name.

"That's very beautiful" said Elina.

"I'm going to inject the medicine now" Karina said.

Darwis took off his embrace, stood up.

"Take the medicine in the suitcase," said Karina pointing at the suitcase beside Arion.

Darwis immediately took the suitcase. The contents of the suitcase were not clothes but a laptop, two pistols, a knife, and a small rectangular box containing medicine for Joya.

Karina opened the small box. Three syringes with red liquid inside. Karina picked it up one then stood over to Joya's bed.

Karina injected the liquid. Karina breathed a sigh of relief as all the liquid entered Joya's body.

"The result will be visible at the earliest three days and at most six days."

Karina turned to Darwis who was holding onto Joya's fingers.

Darwis.

"But even though the disease has healed, if it is not time he will still remain in a coma. I hope you understand."

"I understand" replied Darwis.
