Arion calms down the frustrated Karina. She hugged Karina. 

"I'm sorry .. I'm sorry .." said Arion.

"I'm a fool*..," murmured Karina.

Shortly after, the doctor came out of the IGD room. His face looked serious.

"Family patient?" tanyakanya.

"I'm Dok's sister" said Karina, releasing Arion's embrace.

"May I speak four eyes with you?" ask Doctor.

"Yes" answered Karina.

"Then come to my room" he said.

"Ma, Pa, grandfather, Ar I went there first yes," said Karina.

"Do I need to be with you?" ask Arion.

Karina shakes.

"No need!" reject Karina.

Karina then went to the doctor's room bearing the name Faisal. Karina walked in without knocking on the door.

"Please sit Miss ...," said Dr. Faisal.

"Karin."

"Ah yes Miss Karina. Introduce me Faisal the doctor who dealt with Enji's disease before."

"How's Enji condition??"ask Karina to the point.

Doctor Faisal let out a long breath.

"bad. The disease has spread there is no hope of cure anymore. Only a miracle can cure it. Currently Enji condition is critical," said sad Faisal.

"We have tried our best to cure his disease but his heart disease has no hope of cure anymore."

"Ah .. I didn't expect this fast."

"So you already know Enji's disease??"

"I've known it for a long time. But I don't want to ask. So I just monitor him."

"I've been monitoring him every day. However, today I was busy with my wedding so I slightly ignored it. I never thought it would be like this" Karina said.

"So you know that Enji routinely exercises control here?" 

Karina nodded.

"But we found out the fact that Enji did not take his medication the last 2 days. However, he returned to his medication about 8 hours ago in a different dose" Dr Faisal said.

"What's the reason he did that?? Is he bod*h?" ask Karina

"Previously at the last control that is 3 days ago Enji knew that the drug he was taking had no effect on his disease. He just waited for his time to end. I don't know if I don't know why he didn't take his medication either" Dr Faisal said.

Karina sighed softly. If Enji did not take his medication the last 2 days and suddenly took it again in larger doses then there are two possibilities.

He wanted to end his pain immediately or something important made him take a large dose of medicine hoping that the pain in his heart subsided and he had time to finish his wish.

"But we found something in his hand. He grips that thing tightly. We tried to open his grip but couldn't."

"What's that?"

Doctor Faisal nodded. Karina immediately got up from her chair and headed straight for the room where Enji was being cared for. 

There Karina saw Enji who was lying with a pale face and a medical device attached to his body, especially his heart.

The sound of the ECG machine is clear.

On the monitor there is a line up and down that shows the weak heart activity Enji.

Karina sat beside the brangkar where Enji was lying. He looked at Enji's right hand that was grasping something. Slowly he touched Enji's hand to open the grip and look at the contents.

Enji's grip immediately opened displaying a flash in his palm.

"Any ... said it could not be opened?"

Karina took the flash. He remembered that it was the flash he had given Enji to do.

"Flashdisk?? Did you do that to solve my task?"

"Yes Miss," replied Enji who woke up from his criticism.

Slowly Enji's eyes opened.

"My last task is done" said Weak Enji.

"Bod*h this basis of you .. why don't you say it?"

"Without I say it, you'll know."

"Ah Miss, my task is done. My chest hurts again," Ouch a weak Enji.

"Where is sick? Hang on I'll call Faisal!" exclaim panic Karina.

If not in a dying condition Enji will laugh at Karina's panic face which is usually flat and cold.

Enji prevented Karina by holding her weak hand. Karina stared at Enji's complicated. Enji shook his head and smiled.

"Don't Miss. .. My time will be over …."

"Before I leave can I meet and talk to your husband Miss?" ask Enji with great difficulty.

"All right."

Enji took off his hand. Karina came out to call Arion. 

Arion and the restless family came straight for Karina.

"How is it ?" ask Arion.

Karina shook her head weakly.

"Ar .. Can you come with me inside?

Arion was confused but agreed.

"Good."

Karina and Arion enter Arion's room. Karina sat where she was sitting and Arion stood to the left of Enji

Enji slowly held Arion's hand.

"Sir, you take care of my Non with all your heart. Now you're her husband. My time is not much. Now the task of guarding and protecting Miss turns into your responsibility. Which I did before. Promise Master you will grant my request ...," said Enji weakly.

Arion looked at Karina asking for an answer. Karina nodded.

"All right, I promise you" said Arion.

"Please promise me you'll never make her cry. Not even a single tear should she let out."

"I promise."

Enji smile. He looked at Karina.

"Miss thank you all this time you've cared for and loved me wholeheartedly. Thank you for taking me from that place .. I'm sorry I can't take care of you any longer" Arion said, staring at Karina. Her tears began to drip as well as Karina.

"What did you say? You must be cured!" angry Karina.

Enji shook his head and smiled.

"Miss I'm a little sleepy and tired. I want to sleep. Can you sing a lullaby for me?" pinta Enji's.

"Well .. but if I wake you up later you have to wake up!"

Enji began to close his eyes on the nina bobo of Karina again.

Just as Karina finished her singing the ECG machine monitor screen showed a change. The line that was originally going up and down weakly began to turn straight. The ECG machine sounded powerfully.

Karina panicked she woke Enji but there was no respos.

"No. .. you can't go yet …."

Seeing Karina's panic, Arion panicked. He pressed the bell to call the doctors. Soon doctor Faisal and the sisters arrived.

"Excuse me let me check the patient's condition."

Arion embraces Karina and takes her a bit away from the cage.

Doctor Faisal examined Enji's eyes and heart rate. Then he sighed softly. A grief for a doctor who can't save his patients.

"The patient is no longer there. He has left this world. Time of death at 02.15 in the morning," said Dr. Faisal. 

He also pulled a white cloth to cover Enji's pale face. The sisters open the tool that is attached to Enji's body.

Doctor Faisal approached Karina and Arion.

"Sorry Miss .. We couldn't save her. Enji is gone."

"Gak .. can't be ...," Karina's cry broke out instantly.

Arion tries to calm her down and takes Karina out of the Enji Room.

Karina cries in Arion's arms.

"What's going on?? Why is Karina crying?" ask Maria .

"Enji Ma ...," replied Arion.

"Enji why Ar?" ask Amri.

"He ... he died!!!"

"Innalillahi wainnaillahi rojiun ...," said the three.

"What a pity for him. I was planning to make him my grandson" murmured Grandpa Bram.

"Yes even though from what Mama saw he was a jolly child," said Maria.

"Yes hast .. It is an almighty provision. We as humans cannot avoid death that knows no age or anything," said the wise Amri calm them all.

"Ar ... Can you handle the administration of Enji hospital? So that the body can be taken home and buried," Grandpa Bram suggested.

"Karina let Mama be here" said Maria

Mary hugged Karina and led her to a hospital bench.

"Papa's coming with Ar …."

Arion and Amri immediately take care of the hospital administration.

Maria and Grandpa Bram try to calm Karina who is still crying.
