A month passed after Ken and his family left Kevin's house. Tita was always alone during the day with her baby when Ken went to work since Mom and Dad went to Japan. However, Tita did not complain.

Sometimes Ayumi or Hena come to accompany Tita. Or Guts and Gladys. This afternoon Tita put Keina to bed in her room. The sound of his cell phone rang. Do not want to disturb the sleep Keina Tita immediately took it and lifted it.

Tita immediately prepared and left Keina to Aunt as usual. Tita calls Ken to tell him that she is going to the hospital because Jessie is about to give birth. As he prepared to hear the noise created by Gaga and Gladys who had just arrived.

"Where is Onty going?" Gladys.

"Jessie wants to give birth." Titus.

"What!" Perky, Gladys.

"Yes. Let's go to the hospital now." Take Tita.

Arriving at the hospital Tita parked his car in the special parking lot of doctors. The security guards approached him immediately and reprimanded him. The security guard knocked on Tita's car door window.

"Good day, Mom. Sorry, please move the car over there." Said the Security Guard.

Tita did not answer it but closed the window that she had opened then turned off the engine and got out of her car in the Gladys.

"Good work Pa. I won't be long. If a doctor's gonna park, ask him to park there for a minute." Point Tita at the parking lot that was shown by the security guard.

"Mrs, Sorry. Good Madam please." Said the security guard once knowing who the owner of the car.

He was so damned for his stupidity because he had reprimanded the owner of the shares in the hospital. Even Tita is included in the group of non-ordinary people even though she used to serve as a nurse at the hospital.

Tita and Gladys set foot into the delivery room as Aldi told her on the phone. Jessie wants to give birth normally like Onty doesn't want to be cesarean.

Aldi and Jessie's parents are waiting in front of the delivery room. Tita and Gladys accelerated.

"Hows it? Was it born, brother?" Tita asked Aiko.

"Tita, Not yet. How's this. Persuade Jessie to cesarean Ta." Aiko panicked.

"Silent Brother. Everything's gonna be okay." Tita said to bring calm to her cousin-in-law's sister.

While Gladys just sat there indifferent while playing his phone. Artur and Aiko looked as unsettled as Aldi's parents. Aldi came out of the delivery room looking for Tita.

"Tante, Jessie's looking for aunty.." Said Aldi as soon as he saw the existence of Tita.

Without saying much Tita left her bag on Gladys and Tita stepped into the delivery room.

"Is everything okay Al?" Ask Artur.

Everyone just kept silent and could say nothing.

"Onty forgives your mistakes Brother Al. And it looks like Jessie's sister is still feeling too guilty." Gladys.

"You mean Glad?" Aiko.

"Hm... Just ask Aunt's daughter-in-law." Gladys.

"What mistakes did you guys make with Tita Al?" Artur.

"Al used to be in touch with Tita Pih and Al was in a relationship with Jessie as well. And Al prefers Jessie over Tita who Al used to know is only a nurse." Obviously Aldi.

Artur covered his face using both palms and Aiko covered her mouth in disbelief. While both of Aldi's parents just silently bowed because they were the ones who did not approve of Aldi's relationship with a nurse who turned out it was Tita Martin son of a Martin Durant.

"All has passed. Onty had forgotten about it even Onty felt that Oncle Ken was the first love not Kak Al." Gladys.

While in the delivery room. Tita approached Jessie who was lying on the barankar.

"Jess, you can do it." Said Tita cheering.

"Onty, I'm sorry Jessie." Jessie.

"There's no mistake, baby. Fight for your two little babies." Titus.

"Aws.. Sick Onty." Jessie said as the heartburn returned to attack.

"Pull your breath and don't cry." Tita.

"You sure you want Onty here instead of your husband?" Titus.

"Yakin Onty's. Jessie didn't want to be seen by Al when Jess fucked up." Jessie.

"Honey, not Onty doesn't want to accompany you. But, with Al accompanying you here, Al will know how you fought to get your two hearts out." Titus.

Seeing and hearing the conversation between Tita and Jessie, the doctor allowed Aldi and Tita to accompany Jessi to give birth. Be Aldi also enter and give spirit to Jessie.

When the mules come, Tita will continue to guide Jessie so as not to push before her time. And Jessie Oun was more obedient to Tita than when the nurse there told her. Because Jessie feels more comfortable with Tita.

And five minutes later the second baby's cry echoed and everyone felt grateful that Jessie's two babies had made it out. Now they just have to wait for news from inside the delivery room how the condition of the two tiny babies and their mothers.

Ken arrives with Anton and Rehan. The three approached the two old men as well as Gladys.

"Where's Tita?" Ken.

"In accompanying Jessie." Aiko.

"Where's Aldi? Why Tita?" Rehan.

"They're both inside Brother." Aiko.

As they chatted out, Tita came out of the delivery room with her signature smile that was so sweet and adorable to Ken. Seeing Ken Tita immediately slammed into Ken's arms no matter where they were.

"Hows it? Our two nieces are out?" Ken.

"Hm... He's a hotshot." Titus.

All who heard said their thanks.

"How are they doing?" Ken.

"All good. Two little hotshot guys are also Jessie." Titus.

"Thank You Tita." Said Aldi's Mother.

"No need to thank Mom. We're all family." Titus.

Tita's words made Aldi's parents feel more guilty.

"They'll be moved to the room soon. We can see together." Titus.

"Are you tired, baby?" Ken asked gently rubbed Tita's head.

"A little bit." Titus.
