Remembering Dad

It's almost late at night Ken and Tita arrive at the mansion. And how shocked Tuta and Ken find Keina and Daren asleep on the sofa hugging each other. Marni exits the room welcoming Ken and Tita.

"Mom, why are they sleeping here?" Titus.

"Keina can't sleep. Daren had persuaded him that even Mother offered Keina to sleep with Mom but refused until Keina fell asleep on the couch." Obviously Marni.

"God! How is this Mas? Wake up or what?" Titus.

"Just wake up Daren." Ken.

"Ren, Daren." Call Tita to gently pat Daren's arm.

Daren blinked and Daren's movements disturbed Keina's sleep. Keina opened her eyes.

"Mommy, Daddy. You guys have come?" Said Keina with a distinctive sound of waking up.

"Daffin hasn't come home yet." Keen.

Daren immediately answered him then nodded his head and ended his call.

"Where?" Ask Ken.

"Daff is helping the mother of a girl Dad. He's very sick. He is now in hospital A." Darren.

"Why not go to the family hospital?" Keen.

"If it's like it's been made sure we'll find out, baby." Darren.

"Who's the girl? Why is he so special that Daffin wants to help his mother." Mumbled Ken who could still hear everything.

"You should rest first. Tomorrow we'll ask Daff directly when he gets home." Marni.

"Mother's right. Come on, baby." Take Ken.

Tita also reluctantly followed her beloved husband's steps towards the room. Keina walked into their room and Marni sauntered into the kitchen before entering the room.

"Ren, are your men still monitoring Daff?" Ken asked when he had just reached the door of his room.

"Yes Dad. I'm worried if Daff needs something." Darren.

"alright. Tell Daddy soon if there's any word from Daff." Ken.

"Good Dad." Darren.

They set their feet back to their room.

In the morning, Daffin rushed into his room because there was a morning lecture. Tita who was struggling in the kitchen with Marni saw the arrival of Daffin. And Tita immediately called her youngest son.

"Daffins.." Shouted Tita.

"Later Mom. Daff's got a morning lecture and it's gonna be too late." Shouted Daffin too.

"God! Tita doesn't think Tita's ever done that before." Mumbled Tita.

Marni just smiled and shook her head looking at the behavior of Tita and Daffin. Tita and Marni return to their cooking. Tita made a sandwich and put it in the lunchbox. Not to forget also Tita made the favorite guava juice Daffin.

"Mom, Mom. Daff go first. Daff knew there was something Mommy wanted to ask but then Mom. Daff's in a hurry." Daffin said as Tita opened her mouth.

"Bad kid. Bring it for breakfast." Tita held out a paper bag on Daffin.

"alright. Thank you Mom. You'R the best. Muah .. Love you." - Love you." Daffin's words darted away from Marni and Tita after tucking Marni's cheeks as well.

"It's a good thing Mas Ken hasn't come out of the room yet. If it's over." Mumbled Tita.

"Ken did it for the good of dear Daffin." Gentle Marni speech.

"Yes, Mom." Titus.

Soon Ken came out of the room dressed neatly along with Keina and Daren who were as neat as Ken. Because this morning Daren and Ken will be attending a meeting at their office.

Actually Ken wants Daffin present but it seems his youngest son is not ready to jump into the company. So Ken and Daren still have to work together to manage the company.

"You are ready. Let's have breakfast." Marni.

"Daffin hasn't arrived yet?"Ken.

"It has. And he's gone back because there's morning school. Patience. Calm your hearts just talked to him. From his words, Daffin understood that he was wrong." Marni.

"Yes Mom. Ken won't talk about it now because Ken and Daren have to attend this morning's meeting." Ken.

They also enjoyed breakfast together. After finishing his breakfast Ken and Daren say goodbye to their respective wives and also Marni. Keina looks heavy at Daren's stay but Daren promises to be home soon.

"Later Mami and Zizi will be here. Brother will be home soon. Don't cry." Said Daren gently rubbing Keina's head.

"Yes. Don't be long. The phone should be active." Keina's Message.

"Yes dear. You leave first." Pamit Daren and landed a brief kiss on Keina's lips.

Daren and Ken leave in their own cars because Daren has to return home after finishing his meeting.

After the departure of Ken and Daren Keina busied herself by feeding the fish in the pond that was in the back garden. The pool that Burhan made because Keina likes to play fish.

Keina was sitting by the pool her memory was laughing when Burhan made the pool for her. Although it was not Burhan himself who intervened. Keina is in Burhan's sling if Burhan monitors the course of the pond making.
