Angga and Gladys stand near Ken and Tita. They were both in the middle of persuading Keina who had no idea what had happened to the little girl. For a moment Gladys still understood the situation but was barely legible because Keina continued to cry.

While Ken looks a little frustrated facing his little daughter. Ken didn't want to hurt his wife's feelings, which led Tita to lie back in the hospital bed. Gladys saw unease in his Oncle.

"What's Onty, Oncle?" Ask Gladys.

"Glad! Its alright. Keina's just a little sulky." Tita was shocked.

"Why baby?" Gladys asked but Keina just silently cried while looking at her Mommy.

"You go home. Your baby's waiting too long. Let us persuade Keina." Ken.

"alright. We go home first Oncle." Goslings.

Angga also brought Gladys to leave the three of them because Angga caught something that Ken did not want to convey. After Angga and Gladys went Ken was a little relieved.

Tita exhaled a long breath then tried to talk back to Keina. Ken tensed up to see what happened to Tita.

"alright. If Keina insists on seeing Sister in Mommy's stomach let's go to that room to see the Doctor. But, Keina should not be disappointed if in the stomach Mommy turns out there is no sister. Okay." Okay." Tita.

"Okay Mom." Keina answered in her tears.

Ken's a little riled up but Tita tries to convince Ken if he's okay. Ken clasped Tita's hand and Tita gave her sweetest smile. After registering, the three of them also lined up with the others.

Long enough they queue and several times Ken gently rubbed Tita's back. Tita was always reassuring if she was okay through her gentle gaze as well as the rubbing of her hand on Ken's arm.

Keina sat on Tita's lap calmly watching if the nurse called her Mommy's name. It was Tita's turn. The sister called her name. Keina excitedly pulled Tita's hand.

"Here's patient dear." Tita.

The three of them entered the room with a welcome obstetrician who was on duty. And it just so happens that Doctor Rini is on duty.

"Hello good morning by noon?" Greet Doctor Rini who knows Tita and Ken as well as Keina.

"Hello Doctor. Keina wants to see sister in Mommy's stomach." Answer Keina loudly.

Doctor Rini noticed something strange with the look on Tita and Ken's face.

"What's wrong?" Ask Dr. Rini.

"Sorry before Doc. Actually we came to this hospital to see Doctor Angga's baby. But, somehow Keina suddenly sulked and asked me to come to this room to see my sister." Tita.

"Owh! Like it seems. When was the last time a guest of the Madam's?" Ask Doctor Rini who is professional if she is in her place of work.

"Well! Holy hooch! I forgot about it Doc. Ever since I came to my senses from a coma two months ago I forgot when I last got it." Tita looked at Ken.

"Did you remember?" Ask Dr. Rini.

"I'm sorry Doc. I can't think of anything other than my wife's recovery." Ken.

"alright. Let's see Miss Keina's sister. Let the madam lie there." Tell Dr. Rini.

"You sure Doctor?" Ask Tita.

"We'll just look at Madam." Doctor Rini.

Tita also stepped onto the examination bed. Ken and Keina followed him. Keina calmly watched in Ken's sling. The doctor also began to apply Jelly on the stomach Tita looks flat.

Then the doctor began his examination. And Tita's eyes were rounded when she saw the monitor screen in front of her that displayed the results of the examination from her stomach. Doctor Rini smiled at Tita and Tita closed her mouth unexpectedly.

"Dear." Call Ken all the more freaked out.

"Well, does the pretty sister want to see where her sister-to-be is?" Ask Dr. Rini.

"Candidate? You mean Doc?" Ask Ken for wonder.

Tita turned her head towards Ken and extended her hand. His eyes could not let out his tears.

"Here Brother sit with the Doctor." Doctor Rini's Pinta on Keina.

Keina sat on the lap of Doctor Rini who was examining Tita's stomach. Ken approaches Tita.

"What's the matter, baby?" Ask Ken who doesn't understand why Tita's crying.

"Here is Keina Mas' sister." Tita said softly as she pointed towards her stomach.

"Well! Really true?" Ken and Tita asked, nodding their heads.

Ken hugs Tita and kisses Tita's face without caring where they are.

"Daddy quiet. Keina wants to see sister." Keina's protest because of Ken made Tita's body shaken.

"Well! All right, baby." Ken broke his arms to Tita.

The doctor immediately explained where the baby's sister was. Keina looked to be frowning. He did not understand when the doctor showed him something called his sister.

"Doctor. Where's sister? Why did the doctor just point out that black dot." Show Keina on the screen.

"Owh! Forgive my dear Doctor. Keina's sister is still in this black circle dear. It's too small and we can't see it yet. Later after Mommy's stomach is slightly enlarged we can see the baby's sister back." Obviously Doctor.

"Owh! Alright Doctor. Keina will wait until Mommy's belly is big and will come back here to see sister." Keen.

"Smart. Keina will pray that Mommy and sister in Mommy's stomach are healthy." Doctor Rini.

"Okay Doctor." Keen.

Ken helps Tita get out of the check bed and tidies up the clothes Tita is wearing. Then they sat in the chair that had been available waiting for the explanation of Doctor Rini.

"Congratulations Mr. Madam. You return God give you trust. Now the age of the womb of the Madam enters the age of 6 weeks. Are there no complaints, ma'am?" Ask Dr. Rini.

"There is no Doc. Even we still can't believe the results of the examination." Titus.

"Yes, not all pregnancies show early symptoms of pregnancy. Even to the point of nearing childbirth the mother felt almost nothing but her increasingly distended stomach." Doctor Rini.

"Is that dangerous Doc?" Ask Ken.

"No Sir. All normal. Lucky Madam immediately found out about Madam's pregnancy so that Madam could better keep her food intake." Doctor Rini.

"Thank you Doc. We'll come back here more often." Titus.

"Either. And I'll be happy with your arrival." Doctor Rini.

"Okay Doc, excuse me." Pamit Ken's.

"Please. Don't forget to take his vitamins at the pharmacy Mr. Madam." Doctor Rini reminded.

"Good Doc." Titus.

The three of them came out of Doctor Rini's room. Ken continues to embrace Tita and Tita also reciprocates. Keina walked alone with the supervision of the two of them. Keina looked carefree as she had seen the sister in her Mommy belly.

Ken and Tita are so happy. If only Keina did not sulk maybe the two had not realized that Tita was two-bodied. Even though last night Tita had just told her happiness about Olla's pregnancy, the real Tita did not know for sure whether her sister-in-law was pregnant or not.
