As Ken, Tita and Keina walk down the aisle of the hospital, Keina's gaze is fixed on the pregnant woman who is walking with her husband. Keina watched where they went.

Ken and Tita looked in the direction Keina was pointing. Then the two looked at each other.

"Why did Mommy take us there, baby?" Ask Ken.

"To see Keina's baby sister in Mommy's stomach." Answer Keina casually.

"Well, but there's no baby." Tita answered with a flat stomach.

"Why don't you just try to look." Keina said casually.

"Darling, we'll see the baby's sister if the baby's sister is already in Mommy's stomach." Persuade Ken.

Keina lowered her head. His teary eyes held back his cries. Ken and Tita looked at each other as if asking how to persuade Keina this time. Tita exhaled and then stood on her knees to match her height with Keina.

Gladys did not answer him just raised his hand and pointed towards Ken, Tita and Keina. Angga turned his head in the direction that Gladys pointed.

"They why?" Angga and Gladys just shook their heads.

Angga and Gladys approached them briefly after previously asking Mama and Angga's father to go to the car first to bring Gean. Then Angga and Gladys approached Ken, Tita and Keina.

After getting closer Angga and Gladys saw that Keina seemed to be crying Ken da Tita was trying to persuade her. I don't know what made her cousin cry. Gladys became even more curious and asked Angga to speed his way.
