Chapter 33

It's been 3 days since I moved Jihan, it's still so quiet for now, and I hope that the storm never does and won't come.

I looked down at the floor, I was still agitated, Andrew was on his semester exam, and I wouldn't bother him until he was done, because I didn't want to disturb his concentration.

"Julia, can I come in?" Fara was heard in front of my door.

"Come in."

Fara went inside.

"What's wrong?"

"It's late, everyone's done ordering their work, I'm getting ready to go home."

"Yes, be careful on the road." I looked at Fara, trying to smile so she wouldn't worry.

"What about you?Do I need to be with you?"Fara is still worried about me who is always restless.

"No need, I'm fine." I rubbed Fara's shoulder.

"You sure?"

"Yes, I'm sure, I'll be home too."

"All right, I'll go first, oh yeah...Jihan asks when you can stop by, she misses you, she doesn't want to just hear your voice."

"Tell him, after this is all done, I'll pick him up." Though I doubt, when I can pick him up.

"All right."

Fara left me in my room, I sometimes hesitated to go home, I did not know what would happen to me along the way, I was afraid to meet Ken suddenly, I could only hope and pray, Ken would forget me, I was afraid,so that my life can be calm again like this 5 years.

The sound of my phone ringing, that's Andrew, he's calling me.

"Hi, why call me?Aren't you studying?" I answered the phone while walking out of my room.

"Of course I learned, but suddenly I remembered you, and I wanted to hear your voice."

"Hemm, really?Is that just an excuse for you not to study?" I got to the bottom and locked the door of the cafe, then I walked in the car and entered the car.

"How come, I'm really learning, and I'm dying to hear your voice, it's been 4 days since we met last time, I really miss you."

"Hahaha, you're starting to crunch again.But okay, I believe, take care of your health."

"Of course, after my exams are over, let's go somewhere."

"Alright, but on one condition, your grades should be good, don't let me down."

"Of course, I'll make you proud."

"Alright, take good care of yourself, if there's anything, please tell me immediately."Andrew's voice, heard mixed with anxiety.

"Of course, that's for sure, I'll close the phone, I'll have to drive."

I close the call, hearing her voice for longer will make me cry, why don't I know, I should be happy, but I'm happy, I just want to cry.

I started driving my car slowly, sometimes it felt like I was reluctant to go home, no one was home, no more little footsteps and laughter, I missed my little daughter.

FARA APARTMENT

"Auntie's home, Jihan..." Since Jihan moved to Fara's house, she no longer felt lonely.

"Aunt Fara, did you come home too?"Jihan was seen coming out of her room.

"Ehmm, Mama hasn't come home yet, but mama said that she's going to finish her business soon and pick up Jihan, isn't Jihan at home?"Fara tries to distract Jihan.

"Jihan is at home, only Jihan misses mama." Jihan looks sad.

Fara could see that, but she could not help much and did anything.

"Alright, auntie know Jihan kangen mama, but give a little time to mama, so that mama can go home soon."Fara stroked the little girl's cheek and kissed her forehead.

Jihan walked lethargic and went back into her room.Aunt May approached Fara.

"How he is doing."

"He's still like yesterday, looking agitated and scared, I feel so in love with him."

Aunt May seemed silent, she knew and certainly felt the anxiety of Julia, Aunt May felt anxious to accompany Julia at a time like this, but now she had more responsibility than that.

"Tell him, whatever happens not to waver for his stand, for I know how much he loved that man."

"Believe her aunt, she'll know what's best for her."

Julia Apartment

I just got to the basement of my apartment building.I took the elevator and walked lethargicly towards my apartment.

When I wanted to unlock the door of the apartment someone was standing behind me without me noticing.

The voice made me accidentally drop the key in my hand, and I didn't think to see who it was.

He picked up the key that fell right in front of my feet, I still couldn't move, which makes me unable to move.
