My boyfriend is too lazy

My boyfriend is too lazy
CHAPTER 3 - New Students

Diah walked in the classroom corridor while hugging the textbook she had just obtained. In fact, he intends to go to class with one of his dorm friends because they are in the same class. However, he was reminded to meet his homeroom teacher first to request his textbooks so as to let his housemate go to class first because the bell was soon ringing.

He walked with a female teacher named Bu Rosa who taught Mathematics in her class. Bu Rosa's appearance was polite and did not wear tight clothes and rolled her hair in a professional style, her gaze was calm but firm and made her place respect for her. The homeroom teacher had ordered her to follow Miss Rosa because she had hours to teach her class.

Miss Rosa opened the door and put her bag on the table followed by Diah behind her. The noisy voice he heard from outside immediately disappeared when the two of them entered the classroom.

Miss Rosa walked in the middle then introduced Diah. "Your kids are making new friends." Rosa turned her head. "Include yourself!"

Diah walked up to Miss Rosa and took a deep breath. "Hallo everything is my name Diah Ajeng Anjani, I am from this city and hopefully we can be friends in the future" he said, introducing himself with a smile.

His new classmate replied to his introduction in a friendly manner and greeted him, he also replied with a smile and said hello to them.

Miss Rosa stopped their conversation and asked him to sit down in an empty place. "Well enough introductions you can continue after the break, Diah you can sit there," he pointed to an empty bench near the back window.

Diah nodded and thanked him, he stepped onto his new bench and could not wait to put his books that were too heavy he was carrying. A dozen packbooks for the semester and 6 practice book packs he has received from his homeroom class, making Diah's shoulders and arms feel tired carrying him.

While walking closer to her seat for some reason Diah gets a strange look from her classmates, there is a look of sympathy, joy, pleasure, and indifference making Diah very confused with her new classmate.

Clamps.

The sound of the door opening caused everyone's attention to be distracted by the person who had just entered the classroom, a young man in a loose-fitting school uniform with a fully unbuttoned suit and thick hair covering his eyes, he did not carry a bag and only carried a cell phone in his pants pocket. The young man guiltlessly entered the classroom after a small smile at Bu Rosa then walked towards her seat.

Ms. Rosa sighed at the young man's behavior, although in her heart she was a little upset about being late for her class but she could only tolerate it. After all come or not he can still understand the material intelligently and buy a lot of winning medals for school. At least he has no vices and a record of breaking the rules since school here, so he let it go.

Diah who had been sitting on her lap and was ready to listen to the material felt confused because Miss Rosa let the young man just like that without reprimanding him. Even his classmate's attitude looked calm as if he was used to arriving late.

Feeling that the young man was getting closer to her, Diah turned her head and saw that only the seat beside her was empty, she gulped and was very nervous if she had to have a table with him.

He suspected that this child was a bad boy or school tyrant who liked to bully other students like in his school first. His behavior towards the teacher and his disheveled appearance strongly supported Diah's opinion of him. He came to school as if just to play and spend his parents' money let alone he did not bring any books at all.

Diah can't get involved with him!

The young man frowned as he looked at the bench that had been empty all this time had been occupied by a stranger and he felt displeased. All his classmates already knew that he did not like sitting with others so from the beginning he always sat alone.

The young man quickened his pace and impatiently saw the person who dared to sit on his lap, he wanted to see who had the great guts to sit with him.

However, she soon undoes her intentions when she realizes that it was the little girl who gave her such bad reviews that she was fired from her job. Is this destiny until they become my friends?

He pulled the corner of his lips and walked over, he pulled the chair next to him and immediately sat down.

Diah did not dare to look at the young man's face, she still lowered her head and pretended to write something in her notebook. He wanted to keep himself busy and ignore the young man, sometimes he also looked towards the window to enjoy the fresh air.

Seeing the little girl who ignored him and instead gazing out the window made the young man frown displeased, Why isn't the little girl staring at him? Is there anything interesting out the window that is more interesting than him?

This was the first time anyone had ignored him on purpose.

Lazily the young man chopped his head with his right hand and looked at the little girl. "My name is Rifan your countryman for the whole semester."

Hearing the young man introduce himself felt impolite if Diah did not reply to him, he turned his gaze from the window and looked at him.

However, he was very surprised when he saw who his compatriot was. "You-you"

Rifan moved quickly to cover his mouth when Diah would shout when he saw her. "Don't yell or we'll get the teacher's attention."

Diah widened her eyes in surprise when she recognized the young man in front of her, wasn't he the brash minimarket employee mocking her? How could he be here?

"Give your head if you agree you won't scream and I'll let you go" Rifan said.

Diah nodded quickly agreeing.

Rifan grinned and released his hands then returned to his original position to stare at Diah.

Diah was feeling uneasy with her gaze. "My name is Diah Ajeng Anjani, hopefully in the future we can be good friends."

"I don't want to be your friend" Rifan quickly replied.

'I don't want to either.' Diah said inwardly and looked at him strangely for answering his friendly attitude seriously, but it's fine also because he doesn't want to be friends with him.

"It's so cynical" commented Rifan on his cold attitude.

Diah ignored him and stared at Rosa's mother to listen to her explanation.

"Where are you from?"

"This city."

"Is your home close to this school?"

"Not really."

"Minimarket where we met, is your house near from there?"

"Hmmm…"

"True Street Home?"

"Yes." Yeah."

"How old are you?"

"17 years."

"No way!" refute Rifan while looking at him from top to bottom.

Diah was very upset with her gaze as if she could not believe that she was 17 years old. Many people mistakenly think his age because of his height is quite short, even he once got the wrong ticket because of this height.

"I am older than you" said Diah proudly, since entering the school world until now he is always the oldest in his generation because of his birth date.

"I can't believe it! Look at your identity card, I can't believe you're older than me." Rifan reached out his hand asking for his identity card.

"Why should I give it up?" Diah looked at him displeased and had no intention of taking him out.

Rifan narrowed his eyes and uttered nonsense as if solemn. "For identification, this school does not accept minors who should not have gone to school."

Diah was very upset to hear his words and stomped her feet to vent his frustration.

"Aisssshh.." Rifan pretended to be sick and pulled out his phone to take notes. "Bidgeting his friend earns points between 10 and 60 because this is only a small case then only 10 points and receiving a penalty of cleaning the toilet for a week." Rifan opened his camera and photographed his shoes with a shoe trail above them.

"…"

Rifan ignored her and continued to take notes. "Nails that are not cut by 5 points and receive a penalty of helping the teacher for 3 days."

"With the previous then a total of 15 points and only 85 points left then your parents will be called and less 135 points again and you will be expelled from school."

It was fortunate that they were in the back seat and covered by large-bodied students so that the teacher would not notice them.

"What are you doing?" tanya Diah felt strange.

Diah had heard from her brother about the points system at this school and was warned not to break the rules because it was quite difficult to reduce the points. But he did not expect that on the first day of school he would instantly receive points from a delinquent before his eyes!

"Since it's your first day at school and I don't know the rules of the point system then I'll let you go this time," Rifan said calmly as he looked at Diah's ugly expression.

"What right do you have to point me?"

With a serious yet playful face Rifan answered him. "As an exemplary and accomplished student I have to rebuke schoolmates who break the rules and report to the teacher."

"I don't believe." Only a fool would believe a student's bullshit like him. What an exemplary and accomplished student is already good if he does not make trouble for the teacher.

Rifan gave a small laugh when he realized that Diah did not believe him, he put his shoulder around and intended to sleep on his desk. The night after returning from OmBen's house he had to work on many projects from clients as the deadline was nearing. Now he was very sleepy and wanted to sleep in peace.

Diah looked on in disbelief at Rifan who was laying his head on the table, his mischievous behavior grew so even during lesson hours he dared to sleep in class and the teacher who glanced at them only sighed helplessly looking at him.

Is it too late to change your friend?

ooo

Ms. Rosa had finished her class and given her a handover assignment next week and packed her things to leave class.

Diah still records the material in her new book and occasionally looks up at Rifan who is soundly asleep. He scrunched his forehead when he noticed the faint dark circles under his eyes, did he lack sleep when playing late at night?

Diah ignored him, why he should care about him, he had to distance himself from him if he still wanted to live school in peace. Dealing with him would only bring bad things to him.

Shortly after Miss Rossa went in, a middle-aged male teacher who was carrying a laptop and a briefcase. Diah looks at his schedule and learns that the teacher must be the one teaching history lessons.

The teacher placed his bag and attached his laptop to the projector before beginning the lesson. "The class boss collected the assignment last week," he ordered the class president and was still busy with his laptop.

A woman with a ponytail hairband stood up from her seat and began collecting tasks from her classmates. While walking behind him passed Rifan's place and picked up the student's assignment book in front of Diah.

"Wait!" Diah stopped.

The class leader stopped and looked at him confusedly, he was a new student today so it was only natural that he did not collect the assignment last week. "Why?"

Diah pointed at Rifan with her finger. "You don't have to put together the task?"

"Him?" The class leader raises his eyebrows.

Diah nodded her head.

"He doesn't need to collect them," said the class president indifferently and left them.

"…"

Too mischievous and delinquent, even intimidating other students into not collecting assignments and making teachers afraid to reprimand him. Badboy is like the novel he read. Handsome (Diah hates to admit it), brash (disrespecting the teacher) attitude, likes to play (just look at him carrying a cell phone rather than a book!), tyranny (teachers and students are afraid of him and dare not rebuke him) and lazy (see only his appearance is very reflective of a true slacker!)

Diah kept reminding her in her heart to know him!
