CHAPTER 3 - The Secret

Erika's presence brings fresh air for members of the England national team. A week the woman's doctor has been in charge of regulating the health of the players.

“You ... don't try anything with that doctor! I warn!” Lionel whispered furiously to Antonio who was smiling mockingly.

The team is preparing for the world cup preliminary round. Thanks to Erika's food arrangements and sports hours, their stamina is stable to date, as England will soon face Iran in the preliminary round.

Today the England management held a gala dinner to encourage the players before their departure to Qatar. All parties must attend because it will be attended by the officials of each club in England.

The moonlight slowly covered the eclipse, Erika looked up to see the darkening night sky. Antonio's body gradually returned to his human form, this time his condition made the woman before him turn his face.

Erika was aware that the full lunar eclipse would last a long time, an hour more than enough to follow the suave at the gala dinner. It is not funny if their main striker is absent from attending events that are also attended by officials.

Antonio rudely took the paper bag. Erika turned to look at him.

“Where do you know my dress size? Basic woman m**m!” Instead of thanking him, Antonio said rudely to Erika.

“Don't be too confident, man. Not only you, I even know all the shirt sizes of our team players, and remember my— is your doctor! Understand?” Erika denied Antonio's words.

He walked to the car, “You want to come or will run like before to the hotel? Don't you have a lot of time? The eclipse will be over soon and—do you want to turn into a werewolf in the ballroom?”

Antonio snorted because Erika was right. He had to drive the woman's car.

“Are you not afraid of me?” The gray iris glanced towards the woman beside her who looked so calm despite knowing she was a werewolf.

Without taking a look, or even reduce the speed, Erika answered lightly, “Entah, there may be fear—or—more precisely surprised.”

Erika's car turned to the big gate and finally stopped at the parking lot, they both had arrived at the hotel where the event was held. The dinner had not yet fully begun, the arrival of Erika and Antonio which simultaneously attracted the attention of the invitees present, including Bryan.

Again the woman gave him a ride, Erika drove her car across the streets of London away from the London Hilton on Park Lane Hotel. Antonio just fell silent, he was somewhat astonished because this woman did not even show the slightest fear to him.

This car continues to take them to the forest area of Epping Forest, Essex, a forest that is famous for being haunted and also very rarely visited by people especially at night. The perfect place for Antonio when he changes shape.

Antonio got out of the car, slowly the moonlight began to appear, his body began to change little by little and finally became a perfect werewolf. He continued to howl softly, while Erika felt like Antonio was crying.

From inside the car, he looked at Antonio, who was a wolf. They were in Epping Forest all night—until the sun rose and Antonio was back to being human.
