CHAPTER 11 - Duty to Nicollete

Lionel suddenly disappeared, no one knew where their midfielder went. Antonio, who already knew the identity of his teammate, asked coach James to replace Lionel with another player and was approved.

Tomorrow is their team's game with America at Al-Bayt stadium, they have to prepare because American players are known to have good stamina, he said, and it's Erika and Callie's job to check the health of each team member. But when Antonio met with Erika — he felt his own misdeeds.

Callie's words were not touched by Antonio at all, he was still busy muffling the heartbeat that seemed to want to squeeze out of his chest. Callie said, I can't fall in love with Erika.

“Antonio ..” Erika's voice called out her name, so she narrowed her steps and turned towards Erika. “Thank you,” said Erika then while smiling sweetly.

Don't smile like that .. I can die muffling my heartbeat! Antonio returned Erika's smile with a line of clumsy smiles, “Thank you for what?”

“For .... Uh, wait a minute! Is there something wrong with my smile?” Hearing the question just now, Antonio gasped. He forgets that Erika is a vampire with the ability to read, as well as manipulate the mind.

“Basic, impolite. Why are you reading my mind without asking permission?” grouse Antonio.

Erika just grinned at seeing Antonio misbehaving like that, and they then laughed together. Due to the giggle, Erika's front hair slipped from her hairpin and dangled down covering her beautiful eyes.

Unknowingly Antonio inserted the strand of hair behind Erika's ear, the scene made them both sculpt. Antonio who regretted how presumptuous his actions were and Erika who blushed in shame and felt a strange swish in her heart.

“Ma—maaf, I don't mean brash.” Antonio quickly apologizes to Erika, fearing that she would be angry with him again.

A thin but slightly clumsy smile expanded at the corner of the lips of the girl wearing the white coat. “It's okay, it's okay kok.” This time a big smile fell on Antonio's lips.

“Can I take you to dinner after tomorrow's game?” Erika's eyes looked at Antonio in disbelief, was she asking me out on a date? Erika wondered.

Seeing the look on Erika's face — Antonio immediately corrected his point. “As my apology for my rude attitude some time ago,” added Antonio quickly, he did not want Erika to know if indeed he was asking this girl out on a date.

I hope she doesn't know if I ask her out, Antonio thought, and then he regained his senses with Erika's ability again, so he can only hope that Erika doesn't read his mind just now. The doctor's forehead shriveled, he finally nodded and accepted Antonio's invitation.

Secretly Callie steals the listen, she looks very dislike their dinner plans and she will try to derail it.

The audience and supporters of both countries have filled every row of the spectator bench, they hope to see an exciting match between England and America. England fans do not know if one of their favourite midfielders has disappeared and been replaced by a reserve player.

The low noise of the crowd in the stadium made a commotion in the area near the muffled women's toilet, there — a woman cleaning service tried to escape from the clutches of a man. Again the man was Lionel, for some reason he loved to make trouble.

When Lionel's fangs will touch the woman's neck — Nicollete appears. Although he is also a vampire, but he only drinks blood in the pouch he stole from the hospital, although his memory is faint — Nicollete knows if he used to be a human.

“Stop!” erika shouted annoyed, Lionel accidentally pushed the doctor's body to hit the wall.

Nicollete ran up to Erika who was sitting and leaning against the wall in pain, while Lionel ran away like yesterday. Erika holds Nicollete who is going after Lionel, she asks him to bring the cleaning service earlier to manipulate his memory.

Frank brought his face to the front of the England striker's face, a line of mocking smiles appearing at the corners of his lips. “I think the white wolf has been wiped out, it turns out I was wrong and that means Maria has lied to us Lenora! He says Rodrigo's son is dead at the hands of his family.”

Outraged, Lenora turned into a vampire and strangled Antonio's neck, feeling threatened — the man turned himself into half a wolf.

“How dare the old woman deceive us, Valdimir family!” lenora said furiously and without letting go of her strangulation from Antonio's neck.

Seeing the chaos, Frank also held Lenora, “We healed Erika first, it seems she lost too much energy.” A second later Frank had already dripped a few drops of his blood into his sister's mouth.

Erika slowly opens her eyes, and the first one she looks for is Antonio. Erika's two sisters feel that their sister is in love with this werewolf and that should not happen.

Callie who had just arrived in Erika's room was burned with jealous fire when she saw Antonio clasping Erika's hand with affection. He also saw Nicollette being with two people who had once fought with his father, they were children of the Vladimir family.

Because it feels no need — Callie also go. While Nicollette is cornered by Frank and Lenora, they press the vampire waitress to find a way to separate Erika and Antonio.

Before Frank and Lenora leave, Lenora warns Nicollete. “If you fail .. then your life will be his successor!” They disappeared like the wind leaving Nicollette sitting limp on the chair because Lenora was terrible if she was already angry.

I have to separate Antonio and Erika. I think I need Callie's help.
