My army my Hero

My army my Hero
Episode 9

"Today we go home, son, let's help you get down"

Dad led me down from the bed, I'm actually fine, just that my memory hasn't come back. According to the doctor, every memory in our brain is never lost, just because a certain cause of our memory is disrupted.

Obviously now I have amnesia, due to a bump in the back of my head. But the doctor said, memory loss is not only often associated with a collision of the head or an accident, but can also be caused by a variety of other conditions, such as disorders of the thyroid gland, to HIV disease,

tuberculosis, and syphilis, which, if left untreated, can affect the performance of the brain, including memory centers.

"Dad, where's mom?" The middle-aged man was silent after hearing my question about mother.

"Wait until you get well, I promise I'll tell you everything"

I just said, starting to walk out of the hospital, there we were greeted by people in black clothes with heavy bodies, one of them opened the car door for me and my father.

"Who are they?" I asked about those people in black uniforms.

"They're bodyguards, working to keep and protect"

"Hemmm, where are we going?"

"Go home son" I just replied with a nod. I saw my face change, there was sadness there.

"Patience sir, all this will be fine, we just need time" said someone sitting next to the driver.

"Is this karma, is this God's punishment for me uncle" said the father in a very sad tone.

"Patience sir, God will not give trials beyond the ability of his servant, we just need to be patient, if you give up, all will be lost in vain" Father just kept silent, did not answer or ask back.

As for me, I just kept quiet, I don't know what they're talking about, the amnesia I'm having makes it hard to think or guess things, remember facts or past experiences. Even people with memory loss can also have difficulty forming new memories. And that's what I'm going through now.

"He's name who's dad?" I asked my father, pointing to someone sitting next to the driver.

"You can call him, Grandpa Richard" he said, Dad began to wipe away the remains of tears that had come out.

'You have a grandfather from my father, he's named Richard's grandfather dear'

"Aaaahh" Suddenly it was like a woman was speaking in my head, as intense pain began to creep through my head.

"You why, son, does your head hurt again?"

'although Richard's grandfather wasn't your real grandfather, he's still your grandfather'

"Stop! Stop talking" I held my head that felt like it wanted to explode.

"Who speaks, calm down first, you must be calm so that your head does not hurt"

'He was a good grandfather'

"Stop! It hurts dad" I hit my head on the windshield.

"The bodyguards stopped!" The car suddenly braked. Dad held my body and my head so I wouldn't bump into the windshield anymore.

"Uncle please get me a sedative" Dad ordered.

"It's mister" Grandpa quickly searched and gave the medicine to father.

"Drink first, son, calm down, you need to calm down, don't think about anything"

"Yah's sick".

"Dad knows, hold on a little, let's take the medicine"

I immediately took the medicine that my father loved, a few seconds after I began to calm down, my pain began to improve.

Now the drowsiness that perched on my body, my eyes began to heavy to continue to hold open, little by little I began to shut.

'That son, I'm waiting for you, you have to come back'

The voice suddenly appeared, but in my half-conscious state due to the influence of drugs, I no longer felt any pain, I just kept hearing the voice of the woman who knew who it was echoing in my head.

"You who?" That is the question that arises from the heart, in the voice that keeps calling me.
