Vacation with Queen Artaleta

The horse carriage boarded by Queen Zest and Nicole shook slightly due to the rocks blocking the road. A few days ago, Zest asked Vale to go on a vacation to the lake that was south of the palace but was rejected because of his job. He knew Nicole was lonely just like her. Some important jobs cannot be denied. For the sake of his wish this time, he had to take Nicole away with him.

Sometimes Zest held her enlarged stomach. Nicole saw him, she was a little worried. But she was even more worried because her husband did not know if he was going with the Queen. How did she contact her husband? Earlier this morning he saw Vale in a hurry while going to the Palace.

He looked out the window, the curtains of the carriage opened and the breeze of the mountains was already felt.

"We better make the men restless when they see the women missing" Zest said with a smile. Zest was like that, he liked the commotion very much and made people worry.

"But, my majesty, I was worried that when my husband came home, I wasn't home" Nicole replied as she put his body back on the train.

"Better they worry. That's a sign they both love us."

Nicole just shook her head. He knew from Vale that his queen was a bit of a dissident. But the queen is the chosen one.

Shortly after, the train stopped. Nicole looked out the window again. Looks like they've arrived. The mountain breeze and the smell of the plants made him close his eyes. He felt nature welcome him. He had never felt this kind of nature before, and now he was amazed.

Zest exits the train first, followed by Nicole later. Her long dress made it a little difficult for her when she came down. Fortunately, the guards were ready to help. There is nothing more fun than a vacation. Being able to leave the palace life for a while was a difficult thing. He looked back.

"You'll be surprised to see it." whispered Zest.

When he was outside, Nicole was fascinated by the beauty of the lake. He stared at the all-natural charm. The lake water is very clear, he can see the mountains lined up in front of him like a paintbrush painting a masterpiece.

"Of the Queen, this is amazingly beautiful" Nicole said without blinking.

"You haven't felt this beautiful before your feet were put in your face washed by the lake water." replied Zest. "Come on" Zest pulls Nicole's hand toward the edge of the lake. She lifted her dress slightly above her ankles, she did not want her dress to be dirty.

Zest squatted down and took the water into her hands. Then he washed his face. "You try."

Nicole crouched down and followed what her Queen had done. The water is clean and fresh. He immediately felt fresh. "Open, this water is really clear" said Nicole enthusiastically. "How did you find this place?"

"You know it wasn't before I got married, I loved traveling. This is the first place I've found." Zest smiled as she imagined the past.

"The zest!!!" juan shouted when he found out his wife had gone to take Nicole on vacation with him. He was upset that he had said several times to wait until his work was done.

When he got home, a guard told him that his wife had gone to the lake for a vacation. Before entering the palace, Juan turned around and brought his horse back.

Vale smiled. He did not expect his brother's adventurous soul to involve Nicole. Nicole has never been an adventurer.

"I'm worried because she's pregnant" exclaimed Juan.

"We'd better follow up before nightfall, sire." said Vale answered Juan's nod.

"Nisa, you're coming with us." exclaimed Juan as he walked out.

Vale wasn't worried about Nicole, only he knew her habits if every trip to Nicole would tell him. So he's sure Nicole must be worried. Vale realized this few months he and King Artaleta were so busy that they ignored his wives. But what he did for Artaleta's survival.

When all was ready, the two of them went out on their own horses. Juan's face was a little angry, different from Vale's. Vale is relaxed knowing they can both take care of themselves. There are 2 bodyguards.

It didn't take long for the two of them to get to that lake. They went around the lake but could not find them both. Vale was starting to get worried. They should still be there. He looked at Juan who looked worried.

"Where are the two of them?" asked Juan in an anxious tone. The horse he was riding walked forward and backward in confusion.

"We'll just go around, your majesty. I'm sure they're still here. There's no train here. Maybe they're resting."

Nicole brought her queen to rest under a shady tree. Her queen was so excited that she didn't realize she was pregnant. Nicole held Queen Zest's shoulder until she reached the tree. Both bodyguards and a coachman had been keeping watch around.

"You're tired of the Queen." said Nicole. He saw the face of the Queen slightly pale.

"Thank you, Queen" replied Nicole

Zest smiled."Are you happy to take a vacation with me here?"

"Yes, but I'd rather have mylord come along" Nicole replied honestly. She never went alone with her husband because the King always made her have a job.

"I grant it." replied Juan who was not far from him.

Nicole and Zest looked at her side.

"Mylord" Nicole said in surprise. He's happy Vale caught up with him.

"Sister, you catch up with us or emm.... Which juan?" ask Zest

"I'm here!"juan replied firmly. Nicole and Zest turned her back. He saw Juan shaking his waist while looking at the two of them. He looks a little angry.

Nicole got up from her seat. He approached Vale fearing the anger of his King. He hugged Vale and whispered. "I'm sorry, I left without telling you."

"It's important you're still there and I'm not late to pick you up." whispered Vale. His face did not look angry. Nicole smiled happily.

"Don't bother them. Come on!" Whisper Vale. He hugged Nicole's shoulder and took her away. "You tired?" ask Vale.

Nicole shakes. "No. As long as you're next to me."

Vale held tightly onto Nicole's shoulder with a smile. "Next week there will be a big event. You need to be ready. We'll be confirmed by King Juan."

Nicole let go of Vale's hand. "really?" ask Nicole enthusiastically. He hugged Vale happily.

"So you went on vacation with the Queen, tonight we're on vacation together. Come on, I'll take you to beautiful places at night." take her. They walk while holding hands.

But their romance ended when the two of them ended up using horses to get around. The King and Queen have returned by train. While the horse that had been rode by the King is now used by Vale. So did the Vale horse now used Nicole.

"You can do it yourself? I'll slow down and you follow me. We're side by side."

"I used to win horses in school. You should remember."

"I don't remember." replied Vale, shaking his head. He saw Nicole's disappointed face. Vale smiled too

"I remember, baby. I can't possibly forget it. But the horse you're using is different from the one I own."

"I can tame it." Nicole replied with a smile.

But there is no word quietly if they have used a special horse. They race to get to their destination quickly.

There was something strange when they were racing, sometimes Nicole held her stomach that hurt when they were chasing each other. He paused for a moment to hold his stomach. Because at night, Vale couldn't see Nicole's pained face.

"What's wrong with me?" nicole whispered a little panicked. He was holding his stomach because of the pain.

"What's wrong?" asked Vale who retreated back when he was a little far ahead. He got off the horse and approached him. He held Nicole's hand which was kept on a rope.

"There's nothing" Nicole replied with a smile. "Let's go home. I'm tired."

"All right, let's just slow down."
