I love you, Nicole!

Vale's looking for Nicole's whereabouts at the party. The party had ended yet the figure was nowhere to be seen again. Same with the guy who came with Nicole.

"Sister!" call Queen Zest.

Vale turned his body around and saw his sister walking over to him.

"What's up, Queen?" ask Vale seriously.

"You can't go home. You must accompany Juan to get his job done. Tomorrow he will go to King Dalles to discuss the border issue. Juan's leaving in the morning."

"But, my lord, I'm sorry. I need to find Nicole right now. I'll be back and we'll talk.

Zest sighs. "Nicole's been home from earlier."

Vale just looked at his sister.

"You're sorry, aren't you? Nicole was crying. If you love her, why are you quiet?" zest is upset. Even though he lied. Nicole never cried a bit.

Vale said nothing. Zest got angry and pinched her brother's arm.

"Sister!" shout Zest. "I love you, brother, please don't be like that. You hurt Nicole. That's enough, brother, don't let Nicole go a second time" he added.

"Do you know where Nicole lives?" ask Vale. Hearing Zest say that, he was frightened "I want to see him now."

"I wouldn't have said it if you hadn't stayed here to go with Juan tomorrow morning."

Vale looked at Zest's face. "All right, I'll stay here."

"Are you going to tell her how you felt when you met?" ask Zest.

"I'll try." replied Vale.

"Can't just try. But it must." said Juan who was suddenly behind it. "Nicole has been waiting a long time."

Nicole opened her eyes. He was stunned when he looked around his room. He did not remember his room had changed. Awake too. This isn't his room. He remembered that at the party, Queen Zest gave him a drink.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The bed has gold engraving. On each side there are mosquito nets that can be opened and closed. To the right of the bed, there is a short sofa that is in harmony with the bed. The rug he stepped on was very smooth. He was sure that the tapestry he stepped on was not made by Artaleta. The glass door in front of him was curtains dangling. When it opened, the night wind came in and the curtains were waving following the night wind. He did not feel cold at all. Where is he? Out of curiosity, he went out and stood on the porch. He was on the third floor of the palace of Artaleta, because the garden behind him he knew quite well who the owner was.

Lightning blared instantly, Nicole looked at the darkening sky. He walked into the room without any intention of closing the door. He wanted to see when it rained. Suddenly a heavy voice sounded behind him.

"Nicole!"

Nicole turned her body. He was surprised to see Vale at the front door.

Vale believes something was planned by his sister. He never once stayed in a palace room. The sound of lightning was ringing. Vale felt his instinct to walk out. He fell silent on the porch and looked at the sky. Suddenly the door opened and it wasn't in the room he was currently in. I want him to see who opened it. He looked to the left and right, but the door was closed. When he lowered his head down, he was surprised to see Nicole in the lower room. Without waiting for long, he immediately climbed the wall of the porch fence. His body hung for a moment until his feet could land perfectly on the floor of the room Nicole occupied.

Nicole can't say anything. The figure ran up to him. He quickly felt he was already in the arms of that figure. It was hugged very tightly.

"I'm sorry, please forgive me!" he said while sobbing.

Never in his life did he see a man cry. Is he dreaming?

Nicole raised both her hands and returned the man's embrace. It was real, he was hugging the man he was most waiting for tonight.

Vale let go of his embrace and looked at Nicole. "Please forgive me, I don't mean to hurt you on purpose."

Nicole raised her finger and wiped away the tears that ran down Vale's cheek. He smiles. "I forgive you, mylord."

Vale hugged Nicole back. "That morning I really hurt you. I'm coward. I deserve to be hit. I never regret doing it. I only regret what I said to you that morning. I was confused when the morning passed. I see you so happy and I'm afraid to realize that I still love you, Nicole!"

"I love you too, mylord." jawan Nicole.

Vale let go of his embrace. He looked at Nicole's face. "really?"

Nicole nodded slowly with a smile. He was so happy because his feelings were finally conveyed. And tonight she feels Nicole is getting prettier. Her hair is blonde and long. A little messy but that's what makes it even more beautiful. His fingers stretched out to straighten his hair. There was no make up on his face. Slowly Vale lowered his face as Nicole closed her eyes. Suddenly Nicole's room door was knocked tight.

Nicole opened her eyes and they broke away from each other.

Vale was immediately pushed by Nicole out of the room. "Wait for me here." whispered.

Nicole closed the door and ran to the main door to open the door.

Elissa came in with a tray full of Nicole's nightgowns.

"Mylady, why did I open the door so long, I was worried." asked Elissa. He looked around his room. He smiled when he saw the shadow behind the door.

"I'm sleeping, Elissa."

"I'm sorry I interrupted your sleep, mylady. But you can't sleep in that dress. You'll have to replace it with a nightgown."

"Elissa, why am I in the palace room?" ask Nicole seriously.

"You were unconscious when you just drank wine."

Nicole frowned. He didn't drink any strange drinks tonight. He looked at Elissa. He believes something is hidden. Elissa was nervous and quickly walked out after keeping the tray on the bed.

"Good rest mylady. Have a nice night. And don't forget to lock the door tight." said Elisha with a smile. Nicole frowned. When she turned around, Nicole was surprised to see Vale was already behind her. He pushed Nicole's body to the door.

"Nobody can bother us tonight." whispered Vale as he lowered his face. Nicole closed her eyes as Vale kissed her lips gently.

"Since when have you loved me, mylord?" ask Nicole. He was in Vale's lap and the man's arm was holding him from behind.

"You remember when you were 10 years old I used to take my father and King Phillip to meet your grandfather?"

Nicole shook her head. "I don't remember."

"Since then I started to find out about you. I used to ask you to come along when you went to your grandfather's house just to watch you play. That small you are beautiful and I like you. You're my first love. I was sad when you moved out of the country to study." Vale lowered his face and kept it on Nicole's shoulder.

"Then, when I was in love with Juan?" ask Nicole seriously.

"That was the hardest thing in my life. When I saw you at the same school, I was happy. Even though you're in love with Juan, I'm happy to see you happy. I don't want anything else as long as you're happy."

"Oh mylord, I didn't expect your love to be so deep. I'm sorry!" whispered Nicole while hugging her. "Then why are you being so mean to me?"

"I did it unconsciously. Often I feel bad for myself whenever I'm mean to you. Indeed, it seems like I have to get the title of an annoying duke candidate" he said with a smile. "But while it sucks, you still love me. I'm happy." Vale smiled happily. "Then since when do you love me?" he added.

"Since our wedding day. I want to change for the better when I marry you and make amends for being married with the wrong intentions. I don't know why you hate me so much. That's why I accepted your mother's proposal at the time."

"The most important thing today. Can we forget that time?" vale replied happy. Suddenly he remembered something. He asked seriously. "Can you explain who Evander is?"

Nicole got out of Vale's lap. "Marques Evander's. He's very handsome, isn't he?" nicole asked as she looked at Vale.

Vale's face changed immediately. "Handsome?"

"Yes, actually Marques Evander is Lisa's lover, my cousin. Lisa and I made a plan to make you jealous." Nicole replied with a laugh. "Looks like I made it."

"What's? You're pranking me?" asked Vale, he immediately got up from his seat and lifted Nicole's body easily. " I will repay all your treatment to me!" he said while taking her to bed.

Without them noticing, there were quite a few people in front of their room. They all smile at her.

"Your plan worked, baby." Juan whispered as he kissed Zest's head.

"You must give me a gift, sire."

"Whatever I'll give."

When there was no sound from within, they all dispersed. Only Elissa was silent. He shed his tears. In the end, they get happiness. "You're happy, aren't you?" ask Nisa.

"Of course Nisa, I'm waiting for this day to come."

"Come, we have to go." take Nisa
