The Pacific Ocean is the largest ocean on Earth, with an area roughly equal to the sum of the other three oceans. It is 14 times larger than the smallest Arctic Ocean.
Countless direbeasts have been bred in the Pacific Ocean for the past 30 years, from the weakest Class 1 and Class 2 to the most powerful Stellar Class.
The ocean has become a forbidden zone for mankind due to the large number of ferocious beasts within it.
Unpunished aircraft carriers, ships, offshore scientific research stations, and oilfields were all abandoned.
Humans have lost control of the ocean and can only hide inside the base city and live a cowardly life for the past 30 years.
The sea had also become a paradise for wild beasts. At first, this situation was expected to continue until humans were strong enough to kill ferocious beasts and regain control of the oceans.
But this situation has changed with the sudden Insectoid invasion.
Insectoid soldiers had taken control of the Pacific Ocean, and the unfortunate direbeasts living there became the first targets of Insectoid soldiers.
“Our intel shows that some of those old Direbeast Lords have died, and some have escaped. You can no longer see them in the vast Pacific Ocean, ” Vulcan said with a sigh.
“Mr Direbeast old?” Ling Jiu looked confused.
“Direbeast Class 8 is called Emperor Direbeast, and we refer to the direbeast Class Stellar as Direbeast Lords, which means the ruler of all direbeast.” Vulcan explained with a smile. “There were thirty-six Directions Lords on our planet before, and thirteen of them were in the Pacific Ocean.”
“The old savage people are actually not strong, but because they have lived in the deep sea and have a geographical advantage, we can not do anything against them.”
“The unexpected invasion of Insectoids has driven them from their nest. But I'm not sure if this is good news for us.”
The three of them flew at high speed in the air and then stopped over an area of the ocean.
Emperor Might pointed to the sea below. “That dimensional fissure is down there.”
“Let's check,” says Ling Jiu.
“Good.”
The three of them dived into the water and then swam towards the bottom of the sea. Before long, they landed on the bottom of the sea.
The sea floor is usually dark and difficult for ordinary people to see around. But it's not happening here.
There was a dimensional gap at the bottom, meandering and rough with countless bends, stretching for miles across the ocean floor.
The dazzling yellow light that shone through the gap illuminated the surrounding seawater. So they could clearly see everything around them.
“Fisura dimensional!” Ling Jiu stared at the dimensional gap.
These fissures looked no different from ordinary dimensional fissures on the outside. No one could have imagined that it had a biometric recognition function and only allowed Insectoids to pass through it.
“Can you see something unusual about this dimensional gap because you have the Dimension Arcana and can open the wormhole, Brother Ling?”
Vulcan and Emperor Might looked at Ling Jiu expectantly at the same time.
“I'll take a closer look!” Ling Jiu took a deep breath and flew towards the crack.
“Be careful, Brother Ling.” The Might and Vulcan emperors caught up with him. “There are some very strong Stellar Class giant insects in the deeper part of the dimensional gap. They're evil. Careful.”
“Understanding.”
The three of them went into the dimensional gap and descended.
There are many dimensional gaps on Earth. But it was loud and filled with dimensional turbulence and raging winds. Not even a star creature could pass through it, and this one seemed to be an exception.
It not only allowed Insectoid troops comparable to a Class 8 direbeast to pass through it but also had a biometric recognition function, which was something that could be compared to ordinary dimensional gaps.
Ling Jiu clearly sensed the dimensional fluctuation upon entering the dimensional gap. These dimensional fluctuations were strange because they were different from normal dimensional fluctuations.
“This is weird.”
He muttered. As he was about to go deeper, several shadows lunged out from the dimensional gap towards the three of them.
“This is a large insect that keeps the dimensional gap,” Vulcan warns.
“Good.”
Ling Jiu looked at this huge insect.
One looked like a giant long horn beetle, one giant ant, one giant praying mantis, one giant centipede, and one giant spider.
The five giant insects looked ferocious. Their size is quite intimidating. They turned forward and seemed to want to tear the three men apart.
“You keep checking the dimensional gap, Ling Jiu. I'll handle them.”
Emperor Might said as he and Vulcan went to meet the Insectoids.
At first, Ling Jiu wanted to engage the five giant insects to help him digest the vitality stored in his body. But it seemed like this was not the time, so he had no choice but to concentrate on exploring the dimensional gap.
“Leoux, this dimensional gap looks unusual.” Ling Jiu asked in her mind. “But I can't say what it is. Can you find a clue?”
“This dimensional fissure involves the application of deeper dimensional laws. Of course, you can't see any clues. ”
Leoux smiled slightly and continued. “This method of making dimensional gaps is very rough. So I guess those who created this are not high-tech civilizations. Only a few powerful beings were lucky enough to comprehend the dimensional laws. I have some guesses about this powerful being. ”
“You guessed his identity?” Ling Jiu's eyes twinkled.
“It's not far.” Leoux smiled slightly. “I'm not sure I should say that you are lucky or unlucky; I don't believe that you have experienced such things. But judging from the Insectoid army, the powerful creature was not yet strong enough. So now is the best time to kill him!”
“What exactly is that powerful creature, Leoux?” Ling Jiu asked with a frown.
“Ling Jiu, have you heard of Insectoid?” Leoux asked back with a smile.
“Insect? Ling Jiu was surprised.
“Yes, Insectoid.” Leoux nodded. “Insectoid is a very strange race. It was no exaggeration to say that they were the most powerful, apex species comparable to the most powerful immortal God-level civilization. If you say they are weak, Insectoid is weak. Just like on Earth, insects belong to the Insectoid branch, and insects are the weakest species on Earth. Okay?”
Ling Jiu nodded.
“Of course, the insects on your planet are descendants of Insectoids, not actual Insectoids.”. “Only Insectoids who have a Queen ruling them are the original Insectoids.”
“Queen?” Ling Jiu frowned.
“Just like the queen of bees and ants on Earth, the Queen is the absolute leader of the Insectoid army. It was the queen who created the entire Insectoids army. ” Leoux explained. “It is no exaggeration to say that as long as the Queen is given sufficient resources, she can continue to create Insectoid warriors. Insectoid warriors had extremely low intelligence. So they were completely obedient to the Queen's orders. The Queen sent Insectoid warriors to die, and Insectoid warriors would never say no. So in the Insectoid army, the Queen is truly an intelligent being. People refer to the Insectoid civilization as an alternative wisdom civilization. This is the meaning of the word ‘alternative’.”
“So the powerful and intelligent creature you just mentioned refers to the Insect Queen?” Ling Jiu took a deep breath and asked in a deep voice.
“That's right.” Leoux nodded excitedly. “Queen Insectoid is a creature with very high potential. As long as it was given sufficient resources, it could continue to evolve and eventually grow into the peak of life in the universe, no less powerful than the adult Astral Flame giant. The Queen will continue to breed Insectoid warriors, occupying the surrounding planets, star systems, and even entire galaxies to plunder resources. Just like the Insectoid troops that suddenly appeared on Earth, their goal was actually very simple: plundering the Earth's resources.”
“Sial!” Ling Jiu clenched his fists. “We must not let them succeed.”
“Of course, you can't let them succeed. Earth and even the entire solar system are not that simple. You can't let these insects take over them. ” Leoux nodded. “If you want to defeat this Insectoid army, or specifically, to defeat the Queen behind the Insectoid army, now is the best time. Judging from the strength and scale of this Insectoid army, the Queen behind them was the best galactic creature. As a mere galactic creature, this Queen was at the most in her infancy and the weakest Insectoid queen. This was the best chance to kill or control him. It will be a disaster if you miss this opportunity and when she grows up.”
“Can you find it, Leoux?” Ling Jiu quickly asked.
“Finding it easy. The thing is, we have to enter this dimensional gap,” Leoux said. “If I am not mistaken, it is your Queen who created this dimensional gap. He had set a certain threshold during the manufacturing process so that only Insectoid troops could pass through.”
“Do you have any way to send us in?” Ling Jiu asked.
“Of course. But are you sure you want to log in with them?” Leoux said with a faint smile. “The Queen's residence nest is called Insect's Nest. Each Insectoid Nest is precious. Moreover, the Queen was a priceless treasure. Are you sure you want to share it with these two inhabitants of the earth? ”
“You mean..” Ling Jiu raised his eyebrows.
“Sometimes, you need to learn to be selfish. We are talking about good things here; you might want to keep it to yourself.”
Leoux smiled. “Come go. I'll send you to the dimensional gap, search the Queen's lair and capture Queen.”
“I don't know; it's your call.” Ling Jiu waved her hand, with an indifferent expression on her face.
“Well, well, well, you ..”
Leoux chuckled and saw that Ling Jiu was emitting a black light from his right wrist into the dimensional gap.
“Bapak. Chairman, Brother Vulcan, I will rely on you to hold this insect while I check the dimensional gap!” Ling Jiu shouted at the Might and Vulcan Emperors.
“Be careful, Brother Ling!” Vulcan.
“I will!”
Ling Jiu mimicked the “oke” movement as he dove into the dimensional gap.
