A shining rain of arrows flowed down from the air like a golden storm.

The Giant Poisonous Centipede threw the pieces of stone towards Li Man and Zhang Xiaohou.
They might be pieces of stone in the eyes of the Giant Poisonous Centipede, but to Zhang Xiaohou and Li Man, those were gigantic boulders flying towards them! They quickly avoided the incoming projectiles.
The Giant Poisonous Centipede seized the opportunity and fled towards the center of the swamp.
It only had a few limbs left, and was purely wriggling like a snake. It fell right into the mud as it lost its balance, and swam rapidly deeper into the swamp.
"Don't let him get away!" zhang Xiaohou shouted involuntarily.
