In the evening, when Renal was getting ready to go to the hospital, he went down the stairs and saw Cesya had just come out of the kitchen, because the sound of Renal's foot clattering made Cesya turn his head. 

"Where are you? " Ask, Renal saw Cesya at a glance and immediately turned towards the front door to put up his shoes. 

"I work the night shift, make sure you double lock the door" Renal said as he passed and disappeared behind the door quickly, leaving Cesya gawking. Yah— Cesya is now accustomed to the nature of his brother's friend, who all he wants to be. But did not want to take a dizzy he stepped towards the door to lock, had not had time to hold the doorknob, suddenly the door opened again making Cesya shocked to find Renal who was as shocked as him. 

"My phone missed" Renal said as he passed by Cesya and went back upstairs to his room, not long after the figure of Renal returned with half running out of the apartment. 

"Make sure lock the door" the message as it passed in front of Cesya who had been waiting in the doorway. Cesya nodded in understanding as this time he actually made sure Renal had gotten into the elevator so that he could close the door and lock it. 

Again I was trapped alone in this apartment— thought Cesya while grimly turning off the living room lights and walking towards her room. 

Bored! Well that's the feeling that enveloped Cesya 18-year-old girl who is still experiencing an active period with her young passion, now can only spend time in a large, luxurious and quiet apartment. 

Every now and then he stares at his cell phone hoping for a miracle someone calls him to relieve his loneliness. But nihil he has no friendship with his friends in Indonesia because some of them are busy pursuing a career and also continue education like himself. 

Now Cesya hopes the test results day will come soon. 

While in the hospital, Renal had just changed his coat with a doctor's suit. 

"What's with your head doctor? " Ask one of Renal's female interns named Clara, a reddish-orange-haired gray-eyed girl with a few spots on her cheek. 

"Have you had an accident? " Task another intern doctor named Eric a tall man with a friendly face of blonde hair, his sunken yellow eyes were staring at Renal in shock. 

Renal touched the plaster on his head again remembering the painful incident during the day with a face that was difficult to explain, he waved his hand explaining that he was okay. 

"Only a small accident" he said, turning to the 3 interns who will work with him for the next 6 months. 

The third intern named Dixon he was a burly man, tall but had a subtle touch every time he handled patients, making Renal sure the future of the young man in the medical profession was very bright. 

Just now they wanted to leave the doctor's room suddenly a noise in the ER room made Renal and the three apprentices who were already well-educated by Dr. Barnett was already aware of the conditions outside quickly moving into each patient bed that was pushed by the nurses. 

"Bring here" exclaimed Carla deftly as she pulled up the patient's bed, where a wounded patient was lying limp. 

And also some other patients were handled by Eric and Dixon, Renal came to a patient in critical condition where a nurse came to him to report the condition of the patient who had difficulty breathing and there was a bruise on his chest that resulted in cardiac tamponade, Renal quickly perform the method of Pericardiocentesis (punkis pericardium) is a procedure to remove fluid or blood from the Pericardium cavity assisted by nurses who pair oxygen tube devices and infusions and others. 

The first day of Renal in the ER was very crowded with all the misfortunes of people who were sick, not infrequently the sound of crying filled the ER room. 

After a long night, Renal climbs into a hospital rooftop where the patients are treated well by the skilled interns and experts, obviously the three apprentices had bright careers, ' thought Renal as he looked into the eyes of the day that began to rise in the east where thin dew fell in the city of London in the spring which was not too cold. 

"Hey" exclaimed someone Renal knew, Addy, a colleague of his who seemed to have a hollow in his eyes, walking towards him. 

"How was your first day back in the ER? " Tanya Addy approached Renal who was now leaning his body against the guardrail of the large hospital building. 

"You want? " Addy said as he thrust a box of cigarettes towards Renal, he thought for a moment before finally taking a cigarette and burning the end of his cigarette butt using Addy's lighter. 

Addy smiled at a glance, seeing that his old friend had left a cigarette, now there seemed to be something disturbing his composure, he sucked his cigarette butt deep and released a burst of smoke clumping into the air. Obviously Renal is not okay now. 

"What's your next move? " Tanya Addy who knows that her friend is actually very upset to have to go back to work in the ER room. 

"Let's go" Renal said glaring far into the increasingly clear sky. 

"I have nothing, I'll enjoy it" he added, flicking his cigarette ash. 

"That's wrong" Addy sighed, making Renal smile wryly. 

"You're quick to find a partner"

"Why are you suddenly discussing a couple" Katah Renal who did not accept the random talk of her friend. 

"That's because I feel sorry for you, recently Jonny was dating, almost every day I'm sick of seeing him smile, maybe by dating you can ease your nervous tension" Addy either aims to provide a solution or mocks Renal. Renal just rolled his eyes while turning off the cigarette on the iron garbage tub available in the rooftop garden.

"You're very helpful" Renal said. 

Addy chuckled for a moment and I don't know what kind of ignorant thoughts were in his brain he looked at Renal meaningfully. 

"Sunday let's go to the club" said Addy who immediately made Renal cough because inhaled smoke of Addy's cigarette billowing. 

"You're crazy, I'd rather take a break, than mingle with a lot of people" Rena said. 

"You won't regret it, just 10 minutes after that you can go home" Addy said trying to persuade his stubborn friend. 

Renal seemed to think for a moment, if in thought the idea of Addy is also not bad, especially unwind in a crowded place is not better than keeping in the room at the weekend. 

"Alright enough 10 minutes right" said Renal who was greeted with a happy nod from Addy. 

The days passed until Sunday night, where Cesya was preparing her mentality for the tomorrow where the announcement of test results would appear on the campus website. Lately Cesya likes to exercise lightly when she knows her body is getting weaker, as prospective students are very unethical to appear unhealthy. 

As Cesya began the yoga movement while staring out of the balcony where the light of the city of London at night burst into her room, suddenly the ringtone of the mobile phone broke her concentration. 

Irritatedly Cesya grabbed the phone beside her and looked at the name of Renal who was on the phone.
