Moments later after successfully leaving the director's room, Renal steps back into his doctor's room where Jonny faithfully awaits his arrival at the nursing center. 

"What's going on?" Jonny asked curiously, but Renal waved his hand indicating nothing had happened, but it was obviously a lie, Jonny followed Renal's steps to his doctor's room where Addy's figure was also waiting for him with an anxious look in the room. 

"What happened" Now Addy is the second person to ask the same thing as Jonny asked, Renal looked at the two friends with a strange look. 

"I'm going to move to the ER" said Renal, who immediately made the two friends widen their eyes in disbelief.

Renal shrugged his shoulders not knowing.

"No, this must be for the sake of his nephew" Addy added, Renal did not really hear the babbling of his two friends, he said, now he took the cardboard and put in some of his items that would be taken to the ER room downstairs.

But immediately their laughter stopped as the door of the room opened wide where Ellen's figure was standing right in front of the door staring at the three men in front of her with a look of dislike. "Because we still have a lot of work to do, we go first" Addy said as he dragged Jonny out of the room, leaving Ellen and Renal alone, Renal cleared his throat for a moment because he felt his throat suddenly dry with the awkward atmosphere that existed.

"What's wrong? " Tanya Renal disperse the daydream of Ellen staring at the departure of Addy and Jonny. Ellen stares directly at Renal and remembers his main goal of meeting Renal is to return the mantle that Renal loaned last week. 

"I want to put your coat back" Ellen said not looking at Renal but appearing to be thinking of something. 

"Oh, thank you" Renal said as he tried to grab the Tote bag in Ellen's hand, but Ellen kept it away as Renal came close to grabbing it. 

"Can we talk for a second? " Task Ellen with a meaningful facial expression, making Renal blink his eyes confused by Ellen's invitation. Renal did not immediately answer him like weighing something then carefully he nodded his head. 

On a sunny spring day after Renal put his things on his new desk in the room of the doctors of the ER, he followed Ellen who now took him to a cafe near the hospital. 

Ellen slowly thrust out a Tote bag containing Renal's coat. 

"Thank you for lending it to me" Ellen said with a friendly face and a sweet smile that continued to expand on her lips.

"There's actually something I want to ask" Ellen said, Renal nodded softly giving Ellen permission to ask. 

"What was the girl who came at that time your boyfriend? " Tanya Ellen, made Renal pause for a moment and then rubbed her hand slowly. 

"No, she's not my boyfriend" Renal said, Ellen heard Renal's reply with a smile as she straightened up. 

"Thank God" whispered Ellen as she played her hand happily. 

"Yes? " Tanya Renal who heard Ellen's whisper, but immediately greeted with a wave of Ellen's hand brushed off what she said just now. 

"I see you're moving to the ER, are you okay? " Ellen asked as she rubbed her hands looking agitated, making Renal nod slowly.

"Yes I'm fine" Renal said, before long a waiter came to interrupt between their talks with two cups of coffee, carefully and deftly the man's waiter thrust out their ordered coffee.

"Good fun" said the waiter, smiling as he passed.

"If you want, I can talk to the leadership to postpone your move" Ellen said with enthusiasm. Renal heard Ellen's speech instantly speech speech speech in silence not expecting this woman before him to blatantly show her connection.

Renal sipped a moment of his coffee before replying to Ellen.

"Thank you for your understanding, Doctor Ellen, but I'm fine. " Renal said clearly knowing what the consequences would be if he accepted the offer.

"Ah, forgive me, you must feel I am too meddling in your affairs" Ellen said with a wry smile because she felt that she had spoken wrongly to Renal.

"If there's nothing else you want to ask, I have to go, I have to tidy up my new desk" Renal said as he moved, Ellen could only nod unable to hold back Renal this time because the job in the ER was already waiting for her.

Renal nodded to Ellen before leaving while carrying the tote bag containing her coat.

Renal's first job in the ER began with introductions to several interns as well as with several other doctors who were subordinates of Dr. Barnett. Unfortunately for the following days Renal get night shift work hours where his work will be from 10 pm to 6 am.

For the first lucky day Renal will come home quickly to rest before starting his night shift tomorrow.
