Medina's First Love

Episode 76's

After returning from the villa, Daniel was completely preoccupied with his work. Even today he left very early and came home late. That he did solely to do work early before he went on a honeymoon trip with his wife.

Although Medina felt lonely but she could do nothing. All he did was support him as much as he could.

It's Saturday, and Daniel didn't go to the office. But he was very busy in his work room. Even from after breakfast he entered his work raung and until 12 noon had not come out of there.

Usually every weekend they spend alone in the room or go to the house of mama Safira or just go to the supermarket to shop. But this time Daniel ignored it all for the sake of his work that he wanted to quickly finish. Because he wants his honeymoon moment not to be disturbed let alone work problems.

"Honey....May I come in" Medina opened the door of her husband's study.

Daniel turned his head towards the voice and smiled handsomely.

"Of course, Honey" Daniel closes the laptop at his desk. And extended her hand welcoming Medina.

"Pause for a moment and rest. I don't want you to get sick" Medina sat on her husband's lap and hugged him spoiled.

"You know I'm doing all this so that no work bothers us at the honeymoon" Daniel kisses Medina on the cheek.

"All right, I've prepared lunch. Come..eat while it's still warm" Medina said softly.

"My stomach is very hungry" Daniel held Medina out of his study. Their destination to the dining room.

"Wow..sup ribs?" Daniel was excited to see his favorite food served at the table.

"Today you eat very little and irregular, so I deliberately cook this so that your appetite increases again" Medina said as she poured the rib soup into the bowl and thrust it in front of Daniel.

"Thank you, Honey" Daniel kissed Medina's lips at a glance and grabbed her by the waist to sit on her lap. As is customary, they eat in one chair, one plate, one spoon, and one glass and end the hot kiss as dessert. Of course all at Daniel's ridiculous request without Medina having a chance to refuse. Haha...Very romantic for this couple.

By late afternoon, Daniel's apartment was a guest. The guest was Sabahat and Daniel's secretary. Medina's been told by Daniel that Arif is coming.

"Hi, Medina" Sapa Arif as her feet step into the apartment.

"Greetings if you enter the house" Medina protested with a small smile.

"Ohh yes.sorry. Assalamualaikum" Arif felt bad for reprimanding Medina.

"Wa'alaikumsalam" answered Medina.

"Where's Daniel?" Ask Arif while sitting himself on the sofa.

"Sister is taking a shower. What to drink, brother?" Ask Medina.

"Medina's got mango juice, will you?" Ask Medina again .

"Waahhh can. fit really hot-hot gini drink juice. Fits!" Arif replied.

"OKAY. Just a minute!" Medina passed by leaving Arif for the kitchen.

And at that moment Daniel came out of his room.

"When are you coming, Rif?" Daniel asked while taking a seat on the sofa.

"Just arrived, boss" replied Arif.

When Daniel saw his wife carrying a tray of drinks and food, he immediately stood up to Medina.

"You don't have to bother, Honey" Daniel took over the tray from Medina's hands.

"Sir Arif is our guest. It's natural that we go after him. Don't bother at all" Medina said softly.

"He's not here to visit, but to do work" Daniel stared intently at his best friend.

"PLAKKS!"

Medina hit her husband's wide back.

Daniel put the tray on the table. Then sit down on the couch.

"Your husband does like to molest me, Medina. Give me a lot of work every day. Until I have no chance to find a partner to take to your reception party later" complained Arif deliberately. Make Daniel glare at her.

Medina chuckled small. Then join her sitting next to her husband.

"Sister Arif.forgive Medina's husband yes. But my husband said he wanted to give a big bonus for Arif's sister" Medina said, making Daniel immediately turn to his wife and look at her.

"Honey's....When did I say that?"

Arif who heard Medina's words straightened up and cheered happily.

"Darling...Arif has worked hard to help you. So she deserved it" Medina looked at her husband's face and landed a brief kiss on Daniel's lips.

Medina nodded and started to stop laughing.

"Hahahaha..What's wrong with me? I could've pricked Arif's sister" Medina shook her head.

He got off the couch and went into his room. He wants to call his mother-in-law.

"I think you're going to continue your hot scene" Arif said as he watched Daniel walk into the study.

"Hey.Just we help you find a partner" Daniel said as he walked to his seat.

"Karwayan women in the office, right a lot? Why doesn't a woman like you?" Daniel withstood a smile.

"Hey.no one likes me. You always keep me busy. So I didn't have a chance to approach them" Sanggah Arif did not accept Daniel's insinuation.

After a long argument and ending with laughter together. They refocused on doing the work they would handle in the next 4 days. Because the next Friday Daniel has started taking time off to prepare for his wedding reception.

"Riff...Why is there a meeting on this date?" Daniel handed over the agenda book that Arif had handed over earlier.

"You made that deal before you got married. I just noted it down" replied Arif briefly.

"Reschedule the meeting, because that date I'm on a honeymoon" he said with a serious mimic.

"Hey.you know how Mr. Sanjaya works. He wouldn't change the meeting schedule that easily" Daniel seemed to think of his best friend's speech.

"All right....I'll come to his office Monday" Daniel said.

"You're not delirious, are you boss??" Arif scrunched his forehead.

"Why?"

"You're going to City B to see him?" Ask Arif who is still in doubt about his boss' decision.

"There was no other way but to come to him in his office. Rather than her being disappointed when I canceled an important meeting with her" Daniel had already made his decision.

"Prepare all the files. I won't put it off again. I haven't invited him officially anyway" Arif just nodded with Daniel's orders.

After completing his work, Daniel invites Arif to pray Maghrib congregation because it has entered the time. After that they rested for a while by chatting casually in the middle room while waiting for Medina who was cooking dinner for them.

"Hey.no one can match my wife. My medina is only one" protested Daniel with his sharp gaze.

"You're really lucky, Boss!" Praise Arif for making Daniel smile triumphantly.

"Stop talking when you're eating. That's so disrespectful!" Medina said firmly. Making the two adult men instantly quiet down and continue chewing the meal.

After finishing eating, Arif cleaned up the files he had been working with his boss. Then say goodbye when the time shows at 9 p.m.

"Boss....really you don't want a weekly night out?" Sindir Arif in front of Medina. Make the hijab woman immediately ask questions.

"Did you guys always spend time outside every Sunday night ?" Ask Medina curiously.
