Medina's First Love

Episode 21

During the elevator Daniel's eyes did not stop staring fixedly at Medina's face that continued to look down.

In his Heart he continued to murmur in admiration for the Masterpiece of God now in front of him.

Daniel was grateful that there were only two of them in the elevator. So he can more freely look at his girl to be satisfied.

Until a small incident occurred when the elevator opened on the 4th floor.

3 Young men enter the elevator and begin to disturb Medina. When Daniel realizes his girl is threatened, he immediately shifts his body to pull Medina's arm. One of them, however, appears to be faster than Daniel and approaches Medina and tries to touch Medina. But Medina's lightning-quick hand violently threw out the man's hand.

"Hello pretty.." The man's friends chimed in with loud laughter.

Medina began to tremble in fear. He makes protection by crossing both arms in front of the chest.

Daniel's face turned red, his jaw hardened with clenched hands. And a moment later...

Bukkk.

Daniel punched the 3 men to the ground without a fight.

Medina who was still in a state of fear screamed hysterically.

Without warning Daniel pulled Medina's hand until Medina was behind his body.

"Don't bother my wife.if you still want to live" Daniel still clenched his fists to take a swing if they attacked back to gnaw Daniel. Because after all Daniel realized his position was outnumbered by the 3 men.

Ting!!!

The elevator door opens on the 6th floor. Dpaniel pulled Medina's hand and took the girl out of the elevator at a quick pace.

"are you papa?" Daniel asked when they got out of the elevator.

"Is Daniel's brother hurt?" Medina ignored Daniel's question and instead asked him about her situation. Medina grabbed Daniel's hand which was used to punch the 3 bully men.

"Sister's hand was wounded" Medina said with a trembling voice and her tears fell into disembowelment.

"Medina plis don't cry.it's just a little blister" Daniel comforted.

"sorry Medina" said Medina with a body that was still trembling in fear and worried about Daniel's condition.

"Medina.i ain't no papa" Daniel was confused to have words.

Medina shakes. His body suddenly disappeared and almost fell to the floor. But Daniel quickly grabbed Medina's body. And held the girl's body in his arms.

Medina's cries were breaking. He spilled out the turbulent emotions in his heart and he endured all this time. A feeling that has been bothering him for the past 6 months. Plus the incident in the elevator just now. Making his chest tight so he could not dodge when Daniel hugged him tightly.

And so did Daniel. The doubt in her heart suddenly dissipated as Medina sobbed in her arms. He increasingly realizes that he just wants to be close to his girl and wants to always protect her from anything that interferes with her life. Even for the past 5 months, Daniel's heart and mind seemed like there was no place left for Farah, his former fiancee.

"excuse me. I am a cowardly man. Avoiding all the difficult feelings I elak again. And today, the man wants to admit it. I've fallen in love with you" whispered Daniel in Medina's ear in a soft voice.

Medina who heard him immediately raised her head. He let go of his embrace. Her manic was still wet, looking at Daniel's face intently.

"I'm serious..." Said Daniel steady. He knew there was a doubt he caught from Medina's gaze. Daniel's hand held Medina's hand tightly. It flows all her feelings.

"Can we get married?" Daniel's temptation was accompanied by a small laugh.

"Huh?" Medina's face flushed like a boiled crab.

"Hey.sister doesn't know himself. Have you forgotten how to propose to girls?" Danu's voice cornered Daniel.

"Medina.do not be easy to accept this male nonsense before you"

Danu hugged his sister's shoulder while chuckling.

"sister eavesdropping?" Daniel squinted his eyes.

"Hey.you think. You guys can get out of my sight?" Danu's still laughing.

"Medina..would you accept my stupid sister's proposal?" Danu asked in a serious tone.

"sister..." Danu growling.

Medina looks confused. Not out of doubt about Daniel's love statement and his feelings. But he was confused should he answer now. Without other family members?

"Mother where's sister?" Medina deflects Danu's questions.

"Medina misses mom" Medina looked at the two sisters in turn.

Daniel and Danu smiled broadly.

"of course.we'll meet mama. Come on" Daniel pulled Medina's hand to meet the mama.

But Medina stopped her steps. So Daniel stopped walking.

"what's wrong?" Daniel asked in wonder.

"sister doesn't need to hold my hand like this. There's a lot of people inside. I'm ashamed,"

"they're my extended family. If they know it's better, right?" Said Daniel.

"But brother..." Medina tried to continue resisting..

Daniel approached Medina and took her hands.

"I love you. I don't care what people say. And don't mind the people" Daniel said softly.

"don't you want your happy mama to immediately tell you this happy news?" Hearing that Medina raised her bowed face. Daniel was right, maybe even this is the news that his Sapphira mother always wanted to hear.

Then Medina looked at Danu who was standing not far from them.

"Mama must be so happy to hear that Daniel has proposed to you" Danu teased a little.

Medina smiled shyly.

"Let's go in. The show is about to start"

Then the three of them entered the Ballroom which was already full of invited guests. Sapphira's mother smiled happily seeing Daniel and Medina walking together near her desk. Rani and Syifa also sat at the same table. They approached Om and his aunt to congratulate him.

"why are you guys so long?" Sapphira's mother grabbed Medina's hand.

"mama Niel's..." Syifa came down from Rani's lap and hugged Medina.

"Darling.." Medina kissed Syifa's head. Medina sat on the right side of Sapphira's mother, holding Syifa. Daniel sat on the left side of his mother.

Rani looks at the look on the faces of Medina and Daniel who appear to be blushing in turn.

"did I miss something, baby?" He asked curiously to Danu who was sitting next to him.

Danu smiled widely. Danu then leaned his head closer to his wife's ear. Whispering something made Rani round her eyes and mouth Afterwards.

"My plan worked, they told each other how they felt and Daniel proposed to Medina"

"really?" Danu nodded with a fluffy smile.

"ohhhh..in the end" Rani smiled happily. Yes, Daniel's only brother-in-law already knows the complicated relationship that his sister-in-law lived. He could not hide his happy face. Seeing her sister-in-law will soon achieve a happy life and forget her past.

"Ma..." Call Daniel.

Sapphira's mother looked up and looked at Daniel.

"i have happy news for my mom" whispered Daniel.

"Me and Medina...." Daniel did not continue his words.

"Mama knows.nak" Daniel's face looks shocked at the words of his mother.

"Mama know?" Daniel scrunched his forehead. Daniel turned towards the brother who was busy whispering with Rani.

"your faces tell me everything" Safira's mother said softly. His manic looked at Daniel and Medina alternately.

Medina's face was red again.

"Mama can feel the aura of happiness on your face" Mother Safira touched Medina's face.

Safira's mother breathed a sigh of relief. His agitation and worry seemed to evaporate without a trace. His heart was happy and even very happy.

"may you always be happy" said Safira's mother

"Aamiin.." Answer Daniel and the Machine at the same time.
