Marrying the Paralyzed Young Master

Marrying the Paralyzed Young Master
Chapter 9: The Slum District Children

After Haruka made sure her sisters-in-law went to school, she went to Daniel's room and found her husband at work.

The room that was always tightly locked and dark was now wide open and entered by sunlight. Daniel's laptop lit up and a woman in it read him anything Daniel missed during his break.

Haruka felt strange, she thought Daniel already had no more greed after he witnessed how easily Daniel gave a hundred billion to Haruka. However, if you see Daniel is still trying to maintain his company, it turns out he still has it.

Haruka did not want to interrupt and wanted to leave immediately, but she was late, Daniel was already aware of her existence. Daniel raised his hand, gesturing for his secretary to pause and then turn to Haruka.

Haruka asks permission to go to Beta District to see her grandmother. Haruka could have called the grandmother, but if she had done that, her grandmother would have still worried about her.

Daniel gives Haruka two options, asking the driver to drive her or take Daniel's car, which has been rotting in the garage for a long time. Haruka chose to drive herself.

When the luxurious red car entered his courtyard, Grandma immediately stood up, there was a feeling of anxiety in her heart. However, when Haruka came out of it, she quickly approached and hugged her grandson. Grandma anxiously asked, "What about the person you married? Is he nice to you? What about his family? They didn't hurt you, did they?"

Haruka held both of her grandmother's hands and laughed as she recalled what she had done to her husband's sister. They didn't hurt Haruka, it was Haruk who hurt them.

"They're good to me, Grandma."

Although Haruka had said it with a happy face, her grandmother was still not calm, it could be that Haruka was pretending to be happy in front of her. Haruka realized that and let go of her hand to show off the luxurious clothes she was wearing.

"Grandmother doesn't have to worry, she bought me these clothes and gave me a lot of money to spend."

Haruka gave a piece of paper to her grandmother. Although grandma was old, there was no problem with her eyes, but when she saw the paper her head immediately became dizzy. There are many zeros after the number one.

Grandma did not know how much money was in the paper, but seeing the man entrust that much to Haruka, her grandmother began to feel calm. The man was kind to his grandson and that was more than enough.

"Well, if it's like that. Grandma's relieved if she treats you well. You should also treat him well. Grandma didn't know anything about him, but it must have been hard for her to accept her current condition." His old eyes are flooded. Haruka immediately embraced and let the old woman lean in her arms.

"While the situation is bad, you must not demean it. Grandma was sure, rather than the pain in her leg, her heart was much more hurt. Although it will be difficult, try to be a medicine for his heart," said Grandma continued her advice.

The old woman's mind was very simple. Couples should try to understand each other. If just one were more selfish, their life together would soon be over. There is no harm in fighting the storm, just do not get carried away by the current, keep holding hands and believing in each other.

Haruka nodded her head many times. Haruka and her grandmother rely on each other to survive. All the warmth in Haruka's life comes from her grandmother. So, she held onto her grandmother's embrace and wished she could stay in her arms for the rest of her life.

Haruka wants to take grandma with her, and she is sure her spoiled sisters-in-law will also be happy. However, Haruka was still feeling uneasy, she had already investigated the Yon family relying on her connections while still in the slums, but the information she got was very limited to the main family members only, only, as for the branch family the information is almost non-existent.

"Sister Haruka!?"

The excited voice of the girl came from behind the door of her grandmother's house. "I heard from my grandmother that my sister is married, what about my sister's husband? Is he handsome?"

The girl gave Haruka no time to greet her back and continuously showered Haruka with questions. The cute horse-pigled girl was named Sintia, while the two boys who followed behind her were Bari and Rayan, both gazes filled with great worry and curiosity as they looked at Haruka.

Soma Haruka slightly shed her tears. These three people were abandoned children who grew up with him in the slum district. They have no blood relation, but are very close like family.

After Haruka agreed to her father's request, she was really busy searching for information and spent the rest of the time calming down her grandmother. So, he forgot to contact them.

"Grandmother contacted them. This house is big and grandma doesn't know what to do with the money you gave her. Grandma's planning on sending them back to school, what do you think?" ask grandma.

Haruka could barely say anything more. Her feelings are bitter if she remembers him forgetting them and had wanted to enjoy all this pleasure alone. Haruka also felt the need to have an amazing grandmother.

"That's a good plan. I support him, I support him very much." Haruka cried and smiled sincerely. The children tried to approach to hug her, but Haruka immediately changed her facial expression. "Don't get carried away. You have to realize that you are left behind by the other children. So, if I find one of you lounging around, I'll beat you all up!"

The children immediately turned around and went back inside the house. Haruka and her grandmother looked at each other then laughed and entered following them into the house.

"Grandma, you heard it, right? Brother Haruka scolded me." Nimble Sintia snatches grandmother's arm from Haruka.

"Your brother's right. You have to study hard, you don't want to disappoint grandma, do you?" grandma said with a smile.

The atmosphere was warm, the flirtatious Sintia sulked because her grandmother did not defend her, while the fat Bari secretly searched Haruka's luggage, looking for food and eating it voraciously. Haruka turned her gaze around, but she was unable to find Rayan.

"Aren't you looking for Rayan?" bari asked and was answered with a nod by Haruka. "If he's not in his room, he's usually sitting behind the stairs."

Haruka searched in her room and since she did not meet, she went straight to the place told by Bari. Arriving there, Haruka finds Rayan, but she is not happy to see the man. "You smoke? Didn't I tell you to stop!?"

"I only do it when I'm nervous. Take it easy, brother, I'm not addicted" explained Rayan and he immediately turned off his cigarette. Rayan looked at Haruka's face intently, the cruel woman became very beautiful, the expensive clothes she was wearing were very suitable on her slender body.

"Sister, be honest with me. Are you really okay there?"
